A particles object freezing device includes an air-permeable belt configured to support conveyance of a particles object, and an injection plate which includes a plurality of injection holes configured to inject a cooling gas for fluidizing the particles object toward the belt from below. The injection plate includes a first injection part and a second injection part which are disposed along a width direction of the belt, and are different in opening ratio. A first boundary between the first injection part and the second injection part is along a traveling direction of the belt.

Particles object freezing device

A particulate material freezing device includes a belt and an injection plate. The belt is configured to support conveyance of a particulate material and has air permeability. The injection plate includes a plurality of injection holes configured to inject a cooling gas to the belt from below. Further, the belt includes a sliding portion configured to move while sliding on an upper surface of the injection plate in a traveling direction of the belt. Thus, the particulate material freezing device is implemented where a flow of the cooling gas is stabilized.

Pressure sensor package

Filtration apparatus prevents a membrane filter from fouling by providing a UV irradiation apparatus. The filtration apparatus comprises a filtration tank which contains a membrane filter with a pore size of 0.1 to 1 &mgr;m connected to the UV irradiation equipment, an air diffusing pipe placed below the membrane filter, an air blower for sending air to the air diffusing pipe, a filtrate discharge pipe connected to the membrane filter, a flow meter and a flow control valve.

Filtration method and filtration apparatus

A fire detecting/extinguishing apparatus according to the present invention is comprised of a fire detecting unit which monitors to detect a fire within a monitoring area, the fire detecting unit stepwise scanning in a vertical direction while scanning the fire monitoring area in the vertical direction at each step of the horizontal scanning; a water discharging unit having a water discharging nozzle for discharging water to the monitoring area, the water discharging unit being rotatable in the horizontal direction, the water discharging unit being directed toward a position of the fire based on the fire detection by the fire detecting unit; a swinging unit which swings the water discharging unit in the horizontal direction; and a casing in which the fire detecting unit and the water discharging unit are housed as a single unit. Further, the apparatus of the present invention includes a cover fixed to a side of the water discharging nozzle which is opposite to the side of the water discharging nozzle. The cover is capable of rotating together with the water discharging unit, and the cover is flush with a front wall of the casing when the water discharging nozzle is housed in the casing.

Fire detecting/extinguishing apparatus and water discharging nozzle

A scan type fire detecting apparatus is provided with a scanning unit which stepwise scans a monitoring area in a horizontal direction and vertically scans at each step of the horizontal scan to output a detecting signal obtained during the vertical and horizontal scan while a fire judging section judges an occurrence of a fire based on the detecting signal from the scanning unit. The fire judging section includes a first fire judging section which judges as to whether or not the detecting signal outputted from the scanning unit during the vertical and horizontal scanning is higher than a predetermined threshold value, and stops the horizontal scan of the scanning unit when the detecting signal is higher than the predetermined threshold value. A second fire judging section vertically scans the scanning area at the horizontal stop position, determined by the first fire judging section, and analyzes a frequency of the detecting signal detected through the vertical scan to judge whether or not the detecting signal is on the basis of a fluctuation of a flame, to thereby determine an occurrence of a fire when it is judged that the detecting signal is on the frequency of the fluctuation of a flame.

Scan type fire detecting apparatus

Speed control of an induction motor is effected in digital fashion through use of a computer but without complex processing, and with a computer that need not be large in scale. This is accomplished by processing at least a speed command signal, actual speed signal and torque signal in analog fashion, enabling simplification of an induction motor speed control digital processing section which performs all other control operations in a digital manner. In a speed control network having a closed loop, a frequency-to-voltage converter, adder-subtractor, proportional integrator, polarity determining circuit absolute value circuit and voltage-to-frequency converter are constructed of circuitry operable on the basis of analog values, with all other circuits being constructed of circuitry operable on the basis of digital values.

Induction motor control system

A circuit for an encoder apparatus of an incremental-type construction, including: a unit mechanically joined to a movable machine; a unit for outputting at least two signals having a phase shift and a periodic waveform in response to movement of the unit; a battery-type power supply; and an electric ciruit including a circuit for generating a timing pulse having predetermined frequency and pulse width, a circuit for detecting a change of the signals from the signal outputting circuit and for outputting a pulse signal in response to the change of signals, and a circuit for counting the pulse signal from the signal-change detecting circuit. The apparatus may be optical or magnetic in construction.

Circuit device for a positional encoder

A rotary encoder apparatus of an incremental-type construction, including: a rotary unit mechanically joined to a movable machine; a unit for outputting at least two signals having a phase shift and a periodic waveform in response to rotation of the rotary unit; a battery-type power supply; and an electric circuit including a circuit for generating a timing pulse having predetermined frequency and pulse width, a circuit for detecting a change of the signals from the signal outputting circuit and for outputting a pulse signal in response to the change of signals, and a circuit for counting the pulse signal from the signal-change detecting circuit. The apparatus may be optical or magnetic in construction.

The drive system of an induction motor wherein the exciting current command value I.sub.o of the induction motor (14) is held constant and the rotational speed thereof is caused to quickly respond to a command speed by the vector control circuit the induction motor (104) has exceeded a predetermined speed, an exciting current amplitude-controlling circuit (51) increases the exciting current command value in accordance with the rotational speed. The level of the driving supply voltage of the induction motor is sensed by a supply voltage output circuit (52), whereupon the exciting current amplitude-controlling circuit (51) is controlled so that the predetermined speed serving as a threshold value for changing the exciting current command value may be increased in accordance with the sensed level.

A pulse encoder having a circuit for diagnosing abnormalities such as the breaking of wire in LEDs or lowering of a power supply voltage, the pulse encoder comprising LEDs, a rotary lattice plate, a stationary lattice plate, light-receiving elements, and a driving unit for driving the electric signals from the light-receiving elements, the driving unit having a control terminal for controlling the output signal of the driving unit, wherein the anode of one of the LEDs connected to the ground is connected to the control terminal so that when the potential of the control terminal is lowered to a level lower than a predetermined value an alarm signal is output from the driving unit.
