It is intended to reduce errors related to an energy supply plan to be formulated. An energy supply plan formulation device includes an acquisition unit for acquiring a change of a base load of energy equipment, a determination unit for determining whether to need correction of at least one of an equipment model and a load model on the basis of the change of the base load, a correction unit for correcting at least one of the equipment model and the load model on the basis of a determination result, a demand forecasting unit for forecasting the amount of energy demand, and a supply plan formulation unit for formulating an energy supply plan on the basis of the equipment model and the amount of energy demand.

A heat load predictor predicts a change over time of a heat amount to be processed by air-conditioning equipment, an operation plan creator previously creates an operation plan of the air-conditioning equipment to reduce an evaluation index under a first restrictive condition that a total process heat load be maintained at a same level or within a range of a predetermined amount of difference and a room temperature be maintained within a predetermined comfortable temperature range, and an operation plan corrector corrects the operation plan during controlling the air-conditioning equipment based on the operation plan. If an actually measured temperature differs from a predicted temperature predicted by the operation plan creator at the time of creating the operation plan, the operation plan creator predicts a change over time of the temperature in the room, and corrects the operation plan to minimize the evaluation index under the first restrictive condition.

A control apparatus for a heat pump hot water supply system of the indirect heating method is provided such that a change in heat transfer efficiency of a second heat exchanger is estimated by using either or both of a tank water temperature and a temperature of a second refrigerant flowing through a water circuit. When the heat transfer efficiency is determined to be high, an operation switching unit raises an output of a heat source device. When the heat transfer efficiency is determined to be low, the operation switching unit lowers the output of the heat source device.
