The present invention provides a silver paste containing at least a silver powder, a binder resin, and an organic solvent, in which a value C/Sis 2.0 to 3.4 where S(m/g) represents a specific surface area of the silver powder, and C(% by mass) represents a content percentage of the binder resin based on the silver powder, a copper content of the silver powder is 10 to 5000 ppm by mass, and the silver paste has a dry film density of 7.50 g/cmor more. The present invention can provide a silver paste containing a powder in a high concentration and excellent in printability, and accordingly provide a silver conductor film that has a high filling factor and a high film density, exhibits high electrical conductivity, and is excellent in migration resistance.

Silver paste

The present invention provides a silver paste, containing at least a silver powder, a binder resin, and an organic solvent, in which a content of the silver powder based on the silver paste is 80.00 to 97.00% by mass, D10 is 1.00 to 3.00 μm and D50 is 3.00 to 7.00 μm, where D10 and D50 respectively represent a 10% value and a 50% value of a volume-based cumulative fraction obtained by laser diffraction particle size distribution measurement of the silver powder, the silver powder has a specific surface area of 0.10 to 0.30 m/g, the silver powder has a copper content of 10 to 5000 ppm by mass, a content of the binder resin based on the silver powder is 0.430 to 0.750% by mass, and the silver paste has a dry film density of 7.50 g/cmor more.

The present invention provides a silver paste containing at least a silver powder, a binder resin, and an organic solvent, wherein the silver powder contains a first silver powder having a D50 of 3.50 to 7.50 &#x3bc;m and a second silver powder having a D50 of 0.80 to 2.00 &#x3bc;m, where D50 represents a 50% value of a volume-based cumulative fraction obtained by laser diffraction particle size distribution measurement; a copper content of the whole silver powder is 10 to 5000 ppm by mass; a copper content of the second silver powder is 80 ppm by mass or more; and the first silver powder contains substantially no copper. The present invention provides a silver paste containing a powder in a high concentration and excellent in printability, and provides a silver conductor film that has a high filling factor, a high film density, high electrical conductivity, and excellent migration resistance.

A conductive paste comprising a conductive powder, a glass frit substantially free of lead, and an organic vehicle, wherein the glass frit contains 25 to 50 mol % B in terms of BO, 25 to 50 mol % Si in terms of SiO, 7 to 23 mol % Al in terms of AlO, 2 to 15 mol % Mg in terms of MgO, 2 to 5 mol % Ba in terms of BaO, one or two selected from the group consisting of 3 to 18 mol % Zn in terms of ZnO, and 3 to 8 mol % Ti in terms of TiO, based on the total number of moles in terms of the above oxides. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a lead-free conductive paste having excellent resistance to dissolution in solder and acid resistance as well as being capable of forming fired films having excellent adherence and adhesion to a substrate.

Conductive paste

The present disclosure provides a medical observation device to achieve improvement in functionality resulting from switching of optical elements and miniaturization of the device. The medical observation device includes: an imaging optical system configured to capture an image of a subject; an image sensor configured to photoelectrically convert the image of the subject captured by the imaging optical system; and an element holding frame configured to hold a plurality of optical elements and to be capable of being rotated around a rotation shaft. An axial direction of the rotation shaft is set to a direction orthogonal to an optical axis direction that is a direction of a line from the imaging optical system to the image sensor, and the element holding frame is rotated and thus at least one of the optical elements among the plurality of optical elements is positioned on an optical axis.

A resistive composition that can form a thick film resistor excluding a toxic lead component from a conductive component and glass and having characteristics equivalent to or superior to conventional resistors in terms of, in a wide resistance range, resistance values, TCR characteristics, current noise characteristics, withstand voltage characteristics and the like. The resistive composition of the present invention includes: ruthenium-based conductive particles including ruthenium dioxide; a glass frit that is essentially free of a lead component; and an organic vehicle, wherein the glass frit is a glass frit which is constituted such that in a case where a fired product of a mixture of the glass frit and the ruthenium dioxide has in a range of 1 k&#x3a9;/&#x25a1; to 1 M&#x3a9;/&#x25a1;, the fired product exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance in a plus range.

Resistive composition

A thick film resistor excluding a toxic lead component from a conductive component and glass and having characteristics equivalent to or superior to conventional resistors in terms of, in a wide resistance range, resistance values, TCR characteristics, current noise characteristics, withstand voltage characteristics and the like. The thick film resistor is formed of a fired product of a resistive composition, wherein the thick film resistor contains ruthenium-based conductive particles containing ruthenium dioxide and a glass component essentially free of a lead component and has a resistance value in the range of 100 &#x3a9;/&#x25a1; to 10 M&#x3a9;/&#x25a1; and a temperature coefficient of resistance within &#xb1;100 ppm/&#xb0; C.

Thick film resistor and production method for same

To enable a moving object to be movable even when electromotive driving of the moving object is not possible and prevent inconvenience from occurring during medical procedures. A medical observation device includes: an imaging optical system configured to capture an image of a subject; an image sensor configured to photoelectrically convert the image of the subject captured by the imaging optical system; a driving force transmission mechanism configured to have a transmission gear and to transmit a driving force to a moving object; a manual manipulation knob configured to be manipulated to rotate in an axial rotation direction of a fulcrum shaft and to be capable of moving between a first position and a second position in an axial direction of the fulcrum shaft; a switch gear configured to be connected to the manual manipulation knob and to be integrated with the manual manipulation knob and rotate in the axial rotation direction, and to be integrated with the manual manipulation knob and move in the axial direction between a meshing position and a non-meshing position; and a driving motor configured to give a driving force to the moving object. Meshing of the switch gear and the transmission gear is released at the non-meshing position, and the switch gear and the transmission gear mesh with each other at the meshing position.

A lens barrel includes: a plurality of lenses disposed in an outer enclosure; and an imaging device that converts image light introduced as an image capturing signal through the plurality of lenses into an image signal. The outer enclosure has a unit assembling portion in which an imaging unit is disposed. A resistor composition containing: a lead-free ruthenium-based electrically conductive component, a lead-free glass having a glass basicity (Po value) of 0.4 to 0.9, and an organic vehicle; wherein, MSiAlOcrystals (M: Ba and/or Sr) are present in a thick film resistor obtained by firing this composition. The ruthenium-based resistor composition is capable of forming a lead-free thick film resistor which eliminates harmful lead components from an electrically conductive component and glass, and has superior TCR characteristics, current noise characteristics, withstand voltage characteristics and stability after a heat cycling test over a wide resistance range.
