A vibration-damping device includes a first attachment member (), a second attachment member (), an elastic body (), and a partition member (), the partition member including a membrane () and an orifice (). The orifice () includes a first communication hole (), a second communication hole (), an intermediate chamber (), a restriction passage (), and a communication hole (), the restriction passage includes a main liquid chamber-side passage () and an auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage (), the main liquid chamber-side passage and the auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage extend in a circumferential direction and are disposed to be connected to each other in a radial direction, and when the liquid flows through the restriction passage from any one of the first communication hole and the second communication hole toward the other, the flow direction in the main liquid chamber-side passage and the flow direction in the auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage are opposite to each other.

Vibration-damping device

A partition member () of an anti-vibration device () includes a membrane () and an orifice passage (), the orifice passage includes a main liquid chamber-side passage () and an auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage (), the main liquid chamber-side passage and the auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage extend in a circumferential direction and are disposed at mutually different radial positions, a flow direction in the main liquid chamber-side passage and a flow direction in the auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage are opposite to each other when liquid flows through the orifice passage, a channel cross-sectional shape in at least one passage of the main liquid chamber-side passage and the auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage is a laterally long flat shape that is short in an axial direction along a central axis (O) of a first attachment member and long in a radial direction, and a ratio of a radial size to an axial size in the one passage is larger than the ratio in the other passage of the main liquid chamber-side passage and the auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage.

Anti-vibration device

A partition member () of the present invention includes a membrane () which forms a part of a partition wall of a main liquid chamber (), and a first orifice passage () which communicates with the main liquid chamber () and opens toward a sub liquid chamber (), and a flow resistance of a liquid in a portion positioned on the main liquid chamber () side and the flow resistance of a liquid in a portion () positioned on the sub liquid chamber () side are different from each other in the first orifice passage ().

Vibration isolation device

This vibration-damping device is configured such that an outer mounting member (), an inner mounting member (), or a partition member () has formed therein: a first restriction passage () for providing communication between a fourth liquid chamber () and a second liquid chamber () or a third liquid chamber (); and a second restriction passage () for providing communication between the second liquid chamber () and the third liquid chamber (). The flow resistance of the first restriction passage () and that of the second restriction passage () are different.

The vibration-damping device includes a tubular first attachment member; a second attachment member; an elastic body that couples the first attachment member and the second attachment member to each other; and a partition member that partitions a liquid chamber within the first attachment member into a main liquid chamber having the elastic body in a portion of a barrier wall thereof, and an auxiliary liquid chamber. The partition member includes a membrane; a first orifice passage that includes a main liquid chamber-side passage, and an opposite liquid chamber-side passage; and a damping force difference increasing part that restrains any one of swelling deformation of the membrane toward the main liquid chamber side and swelling deformation of the membrane toward the opposite liquid chamber and increases a difference between a damping force generated when a bound load is input and a damping force generated when a rebound load is input.

The anti-vibration device () includes: an inner attachment member (); an outer cylinder () that surrounds the inner attachment member; and elastic bodies () that elastically couple the inner attachment member and the outer cylinder. The elastic bodies include: a pair of end elastic bodies () fitted in the outer cylinder; and a pair of intermediate elastic bodies () separately arranged on both sides of the inner attachment member and between the end elastic bodies. Covering members () that form liquid chambers () between the covering members and the inner attachment member is arranged between the inner attachment member and the outer cylinder. An orifice passage that provides communication between the liquid chambers is formed between the covering members and the outer cylinder. The entire intermediate elastic bodies are formed of rubber material. The covering members surround the entire circumference of the inner attachment member from outside thereof in a radial direction and cause compressive deformation of the intermediate elastic bodies inward in the radial direction and inward in a circumferential direction.

In the present invention, any two of a second liquid chamber (), a third liquid chamber (), and a fourth liquid chamber () communicate with each other through a first restricted passage () formed in an outer attachment member (), an inner attachment member () or a partition member (), and the remaining one liquid chamber communicates with a fifth liquid chamber () formed in the outer attachment member (), the inner attachment member () or the partition member (), the remaining one liquid chamber is divided in a circumferential direction, and each of the liquid chambers divided in the circumferential direction and the fifth liquid chamber () separately communicate with each other through a second restricted passage () formed in the outer attachment member (), the inner attachment member () or the partition member ().

An anti-vibration device () of the present invention includes a cylindrical first attaching member () and a second attaching member (), an elastic body (), and a partition member () which is configured to partition a liquid chamber () in the first attaching member into a main liquid chamber () and an auxiliary liquid chamber (). The partition member includes a membrane () that forms a part of the partition wall of the main liquid chamber, and an intermediate chamber () which is located on a side opposite to the main liquid chamber with the membrane therebetween and has a membrane as a part of a partition wall of the main liquid chamber. In the partition member, a first orifice () through which the main liquid chamber and the auxiliary liquid chamber communicate with each other, and a second orifice () through which the intermediate chamber and the auxiliary liquid chamber communicate with each other, and a common opening () which forms an opening on the auxiliary liquid chamber side of each of the first orifice () and the second orifice () are formed.

