A method of injection molding a test tube-shaped preform for biaxial stretch blow molding includes supplying a major material resin from outer and inner flow paths to a combined flow path for a predetermined time and rate. For a period of time within a range of the predetermined time period during which the major material resin is supplied, the intermediate layer resin is simultaneously supplied from the middle flow path to the combined flow path at a second predetermined supplying rate. A columnar laminated molten resin is injected into a cavity of a metal mold connected to a tip of the nozzle through a gate to fill the cavity, the columnar laminated molten resin being composed of the major material resin and the intermediate layer resin formed in the major material resin in a laminated manner that are combined into a columnar shape at the combined flow path.

A synthetic resin-made laminated peelable container, formed by blow molding a preform assembly in which an inner preform is assembled into an outer preform, includes: an outer layer body including a tubular-shaped outer mouth and a closed-bottom tubular-shaped trunk contiguous from the outer mouth; an inner layer body including a tubular-shaped inner mouth arranged on inner side of the outer mouth and a containing chamber laminated on inner surface of the trunk in peelable manner for volume reduction and deformation; and an ambient air inlet configured to introduce ambient air between the outer and inner layer bodies. The containing chamber is integrally provided with at least two thick ribs extending along axis line of the trunk to increase thickness of the containing chamber compared with remaining portions.

A synthetic resin-made container has an outer layer body and an inner layer body separably laminated on an inner surface of the outer layer body and is formed by stretch blow molding, and has: a tubular mouth portion; a shoulder portion located below the mouth portion and increasing in diameter downward; a barrel portion connected to and located below the shoulder portion; and a bottom portion closing a lower end of the barrel portion, wherein the mouth portion has an outside air introduction hole for introducing outside air into a space between the outer layer body and the inner layer body, and the inner layer body is made of a crystalline resin, and has, in at least a part of the mouth portion in the inner layer body, a crystallized region having a higher degree of crystallinity than other regions.

A biaxially stretched, blow molded container obtained by molding a laminated test tube shaped preform molded by an injection molding process. The container has a neck, a body, and a bottom, and having an outer shell and an inner bag to be laminated in a peelable manner with an outer layer inner surface. The inner bag can be deflated under a pressure drop therein. The outer layer and an inner layer have a laminar structure in which the lamination extends from a predetermined position of the neck to a lower end face. The layers are peeled from each other, starting from a lamination interface between the layers. This interface is exposed outside at the lower end face of the gate mark and can be used as an air intake vent that enables outside air to be taken into the space between layers.

Technical problems of this invention is to create an injection molding device and an injection molding process for a test tube shaped preform, that can laminate a colored layer at certain positions of a wall of the reform with a certain thickness in a manner of a high degree of accuracy. An injection molding device including a middle flow channel which forms an intermediate layer of a preform which is subject to biaxial stretch blow molding. The middle flow channel s segmented into a predetermined number of flow sub-channels by vertical blocking rib piece(s). Side wall's upstream portions of the vertical blocking rib piece are formed as angled surfaces whose distance from each other decreases from the downstream side to the upstream side, and/or, an end portion of the vertical blocking rib piece that is located on the downstream side is tucked in at least one of the inner flow channel and the outer flow channel.

Injection molding process of a preform for use in biaxial stretching and blow molding

A preform-molding device has a nozzle section including three cylindrical layer-forming flow channels, which include an inner flow channel and an outer flow channel for forming the substrate layers of the main resin, and a middle flow channel for forming the intermediate layer, and also includes a predetermined number of vertical blocking rib pieces disposed at a downstream end of the middle flow channel, in parallel in the circumferential direction, so that the intermediate layer would be segmented in the circumferential direction into a predetermined number of vertically running streams, wherein flow behavior of the intermediate-layer resin flowing through the middle flow channel is adjusted by positioning the vertical blocking rib pieces in the circumferential direction so as to minimize a difference in height between a maximum height point and a minimum height point that appear in a leading edge of the intermediate layer of the preform.

A major means of this invention to solve this problem is a biaxially drawn, blow molded bottle characterized in that vertical connecting zones having no intermediate layer and having substrate layers welded directly with each other are formed in parallel in a circumferential direction and in a plural number along an axial direction of the bottle and are disposed on both right and left sides of each intermediate layer segment to be formed in this height range, and that horizontal connecting zones having no intermediate layer and having substrate layers welded directly with each other are also formed in parallel in an axial direction and in a plural number along a circumferential direction of the bottle and are disposed on both upper and lower sides of each intermediate layer segment to be formed, thus allowing the intermediate layer to be segmentalized in the circumferential and axial directions by both the vertical and horizontal connecting zones.
