This invention provides a water-glycol hydraulic fluid comprises from 0.2 to 0.6% by mass of a dimer acid as a fatty acid lubricant, and more than 0.10% by mass and 0.20% by mass or less of a phosphoric acid ester of Formula (1), wherein the sum of the dimer acid and the phosphoric acid ester is more than 0.35% by mass wherein Rand Rmay be the same or different, each representing a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, Rrepresents a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and X, X, Xand Xmay be the same or different, each representing an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom.

Water-glycol hydraulic fluid

An aluminum alloy that has high yield strength enabling use as a substitute for iron- and copper-based metal materials, and has a constant break elongation even at narrow diameters. The aluminum alloy has an alloy composition containing 0.20-1.80 mass % of Mg, 0.20-2.00 mass % of Si, and 0.01-1.50 mass % of Fe, with a balance being Al and inevitable impurities. The aluminum alloy material has a fibrous metallic microstructure in which a plurality of crystal grains extend so as to be aligned in one direction, and in a cross section parallel to the one direction, an average value of a maximum dimension in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a plurality of the crystal grains is no more than 400 nm, and viewing the cross section in a thickness direction, when observing at a central part, specific voids having a maximum dimension in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of no less than 1.0 μm are not present, or an existence number of the specific voids is no more than 15 per 10000 μm.

An aluminum alloy material which has high yield strength and excellent electric and thermal conductivity and can have a constant break elongation even when the aluminum alloy material has a small diameter. The aluminum alloy material has an alloy composition including 0.05 to 1.50 mass % of Fe, at least one of 0.01 to 0.15 mass % of Si, 0.01 to 0.30 mass % of Cu and 0.01 to 1.50 mass % of Mg, and a remainder made up by Al and unavoidable impurities, and has a fibrous metallic structure in which a plurality of crystal grains extend in line in one direction. The average value of maximum dimensions of the plurality of crystal grains in a direction perpendicular to the length direction is 800 nm or less in a cross section parallel to the aforementioned one direction, and there is no specific void of which the maximum dimension in a direction perpendicular to the length direction is 1.0 μm or more as observed at a center part of the cross section in the thickness direction or the abundance of the specific voids is 10 or less per 10000 μm.

The present invention provides a water-glycol hydraulic fluid comprising 0.3-0.6% by mass in total of fatty acid sodium salt and/or fatty acid, and 0.3-0.6% by mass of dimerized fatty acid. The water-glycol hydraulic fluid also comprises 20-60% by mass water, 20-60% by mass glycol, 0.01-0.06% by mass alkali hydroxide compound selected from potassium hydroxide and/or sodium hydroxide, and 1.0-5.0% by mass alkanolamine.

The present invention provides a water/glycol-based hydraulic fluid that includes a total fatty acid and dimer acid of more than 0.4 and no more than 1.2 mass % as a fatty acid lubricant, and also a phosphate ester at between 0.01 and 0.07 mass %. The phosphate ester has the following structure (1) here R1 and R2 each represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrogen group with a carbon number between 1 and 30, and may either be mutually identical or mutually different; Rrepresents a hydrocarbon group with a carbon number between 1 and 20; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group with a carbon number between 1 and 30; and X, X, X, and Xeach indicate an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, where these may either be mutually identical or mutually different.

The present invention provides a movable cable, which has strength that is at least equal to conventional movable cables while having excellent flexural fatigue resistance and flexibility as well as being lightweight. This movable cablehas an electric conductor therein. The conductor comprises a first conductormade of a specific aluminum alloy material wherein: the alloy composition contains, in mass %, 0.05-1.8% Mg, 0.01-2.0% Si, 0.01-1.5% Fe, and at least a total of 0.00-2.00% of one element selected from the group consisting of Cu, Ag, Zn, Ni, Co, Au, Mn, Cr, V, Zr, Ti and Sn, the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities; the crystal grains have a fiber-like metal structure in which the crystal grains all extend in one direction; and in a cross-section parallel to the one direction, the average crystal grain dimension perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is 400 nm or less. The ratio X of the area of the first conductorin the whole conductor of the movable cableis in the range of 10-100%.

This aluminum alloy material has an alloy composition which comprises at least one among 0.05-1.50 mass % of Fe, 0.01-0.15 mass % of Si, 0.01-0.3 mass % of Cu, and 0.01-1.5 mass % of Mg, with the balance being Al and inevitable impurities, and has a fibrous metal structure in which crystal grains extend in one direction. The invention provides a compressor oil, wherein 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol and tris (2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite are added to a base oil having a naphthene content of from 17 to 30% based on the total amount of the base oil, and has a pour point of &#x2212;25&#xb0; C. or lower. 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol is effective when it is contained in an amount of from 0.5 mass % to 6.0 mass % based on the total amount of the compressor oil, and tris (2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite is effective when it is contained in an amount of from 0.3 mass % to 2.0 mass % based on the total amount of the compressor oil. Furthermore, adding an alkaline earth metal salt of alkylsalicylic acid in combination is even more effective. The amount thereof used is preferably from 0.05 mass % to 2.0 mass %.

An object of the present invention is to provide a lubricating oil composition for hydraulic actuation which has excellent safety and which is imparted with electrical conductivity in order to prevent the generation of noise that adversely affects devices including hydraulic circuits equipped with an electronic control device for the valve system. The composition uses a hydrocarbon base oil, and the base oil contains from 30 to 250 ppm of ultrabasic magnesium salicylate in terms of magnesium content relative to the total amount of the composition, and from 0.07 to 5.0 mass % of non-dispersible polymethacrylate having a weight-average molecular weight of from 5,000 to 200,000 as a net amount relative to the total amount of the composition. The conductivity of the composition at 25&#xb0; C. is 200 pS/m or more, the flash point is 240&#xb0; C. or more, the pour point is negative 40&#xb0; C. or less, and the coefficient of friction at 140&#xb0; C. by a microclutch is 0.08 or more. This lubricating oil composition can be imparted with conductivity in order to prevent the generation of noise that adversely affects electronic controls when used in machinery equipped with electronic control devices.

This twisted wire conductorfor an insulated electrical wire is configured so as to be in a mixed state in which a first conductorand a second conductorare twisted together. The first conductor comprises a specific aluminum alloy: which has an alloy composition that contains, by mass %, 0.2-1.8% of Mg, 0.2-2.0% of Si, 0.01-0.33% of Fe and a total of 0.00-2.00% of one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Cu, Ag, Zn, Ni, Co, Au, Mn, Cr, V, Zr, Ti and Sn, with the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities; which has a fibrous metal structure in which crystal grains extend in one direction; and in which the average value of a dimension t which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of crystal grains is 400 nm or less in a cross section parallel to this one direction. The second conductor has a higher electrical conductivity than the first conductorand comprises a metal or alloy selected from the group consisting of copper, copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys. The twisted wire conductor exhibits high electrical conductivity, high strength and excellent bending fatigue resistance, and enables a reduction in weight.
