Disclosed is a method of molding a resin coated bearing. When a molten resin is injected toward a substantially central portion of a disk space of forming dies from a sprue formed on an upper die, the molten resin is filled into a cavity through a film gate after the molten resin is led to the disk space from a pin gate, so that any weld is absent on a resin member, which covers an outer race, thus enabling uniformizing a coating member in resin strength and suppressing generation of crack on the coating member even at the time of high loading. Also, since the film gate formed on a whole peripheral edge of the disk space is formed from a lower die and an upper die, there is an advantage that after working suffices to take out a resin coated bearing from the both dies and to cut a runner in the disk space.

A control apparatus for opening/closing a vehicle door includes a door opening/closing mechanism for operating the vehicle door, a driving source for driving the door opening/closing mechanism, a connecting/disconnecting apparatus interposed between the door opening/closing mechanism and the driving source, and a controlling apparatus for controlling the connecting/disconnecting apparatus. The controlling apparatus for opening/closing the vehicle door includes a door movement-detecting apparatus for detecting a movement of the vehicle door. The controlling apparatus switches the connecting/disconnecting apparatus from a connected state to a disconnected state when the driving source is stopped during in an opening/closing operation of the vehicle door. The controlling apparatus performs a repetition mode, in which the connecting/disconnecting apparatus repeats the connected state and the disconnected state, when the movement of the vehicle door is detected in the disconnected state of the connecting/disconnecting apparatus.

A motor deice for actuating a vehicle door operation device is operated by the rotational torque inputted from a electric motor to operate a latch mechanism. The rotational torque of the motor is inputted to a sun gear body of a planetary gear mechanism to rotate each of several planetary gears via a ring gear body fixed against rotation. A carrier is rotated by the rotation of the planetary gears and an output shaft operates the latch operation mechanism. The ring gear body is fixed against rotation by engaging an engagement-disengagement block with an outer gear portion through application of a force of a spring. By applying the opening operation to a door handle, an engagement-disengagement operation member is rotated to retract the engagement-disengagement block. Then, the ring gear body is released to be rotated to interrupt a power transmission condition between the motor and the output shaft.

Motor device for actuating vehicle door operation device

A door lock system has a closing mechanism for bringing an ajar condition of a door into a fully closed condition. The fully closed condition of the door is locked for the sake of safety by the locking operation of a locking-and-unlocking mechanism. The locked condition of the door is released by an unlocking operation of the locking-and-unlocking mechanism. Moreover, by actuating a double lock mechanism, the door under the locked condition is further brought into a double-looked condition under which the unlocking operation of the locking-and-unlocking mechanism cannot be established. The closing mechanism, the locking and-unlocking mechanism, and the double lock mechanism are driven by a common electric motor thus allowing the door lock mechanism to be reduced in size and manufactured less expensively.

Door lock assembly for automotive vehicles

A door closer device includes an active lever which, when it is in an abnormal state-with respect to a latch lever, automatically returns a door to a normal state by means of a door closing operation. An active latch which is pivotably supported by an active lever is freely rotatable in one direction, but is rotation regulated by an arm of an active pawl, i.e. a cancel lever, in the other direction. This prevents the latch lever from jumping over the active latch and causing an abnormal state in which the active latch swings wide with respect to the latch lever.

Door closing apparatus

An apparatus for perfectly closing a door of a vehicle basically comprising a latch, a pawl, a motor, an active lever, a latch lever, a pawl switch, and a latch switch. The door closing begins with the action of the latch moving from the door half-closed to the closed position an shown by the switching off of the pawl switch with the latch switch turning on. The electric motor activates upon detecting the door half-closed position and stops when the closed position is reached.

A vehicle door locking assembly includes a housing, a latch member and a pawl member provided in the housing for holding a vehicle door in a closed position, a manually actuatable door opening member provided on the housing for rotational movement, and a rotatably mounted lift lever which is operatively connected with the latch member. A release lever is mounted on the door opening member for rotational movement between a first position in which the release lever engages the lift lever so that rotational movement of the door opening member is transmitted through the release lever and the lift lever to the pawl member to release the door and a second position in which the release lever cannot engage the lift lever so that rotational movement of the door opening member is not transmitted to the lift lever. A locking lever is mounted for rotational movement on the housing between a locking position and an unlocking position, and is operatively connected with the release lever so that when the locking lever is moved to the locking position the release lever is moved to the second position in which the release lever cannot be engaged with the lift lever and so that when the locking lever is moved to the unlocking position the release lever is moved to the first position in which the release lever can be engaged with the lift lever upon operation of the door opening member.

Vehicle door lock mechanism

A door closing device comprises a door-lock mechanism provided between a door and a body and including a striker secured to the body and a latch member provided on the door, a driving mechanism, and a door-closing mechanism for establishing a perfect closed condition of the door relative to the body when the striker is in receipt of a groove of the latch member. The door-closing mechanism includes a passive-lever adapted to be moved in a linear mode by the driving mechanism in order to be brought into engagement with the latch member.

Door closing device

A door closing device comprises a door-lock mechanism provided between a door and a body and including a striker secured to the body and a pawl provided on the door, a driving mechanism, and a door-closing mechanism for establishing a fully closed condition of the door relative to the body, the door-closing mechanism including an active-lever operatively connected to the driving mechanism, a passive-lever operatively connected to the door-lock mechanism, and a cancel-lever disposed between the active-lever and the passive-lever. A window regulator apparatus includes a guide rail fixed within a vehicle door, a bracket including a window supported on the guide rail, a driving mechanism fixed within the door for moving the window up and down the guide rail, resilient members interposed between the guide rail and bracket, and shoes interposed between the resilient means and guide rail to compress the resilient means and circumvent rattling of the window.

Window regulator apparatus

In a lid opener mechanism having two locking devices for respectively locking two lids such as a fuel lid and a trunk lid of a motor vehicle, a handle device is provided for operating the control wires connected to each lid. The handle device includes a support on which are mounted for rotation two separately moveable levers. Each lever is spring biased to return it to its rest position after use and thereby permit closure of the lid which has been opened. Both levers are rotatably mounted in parallel on a projection extending out from the base of the handle device. Another projection, formed on the outer lever passes through said first projection and connects to the base. This arrangement assists in preventing rattles that might otherwise occur.
