A mask includes a main body part, a pair of ear straps, and a support part. The main body part covers a wearer's mouth and has an upper end fixing point where an upper end part of each of the ear straps is fixed, and a lower end fixing point where a lower end part of each of the ear straps is fixed. The pair of ear straps are provided on both the left and right sides of the main body part, and are hooked on the wearer's ears. The support part is provided in the main body part, and supports one location of an intermediate part of each of the ear straps. The support part is located in a top region between the upper end fixing point and an upper end of the main body part, with respect to the vertical direction of the main body part.

A scroll expander includes: a driving scroll body having a first axis line as a rotary shaft line; a driven scroll body having, as a rotary shaft, a second axis line shifted with respect to the first axis line; a bearing plate having the second axis line as a rotary shaft; a cylindrical driving pin attached to the driving scroll body; and a cylindrical guide ring attached to the bearing plate and having an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the driving pin. Four driving pins are disposed on the circumference of a circle around the first axis line at an equal interval. Four guide rings are disposed on the circumference of a circle around the second axis line at the equal interval so as to correspond to the four driving pins.

A revolving plate is attached to the rod-shaped member, provided with a pin crank mechanism, and supported revolvably on the drive shaft. The revolving plate is provided with a sealing unit that seals the compression chamber in an axial direction.

According to one embodiment, a semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell array, a data bus, a transfer controller, column blocks, and a column selector. The data bus is divided into stages. The transfer controller serially transfers data such that the data are respectively allocated to the stages. The column blocks temporarily stores the data. The column selector selects a column block for each of the stages from the column blocks, and transfers the data parallel between the stages and the column blocks selected for the stages. The data bus extends from one end to the other in a direction in which the column blocks are arranged, and returns from the other end to the one end.

The controller generates the reference voltage according to the logical value of a signal output from the sense amplifier. The controller, before detecting data in the memory cell, adjusts the reference voltage on the basis of current flowing in one of a plurality of bit lines connected to a plurality of memory cells in a half-selected state detected by the sense amplifier.
