A stator includes a stator core, an insulator attached to the stator core, and coil wires. The insulator includes base portions respectively surrounding outer peripheral surfaces of teeth and an outer wall portion located immediately above the core back and extending in a circumferential direction. Each of the coil wires includes coils into which each of the coil wires is wound around more than one of the teeth by concentrated winding, a connecting wire connecting the coils, and a pair of lead wires located at two ends of each of the coil wires and extending from the coils. The connecting wire of each of the coil wires includes at least one outside-passing portion extending along an outer surface of the outer wall portion on a radially outer side of the outer wall portion.

Stator, motor, and method of manufacturing stator

A method of manufacturing a rotor core, the method including laminating first laminated steel plates in an axial direction. The first laminated steel plates each include a plurality of flake portions arranged in a circumferential direction with gaps between each other and a plurality of protrusions protruding radially outward from an outer side surface of a base portion and each having at least a portion located in the gap between the flake portions. The method further includes fixing the base portions to each other and fixing the flake portions to each other. The method further includes removing the protrusions of the laminated steel plates radially outward.

A rotor includes magnets, and a rotor core including thin film cores laminated in an axial direction and magnet holes in which the magnets are located. The rotor core includes first thin plate cores and second thin plate cores. The first thin plate cores include an annular first inner plate, first outer plates on a radially outer side of the inner plate and arrayed side by side in the circumferential direction, first inner connecting portions connecting the inner plate and the outer plate, and a first outer connecting portion that is on a radially outer side of the first outer plate and connects the adjacent outer plates in the circumferential direction.

Rotor and motor

A rotor includes a rotor core in which magnetic steel plates widening in a radial direction with respect to a central axis of the rotor core are laminated in an axial direction, and magnets provided to the rotor core. Each of the magnetic steel plates includes a base portion positioned outside the central axis in the radial direction and piece-shaped portions each spaced by a gap from an outer side in the radial direction of the base portion and arranged in a circumferential direction of the base portion at predetermined intervals. The magnets are positioned at the gaps and arranged in the circumferential direction at predetermined intervals, a length in the radial direction from a central portion of the magnet in the circumferential direction is a central portion length in a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction, a length in the radial direction from an end portion of the magnet in the circumferential direction is an end portion length, the central portion length and the end portion length are lengths in parallel or substantially in parallel, and the central portion length is greater than the end portion length.

A rotor includes a first rotating body and a second rotating body. The first rotating body includes a first rotor core and first magnets arranged in a circumferential direction. An outer side surface of the first rotating body includes first outer side surfaces curved in a circular arc shape and arranged in the circumferential direction. The first outer side surface is an outer side surface of the first magnet or an outer side surface of the first rotor core. The second rotating body is positioned on a side lower than the first rotating body in an axial direction and includes a second rotor core and second magnets arranged in the circumferential direction. An outer side surface of the second rotating body includes second outer side surfaces curved in a circular arc shape and arranged in the circumferential direction.

A manufacturing method of a motor core includes laminating in an axial direction steel plates extending in a radial direction with respect to a central axis, each of the laminate steel plates including a base portion on a radially outer side of the central axis, annular portions separately disposed on a radially outer side of the base portion with penetrating portions therebetween, and connecting portions at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction to extend in the radial direction and connect the base portion and the annular portions, the annular portions including coupling portions adjacent to both circumferential sides of the connecting portions, and cutting at least one of the two coupling portions adjacent to one connecting portion in the circumferential direction from an outer side to an inner side of the laminate steel plates in the radial direction with respect to the laminate steel plates that are laminated.

Manufacturing method of motor core, manufacturing method of rotor core, and manufacturing method of rotor

A rotor includes a rotor core in which laminate steel plates extending in a radial direction with respect to a central axis are laminated in an axial direction, and magnets are inserted into the rotor core. Each of the laminate steel plates includes a base portion positioned on a radially outer side of the central axis, and pieces separately disposed on a radially outer side of the base portion with penetrating portions therebetween, and arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction. The magnets are inserted into the penetrating portions and arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. Space portions are provided between the magnets adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. A circumferential length of the pieces is shorter than a circumferential length of the magnets.

A laminated core manufacturing method includes punching a center hole in a processing region, molding split stator piece portions adjacently in a circumferential direction, and pushing back and molding the split stator piece portions. In the molding the split stator piece portions, the split stator piece portion is extruded in parallel with the workpiece.

Laminated core manufacturing method

A rotor core includes first and second laminate steel plates extending in a radial direction with respect to a central axis. The first laminate steel plate includes a first base portion positioned on a radially outer side of the central axis, and pieces separately positioned on a radially outer side of the first base portion with penetrating portions therebetween, and disposed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction. The second laminated steel sheet includes a second base portion positioned on a radially outer side of the central axis, and annular portions separately disposed on a radially outer side of the second base portion with penetrating portions therebetween, and extending in a circumferential direction. The rotor core is defined by the first laminate steel plates and at least one of the second laminate steel plates laminated in an axial direction.

A rotor core includes laminate steel plates extending in a radial direction with respect to a central axis. The laminate steel plates each include a base portion on a radially outer side of the central axis, and pieces separately disposed on a radially outer side of the base portion with penetrating portions therebetween, and arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction. The laminate steel plates are laminated in an axial direction. The laminated steel plate at an upper end in the axial direction includes at least one of an outward projection extending radially outward from an outer edge portion of the base portion and an inward projection extending radially inward from an inner edge portion of the piece, and the laminated steel plate at a lower end in the axial direction includes an intervening portion between the base portion and the piece portion.

A stator includes core pieces in which at least first and second laminate members are laminated, the first laminate member includes a first tooth portion and a first core back portion, the second laminate member includes a second tooth portion and a second core back portion, the first core back portion includes a first protrusion on one side thereof in a circumferential direction and a first recess on the other side thereof in the circumferential direction, the second core back portion includes a second recess on one side thereof in a circumferential direction and a second protrusion on the other side thereof in the circumferential direction, and an area of a region in which the first and second core back portions of the core piece adjacent thereto overlap in a lamination direction is greater than a circumferential cross-sectional area of the first core back portion circumferentially inward from the first protrusion.

Stator, stator manufacturing method and motor

A motor includes a rotor that rotates centered on a central axis extending in an axial direction, and a stator. The stator includes a stator iron core in which a plurality of laminated iron cores each including a tooth portion extending in a radial direction are arranged in a circumferential direction, and coils wound around the tooth portion. The laminated iron core includes a plurality of flat plate-shaped iron core pieces laminated in a plate thickness direction. The iron core piece is made of a non-oriented electromagnetic steel plate. A rolling direction of the iron core piece is inclined with respect to the radial direction. The laminated iron core is preferably formed by laminating the iron core pieces to be arranged with a same inclination. At least a pair of the laminated iron cores adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction has inclinations opposite to each other.

A method of manufacturing a stator core, the stator core that includes core pieces arranged in a circumferential direction about a central axis that extends in an up-down direction, the core pieces formed by stacking plate members, the plate members each including a core back portion extending in the circumferential direction, a tooth portion extending from the core back portion towards a first side in a radial direction, and a groove portion recessed from a surface on a second side of the core back portion in the radial direction towards the first side in the radial direction, the method of manufacturing the stator core including stamping out an individual piece including the core back portion and the tooth portion stamped out from an electromagnetic steel sheet, and forming the groove portion formed by punching a portion of the electromagnetic steel sheet.
