A noise suppression cable includes a conductor wire, and a magnetic insulation layer on a periphery of the conductor wire. The magnetic insulation layer includes an insulating material and two or more types of magnetic powders that have different frequency characteristics from each other.

A shielded flat cable includes a plurality of wires arranged in parallel, a fibrous member including a polyurethane elastic fiber and woven between the plurality of wires along the arrangement direction of the wires, and a shield layer including a conductive member that includes an adhesive layer on one surface thereof and covers an entire periphery of the plurality of wires such that the adhesive layer is in contact with the fibrous member.

Shielded flat cable and cable harness using the same

A flat cable includes a plurality of wires arranged in parallel, and a fibrous member woven into the plurality of wires in the arrangement direction of the plurality of wires. The fibrous member includes a polyurethane elastic fiber, and has an elongation of not less than 500% and not more than 900%, an elongation recovery rate of not less than 90% at a 300% elongation and an initial modulus of 5 to 30 cN/dtex for the 300% elongation.

Flat cable and cable harness using the same

A flat cable includes plurality of electric wires juxtaposed with each other and a fiber member woven along a juxtapositional direction of the electric wires to thread through a plurality of the electric wires. Each of the electric wires includes an outermost layer having a layer with an elongation of 20% or more and 100% or less and a tensile strength of 150 MPa or more. The fiber member is a fiber mainly made of polytrimethylene terephthalate.

A cable harness has a wire group made of plural electric wires, connector terminals provided at both ends of the wire group, a braid sleeve provided around an outer periphery of the wire group, and ground connecting parts provided at both ends of the braid sleeve that are configured to be electrically connected to a ground part in an equipment. The braid sleeve includes a metallized high tension fiber.

Cable harness

An electromagnetic shielding filter has two transparent boards and a conductive mesh with plural wires, where the conductive mesh is sandwiched between the two transparent boards. The plural wires are formed of a Cu&#x2014;Sn&#x2014;In alloy or a Cu&#x2014;Ag alloy.

Electromagnetic shielding filter

An insulating layermainly composed of a fluorine resin is provided at an outer periphery of an inner conductorto provide an inner insulated wire. A skin layermainly composed of a fluorine resin and doped with titanium oxide and carbon black or the titanium oxide and nickel as color pigment is provided at an outer periphery of stranded inner insulated wires. An outer conductor (shield)is provided at an outer periphery of the skin layer, and a sheath layer (jacket)is provided at an outer periphery of the outer conductor, to provide a signal transmission cablehaving excellent electric characteristics, mechanical characteristics and terminal workability.

Signal transmission cable and multi-wire cable

A differential signal transmission cable has four stranded cores, each formed of an inner conductor covered with an insulation of fluorocarbon resin; an outer conductor being spirally wrapped around the four stranded cores in the opposite direction to a stranding direction of the cores; and a sheath formed around the outer conductor, where the diameter of the cable is 1.0 mm or less.

Differential signal transmission cable

In an extrafine or ultrafine copper alloy wire having an outer diameter of not more than 0.1 mm, the copper alloy wire is formed of a heat treated copper alloy comprising 0.05 to 0.9% by weight in total of at least one metallic element selected from the group consisting of tin, indium, silver, antimony, magnesium, aluminum, and boron and not more than 50 ppm of oxygen with the balance consisting of copper. By virtue of this constitution, the extrafine or ultrafine copper alloy wire has a combination of excellent bending fatigue lifetime based on high tensile strength and excellent torsional strength based on high elongation or a combination of excellent tensile strength, electrical conductivity, and drawability and good elongation. The invention has been described in detail with particular reference to preferred embodiments, but it will be understood that variations and modifications can be effected within the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.
