A radiation detection module according to an embodiment includes an array substrate including multiple photoelectric converters, a scintillator that covers a region in which the multiple photoelectric converters are located and that has larger dimensions than the region in which the multiple photoelectric converters are located when viewed in plan, and a light-absorbing part that is located on the scintillator and is capable of absorbing visible light. The light-absorbing part is located outward of the region in which the multiple photoelectric converters are located when viewed in plan.

Radiation detection module, radiation detector, and method for manufacturing radiation detection module

A radiation detection module according to an embodiment includes: an array substrate including multiple photoelectric converters; a scintillator provided on the multiple photoelectric converters; a sealing part that has a frame shape, is provided around the scintillator, is bonded to the array substrate and the scintillator, and includes a thermoplastic resin as a major component; and a moisture-resistant part covering the scintillator from above, in which a peripheral edge vicinity is bonded to an outer surface of the sealing part. The shape of the outer surface of the sealing part is a curved surface protruding outward.

According to one embodiment, a radiation detector includes a photo-electric conversion substrate, a scintillator layer containing a main material and a dope material and a light reflective layer or a moisture barrier layer, formed on a front surface side of the scintillator layer along a shape of the front surface of the scintillator layer. The scintillator layer includes a mixed layer portion formed of the main material the dope material on the photo-electric conversion substrate, and a dope material layer portion formed of only the dope material on a front surface side of the mixed layer portion. The second layer includes crystals having a [001] orientation partially diverted from a direction perpendicular to the surface of the substrate. Half width at half maximum of a frequency distribution curve of an angle between the direction perpendicular to the surface of the substrate and the [001] orientation, which is obtained by measuring the angle using EBSD method, is 2.4 degree or less.

According to the embodiment, a radiation detector includes a photoelectric conversion substrate converting light to an electrical signal and a scintillator layer being in contact with the photoelectric conversion substrate and converting externally incident radiation to light. The scintillator layer is made of a phosphor containing Tl as an activator in CsI, which is a halide. A concentration of the activator in the phosphor is 1.6 mass %&#xb1;0.4 mass %, and a concentration distribution of the activator in an in-plane direction and a film thickness direction is within &#xb1;15%.

According to an embodiment, a radiation detector comprises a photoelectric conversion substrate and a scintillator layer. The photoelectric conversion substrate converts light into an electrical signal. The scintillator layer contacts the photoelectric conversion substrate and converts radiation incident from the outside into light. The scintillator layer is a fluorescer of CsI containing Tl as an activator. The CsI is a halide. The concentration of the activator inside the fluorescer is 1.6 mass %&#xb1;0.4 mass %. The concentration of the activator inside the fluorescer in an in-plane direction of the scintillator layer has the relationship of central portion&#x3e;peripheral portion. The central portion is a central region of a formation region of the scintillator layer. The peripheral portion is an outer circumferential region of the formation region of the scintillator layer.

Radiation detector and scintillator panel, and methods for manufacturing same

A light receiving section and a substrate-side electrode pad of a photoelectric conversion substrate, a base-side electrode pad and an interconnect arranged on a surface side of a base are integrally coated with a protective layer. A scintillation layer is formed on a surface side of the protective layer. Corrosion of a photoelectric conversion element of the light receiving section, the electrode pads and the interconnect is prevented by the protective layer. When they are integrally coated with the protective layer, the light receiving section and the substrate-side electrode pad of the photoelectric conversion substrate can be arranged with a distance therebetween shortened, thereby realizing miniaturization of a detector and enlargement of the light receiving section.

Radial ray detector and method for manufacturing the same

A reflective resin sheet is bonded to one face of a supporting substrate transmitting a radiation ray and a resin sheet of the same material as that of the reflective resin sheet to the other face of the supporting substrate. A phosphor layer converting a radiation ray into visible light is formed additionally on the reflective resin sheet formed on one face of the supporting substrate. The phosphor layer is enclosed with an additional moisture-proof layer and the reflective resin sheet. It is possible to obtain a scintillator panel higher in sensitivity characteristics, stabilized in quality and more cost-effective by placing the reflective resin sheet between the supporting substrate and the phosphor layer.

A first protective layer is formed on the surface of a photoelectric conversion substrate on which photoelectric transducers have been provided, and then, a scintillator layer is formed thereon, whereby degradation of the photoelectric transducers due to the contact with the scintillator layer is prevented. A second protective layer covering the surface of the scintillator is formed. A peripheral part of the first protective layer is allowed to be in close contact with a peripheral part of the second protective layer to seal the scintillator layer between the first protective layer and the second protective layer, whereby degradation of the scintillator layer due to the moisture in the atmospheric air is prevented.

There are provided with a plurality of injection nozzles one ends of which are respectively inserted into a cylinder head every cylinder and other ends of which are covered with a cylinder head cover. A single common rail provided in parallel with a crankshaft is connected to a fuel injection pump through a first fuel pipe and connected to each injection nozzle through a plurality of second fuel pipes. The common rail is housed in the cylinder head cover, the front end of a first short pipe protruded from the common rail faces a first insertion portion formed in the sidewall of the cylinder head, and the first fuel pipe is connected to the first short pipe through the first insertion portion. Thereby, it is possible to decrease a fuel supply system using the common rail in weight and cost and improve the outside quality.

For this, a thermal print head is constituted to comprise a base provided with heat-generating resistors, a printed circuit board disposed in close proximity to the base, a semiconductor element for driving that is mounted on the base or the printed circuit board and electrically connected to the base and the printed circuit board, and a sealing-member that seals the semiconductor element for driving and includes a hard seal portion consisting of hard sealing-material and a soft seal portion consisting of soft sealing-material more flexible than the hard sealing-material, wherein the hard seal portion is disposed on the base, and the soft seal portion is disposed extended on the base and the printed circuit board.
