An electronic component in which a metal layer is unlikely to be peeled from a substrate includes an insulating ceramic substrate, a ceramic layer diffusion-bonded to the substrate, a metal layer including a first principal surface and a second principal surface opposed to the first principal surface, with the first principal surface diffusion-bonded to the ceramic layer, and a characteristic layer diffusion-bonded to the second principal surface of the metal layer and prepared from a ceramic material, wherein the characteristic layer varies in resistance value with respect to ambient temperature or applied voltage.

A NTC thermistor element that includes a substrate composed of a ceramic material containing Mn, Ni, Fe and Ti; and a pair of external electrodes on the substrate. When the molar amount of Mn in the substrate is a [mol %] and the molar amount of Ni in the substrate is b [mol %], a and b satisfy a+b=100, 44.90&#x2266;a&#x2266;65.27 and 34.73&#x2266;b&#x2266;55.10. NTC thermistor element and method and method for producing the same

A multilayer silver halide color photographic material submissive to rapid silver removal containing, in at least one layer, a salt of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of organic compounds containing sulfur such as, for example, mercaptotriazoles and the like and heterocyclic compounds containing no sulfur such as, for example, imidazole compounds and the like with at least one heavy metal ion such as, for example, ions of silver, zinc, cobalt and the like.

Multilayer silver halide color photographic material

A tocopherol derivative represented by the general formula, ##STR1## wherein R, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 represent individually a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and R.sub.3 represents a straight chain or branched-chain alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, is incorporated as a light-fading stabilizer into the photosensitive layer of a color photographic lightsensitive material, whereby the photographic material can be prevented not only from fading and discoloration of the finally obtained color image and from discoloration of the non-color-developed portion, but also from formation of fog. Furthermore, the said stabilizer itself is excellent in dispersion stability.
