A piping fixing structure of the present invention includes: a vehicle body; a suspension member which is elastically supported by the vehicle body via a vibration damping member, and supports a suspension; and a fixing mechanism which fixes piping to the suspension member. A bearing in which the thickness of the bottom of at least one of the inner ring and the outer ring is 50% or more of the diameter of the balls. Further, the bearing includes an outer ring having an outer diameter of 65 mm or less and balls having a diameter of 4 mm or less and has a width dimension of 45% or less of the inner diameter dimension thereof wherein the pitch diameter of the balls is closer to the outer side of the bearing than to the center of the section of the bearing. A pulley support double row ball bearing is disclosed, which improves the seal performance of the seal rings and is able to maintain sufficient durability even under severe conditions. The ball bearing includes inner sections of the seal rings which overlap the end surfaces in an axial direction of the inner ring such that the width of the overlap in the axial direction is 30% or more than the diameter of the balls. Moreover, tip edges of first and second protrusions are formed on the inside surface of the seal lips and come in sliding contact with end surfaces of the inner ring. Furthermore, third protrusions come close to and face the corner sections of the inner ring to form labyrinth seals in those areas.

Bearing to be used for pulley in auxiliary device for engine

The radius of curvature r , r of the cross-sectional shape of an inner ring raceway is made smaller at a central portion and larger at end portions . A contact ellipse at the end portions is made small by increasing the radius of curvature r of the end portions to thereby secure an allowable moment load. In contrast with this, an angular gap is reduced by reducing the radius of curvature r of the central portion

Single row deep groove radial ball bearing

A radial ball bearing of the three point contact type or four point contact type is used for the rolling bearing for a compressor pulley. The offset amount &dgr;, that is the axial distance between the center &agr; of the radial load applied to the follower pulley from the endless belt , and the center &bgr; of the radial ball bearing is 40% or less of the diameter of the pitch circle. In addition, the radial clearance of the radial ball bearing is 0.2% or less of the diameter of the pitch circle. With this construction, the durability of the rolling bearing to support the follower pulley is secured while made compact.

A radial ball bearing of the three point contact type or four point contact type is used for the rolling bearing for a compressor pulley. The offset amount &dgr;, that is the axial distance between the center &agr; of the radial load applied to the follower pulley from the endless belt and the center &bgr; of the radial ball bearing is 40% or less of the diameter of the pitch circle. In addition, the radial clearance of the radial ball bearing is 0.2% or less of the diameter of the pitch circle. With this construction, the durability of the rolling bearing to support the follower pulley is secured while made compact.