A vibration damping device () includes a tubular metal bracket (), a first attachment member (), a second attachment member (), an elastic body (), a partition member (), and a diaphragm (). A fixed portion () fixed to a fixing portion () of the metal bracket is formed in the second attachment member. A gap (S, S) is provided between a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the second attachment member except for the fixed portion, and a portion of an inner circumferential surface of the metal bracket except for the fixing portion, and a second seal portion () is provided between the fixed portion and the fixing portion.

Vibration damping device

An object is to provide a daylighting sheet which efficiently performs daylighting and in which, when the daylighting sheet is applied to a window of a building or the like, it is possible to see an outdoor side. The daylighting sheet includes a translucent base material layer; and a light deflection layer that is formed on the base material layer, and the light deflection layer includes: light transmission portions that are aligned along one surface of the base material layer so as to be able to transmit light, each of which including a groove at a portion being in a light entering side in a position where the light transmission portion is arranged in the opening portion of a building; and light deflection portions that are formed between the light transmission portions and filled with a material whose refractive index is lower than that of the light transmission portions.

Daylighting sheet, daylighting panel and roll-up daylighting screen

A vibration damping device () comprises a tubular outer attachment member () and an inner attachment member (); a pair of main rubber portions () that couple the outer attachment member () to the inner attachment member (), and that are arranged so as to be spaced in an axial direction along a central axis (O) of the outer attachment member (); and a partition portion () that couples the outer attachment member () to the inner attachment member (), and that partitions a liquid chamber () between the pair of main rubber portions (), in the axial direction, into a first liquid chamber () and a second liquid chamber (). The partition portion () comprises an annular rigid portion () in which a restricted passage () that connects the first liquid chamber () to the second liquid chamber () is formed, and an annular elastic portion () that is adjacent to the rigid portion () in the radial direction. The elastic portion () is compressed and deformed in the radial direction and makes contact with the rigid portion () in an unbonded state.

An anti-vibration device includes: a cylinder body coupled to a vibration receiver; a support body coupled to a vibration source; an elastic body that attaches the support body to the cylinder body such that the support body is capable of moving relative to the cylinder body; a first liquid chamber sectioned by an orifice pathway and the elastic body; a second liquid chamber that a liquid flows to and from the first liquid chamber through the orifice pathway; a first gas chamber with a wall configured by a diaphragm; a second gas chamber capable of communicating with the first gas chamber; and a switching section that switches a state of communication of the first gas chamber and the second gas chamber.

Provided is a method for manufacturing a vibration damping device including sealing liquid (L) in a liquid chamber () of a vibration damping device main body () having the liquid chamber () in which the liquid (L) is sealed, and an injection port () through which the liquid (L) is injected into the liquid chamber (). In a state where a nozzle () spouting the liquid (L) is thrust into the injection port () and an inside of a decompression container () having the vibration damping device main body () disposed therein is decompressed, the liquid (L) is injected into the liquid chamber () through the nozzle (), and air inside the liquid chamber () is discharged through an air discharge port () which is formed in the vibration damping device main body () and communicates with the liquid chamber ().

Method for manufacturing vibration damping device

The vibration isolation device () includes a first mounting member () connected to one of a vibration generating portion and a vibration receiving portion, and a second mounting member () connected to the other thereof; and an elastic body () disposed between the mounting members. On either one of opposing surfaces () that oppose each other, respectively on the first mounting member () and the second mounting member (), a stopper elastic body () having a stopper surface () which faces the other of the opposing surfaces () such as to be capable of coming into contact therewith, and a hollow portion () in which the stopper elastic body () is disposed, are provided. The stopper elastic body () is fitted into the hollow portion () such that, among the surfaces of the stopper elastic body (), a counter-stopper surface () which faces the direction opposed to the stopper surface (), is in a state of non-contact.

A vibration isolation device () includes a first mounting member () connected to one of a vibration generating portion and a vibration receiving portion, and a second mounting member () connected to the other; an elastic body () disposed between the mounting members (); a first stopper elastic body () having a first stopper surface () which is disposed on either one of opposing surfaces () that oppose each other, respectively on the first mounting member () and the second mounting member (), and which faces the other surface such as to be capable of coming into contact therewith; and a second stopper elastic body () having a second stopper surface () which is disposed on either one of the opposing surfaces (), respectively on the first mounting member () and the second mounting member (), and which faces the other surface such as to be capable of coming into contact therewith. The distance between the first stopper surface () and the opposing surface () facing the first stopper surface () is smaller than the distance between the second stopper surface () and the opposing surface () facing the second stopper surface ().
