A charging control apparatus controls charging of a battery connected to a battery terminal and supplies a voltage and a current necessary for a system circuit through an output terminal. The charging control apparatus has a switching control circuit that controls a DC-DC converter, the DC-DC converter performing DC-DC conversion with respect to an input voltage input through an input terminal and outputting an obtained output voltage to the output terminal. The charging control apparatus has an output voltage detection circuit that detects the output voltage. The charging control apparatus has a battery voltage detection circuit that detects a battery voltage of the battery terminal. The charging control apparatus has a first switch MOS transistor connected between the output terminal and the battery terminal. The charging control apparatus has a voltage control circuit that controls an operation of the first switch MOS transistor according to the battery voltage.

Charging control circuit

A driver includes a sensor sensing a driving current and a driving voltage for an external device including a capacitor, a PWM, a PFC, and a controller. The PFC includes a phase angle estimation unit estimating a phase angle variation of an input voltage to the PFC based on a parameter regarding the driving current, a voltage compensator compensating an error of the driving voltage, a first current estimation unit estimating a variation of a charge of the capacitor based on the charge current and the phase angle variation estimated by the phase angle estimation unit, a second current estimation unit estimating a driving current variation, and a calculator calculating a duty ratio for the PWM based on the variation of the charge current estimated by the first current estimation unit and the driving current variation estimated by the second current estimation unit.

Driver

A frequency multiplier circuit comprises: a source oscillator configured to generate a source oscillator signal using a crystal oscillator; and n frequency multiplier circuits (n is an integer which is 2 or more), each of which includes a 90&deg; phase shifter circuit configured to shift the phase of an input signal by 90&deg;, and a mixer configured to generate a doubled signal of the input signal on the basis of the input signal and an output signal of the 90&deg; phase shifter circuit, wherein the n frequency multiplier circuits are cascade-connected, the source oscillation signal being inputted to a first stage frequency multiplier circuit of the n frequency multiplier circuits, and a final stage frequency multiplier circuit of the n frequency multiplier circuits outputting a signal having a frequency 2 times as high as the frequency of the source oscillation signal.

Frequency multiplier circuit and semiconductor integrated circuit

The pressure sensor comprises an air-tight vacuum chamber consisting of a hollow cylinder and a pressure-reception diaphragm. The pressure-reception diaphragm is provided to face a space communicating with a space of an object to be measured. A field emission cold cathode device is provided on the inner surface of the pressure-reception diaphragm. The cold cathode device comprises a lot of emitter electrodes arranged in a matrix manner for emitting electrons, and gate electrodes for drawing out electrons. Two anode electrodes facing the cold cathode device are provided on the inner end surface of the cylinder. The anode electrodes are connected to a differential amplifier for amplifying a variation in output distribution between them.

A fusion reactor has an internal component in which an internal structure assembly is housed in a toric vacuum vessel in an arrangement along a circumferential direction thereof and in which a high-temperature plasma in which hydrogen and hydrogen isotopes are maintained in a plasma state is confined in a toric internal space defined in the internal structure assembly. The internal component includes a cooling structure of a multi-wall structure having multiple walls formed to the internal structure assembly and a flow channel formed in the cooling structure for a cooling fluid for extracting heat caused by plasma and a nuclear reaction. The internal structure assembly includes a plurality of outboard blanket assemblies each having a surface facing the plasma, a plurality of inboard blanket assemblies each having a surface facing the plasma and a plurality of divertor assemblies each having a surface facing the plasma, the outboard blanket assemblies and the inboard blanket assemblies and the divertor assemblies being arranged along the circumferential direction of the toric vacuum vessel and each of these assemblies being provided with the cooling structure formed on the surface thereof facing the plasma. The internal component also includes means for detecting leakage of gas.
