The problem to be solved is to provide a tensioner lever that inhibits friction-induced wear or seizure on a surface of a pivoting support boss contacting a shoulder bolt so that high durability is achieved, and that is easily producible and enables cost reduction. As a solution to the problem noted above, the tensioner lever includes a shoe having a traveling surface, a lever body, and a pivotal support boss provided at a proximal end of the lever body to allow a distal end thereof to swing. The shoe and the lever body are integrally formed and assembled together by double injection molding. The lever body includes a slide bearing member, and a connecting part that connects the slide bearing member and the shoe. The slide bearing member, the connecting part, and the shoe are made of the same synthetic resin, and configured as a continuous one-piece component.

There is provided a dry-wet spinning device for an acrylic precursor fiber bundle for manufacturing carbon fibers, the device enabling stable spinning by making the coagulability of spun yarn () uniform by suppressing the vibration of the coagulating liquid surface to make the spun yarn () spun downward from a spinneret () without the liquid surface being in contact with the spinning surface of the spinneret less susceptible to an accompanying flow reflected by the bottom surface of a spinning bath. To this end, in the present invention, a horizontal flow straightening plate () produced from a porous plate or a plate material extending in the direction approximately perpendicular to the direction in which the spun yarn () is spun is disposed in a coagulation bath so as to surround the circumference of the yarn spun downward from the spinneret (). Further, a vertical flow straightening plate () extending vertically across part or all of the outer periphery of the horizontal flow straightening plate () can be provided.

Method for manufacturing synthetic fiber

The hollow plunger of a hydraulic tensioner for an engine timing chain protrudes from a tensioner housing in an oblique downward direction. An inner sleeve fixed to the housing slidably protrudes into the interior of the plunger, and has a ball check valve at its protruding end. Oil is supplied though the sleeve and the check valve to a high pressure oil chamber formed inside the plunger, and flows outward through a two-part leakage path formed by a gap between the sleeve and the interior of the plunger and a gap between the exterior of the plunger and an interior wall of a plunger-accommodating hole in the housing. Any air that enters the tensioner accumulates in a region surrounding the upper end of the sleeve, rather than in the high oil pressure chamber inside the plunger.

Medicine feeding device

In a hydraulic chain tensioner having a housing, a hollow plunger slidable in a plunger-accommodating hole in the housing, and a hollow sleeve extending into the plunger from a bottom of the plunger-accommodating hole, and a check valve mounted at the opposite end of the sleeve, a passage is provided on the outer surface of the sleeve to accelerate the balance of pressure between a first high pressure chamber between the check valve and the protruding end of the plunger and a second high pressure chamber between the inner end of the plunger and the bottom of the plunger-accommodating hole. In an alternative embodiment, balance is accelerated by communication between the second high pressure chamber and an oil reservoir inside the sleeve on the upstream side of the check valve.

A control apparatus for a vehicle including an inertia force sensor for detecting an inertia force generated in the vehicle and a cooperative control unit connected to the inertia force sensor and connected also to a braking/driving force control unit and a steering control unit so that bidirectional communication is allowed, for deciding and outputting controlled variables or controlled correction variables of the braking/driving force control unit and the steering control unit according to the inertia force detected by the inertia force sensor and according to controlled conditions of the braking/driving force control unit and the steering control unit.

A powder medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus includes: a divisional container composed of a first divisional container and a second divisional container connectable to each other and each including a plurality of powder medicine accommodation parts accommodating powder medicine in equal amounts corresponding to one package, each powder medicine accommodation part being equipped with a bottom plate that can be opened and closed; a carrying device for horizontally carrying the divisional container between an initial position and a first movement terminal position; a dispensing/packaging device for recovering powder medicine dropped from the divisional container carried by the carrying device by successively opening the bottom plates and dispensing/packaging the powder medicine package by package; and a swinging device for canceling the connection between the first divisional container and the second divisional container at the first movement terminal position to enable the first divisional container to move to a second movement terminal position and swinging the second divisional container to a retracted position.

Tablet feeder

A drug filling apparatus capable of preventing drugs from being bridged to each other and reducing troubles. The drug filling apparatus functions to select specific tablets from various types of tablet groups and fill the selected tablets into a vial, and includes a storage cabinet, a drug supplying section, a drug halting section, a drug conveying section, a drug filling section, a vial storing section, and a vial carrying section. A drug dispenser is installed in the drug halting section. A receptacle of the drug dispenser is constituted by an outer receptacle portion and an inner receptacle portion. When a time for filling of tablets in the drug dispenser into the vial comes, a motor of a drive section rotates according to specified signals to rotate the inner receptacle portion; that is, the rotational orientation of the inner receptacle portion is changed to reverse the inner receptacle portion.

Drug dispenser and drug filling apparatus incorporating the same

A medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus is provided with a tablet feeder mechanism, a carrying mechanism, a supporting mechanism, and a dispensing/packaging mechanism. The tablet feeder mechanism further includes tablet accommodation parts, which contain tablets. The tablet accommodation parts are rotatably connected to each other. Each of the tablet accommodation parts further includes a rotatable bottom plate. The carrying mechanism carries the tablet feeder first in a horizontal direction and then in a vertical downward direction. The supporting mechanism provides support to the rotatable bottom plates for part of the time that the tablet feeder is carried in the horizontal direction, thus preventing the plates from opening. When the support to the bottom plate is removed, the bottom plates open, causing the tablets contained in the accommodation parts to be discharged. The discharged tablets are subsequently collected for packaging.

In a hydraulic tensioner having a relief valve inside its plunger, a relief valve spring-receiving plug, press-fit into the plunger is formed by forging a plurality of flat surfaces on its exterior. These flat surfaces, in cooperation with the cylindrical inner wall of the plunger, form plural oil passages, each having a segment-shaped cross-section. The oil passages allow flow of oil past the plug to a discharge opening at the front end of the plunger, and the flow of oil is substantially unaffected by circumferential displacement of the oil passages on the periphery of the plug relative to the oil passages on the periphery of the relief valve seat.

In a hydraulic tensioner, a deairing valve unit, for releasing air mixed with oil in the high pressure oil chamber of the tensioner, comprises a check ball, a retainer, which envelops the check ball, but allows the check ball to move freely between an inflow end and an outflow end of a retainer passage, and a cylindrical ball seat press-fit into to a recess formed in a front end of the retainer. The deairing valve unit communicates with an exhaust vent formed in the front end of the plunger. A ball biasing spring is optionally provided to bias the check ball toward the ball seat.

A tensioner for maintaining tension in a timing chain or belt comprises a pivotally mounted lever body biased in a direction to increase tension in the chain or belt, and having a built-in, one-way clutch permitting the lever to pivot the tension-increasing direction but blocking pivoting movement in the opposite direction.
