The high-strength steel sheet has a chemical composition with MSC value in the range of 2.7% to 3.8% by mass defined by a specific formula, wherein the high-strength steel sheet has a microstructure including specific microstructures in a surface layer region extending from the surface of the steel sheet to a depth of 100 μm and in an inner region other than the surface layer region. The high-strength steel sheet has the maximum height of the surface roughness of 30 μm or less, a tensile strength of 980 MPa or more, a uniform elongation of 6% or more, and a ratio of 10-cycle plane bending fatigue strength to tensile strength (fatigue limit ratio) of 0.45 or more.

High-strength steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same

A high-strength galvanized steel sheet includes a base steel sheet and a galvanized layer on a surface thereof. The base steel sheet has a predetermined chemical composition and a microstructure in which an area fraction of martensite is 30% or less, an area fraction of pearlite is 1% or less, a total area fraction of tempered martensite and carbide-containing bainite is 30% or more and 99% or less, an area fraction of retained austenite is 1% to 20%, and a total area fraction of ferrite and non-carbide-containing bainite is 45% or less in the steel sheet microstructure in a predetermined region and in which an area fraction of retained austenite grains having two or more crystal orientations is 40% or less in all the retained austenite grains in a predetermined region.

High-strength galvanized steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same

A high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet includes a hot-dip galvanized layer on a surface of the steel sheet and has a specific component composition and a steel microstructure containing, on an area percentage basis, 90% to 100% of martensite and carbide-containing bainite in total and 0% to 10% of retained austenite, and containing prior austenite grains having an aspect ratio of 2.0 or less, in a region extending from 300 μm to 400 μm from the surface layer, in which the ratio of the average amount of C at 5 μm from the surface layer to the average amount of C at 70 μm from the surface layer is 0.2 to 0.8, and the ratio of the standard deviation of the amount of C to the average amount of C in a region extending from 300 μm to 400 μm from the surface layer is 0.40 or less.

High-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and method for producing the same

The high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet has a specific chemical composition and the following steel microstructure. In a region extending from 300 to 400 μm from a surface layer of the steel sheet in a thickness direction of the steel sheet, the total area fraction of martensite and bainite containing carbides is 60 to 100%, and the average grain size of prior austenite is 15 μm or less. In the region extending from 300 to 400 μm from the surface layer of the steel sheet in the thickness direction of the steel sheet, the ratio of the height of a peak of P in an Auger electron spectrum at a position 5 nm or more from a prior-austenite grain boundary to the height of a peak of P in an Auger electron spectrum at the prior-austenite grain boundary is 0.20 or more.

High-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same

A load port apparatus connects a main opening of a wafer transportation container to a frame opening. The apparatus includes an installation unit, a frame unit, a flange clamp unit, and a detection unit. The installation unit includes an installation table configured to install the container and relatively move to the frame opening. Provided is a method for manufacturing a high-strength galvanized steel sheet. Heating in a first half of oxidizing treatment is performed at a temperature of 400&#xb0; C. to 750&#xb0; C. in an atmosphere having a particular Oconcentration and a particular HO concentration, and heating in a second half of the oxidizing treatment is performed at a temperature of 600&#xb0; C. to 850&#xb0; C. in an atmosphere having a particular Oconcentration and a particular HO concentration. Subsequently, heating in a heating zone for reduction annealing is performed to a temperature of 650&#xb0; C. to 900&#xb0; C. at a particular heating rate in an atmosphere having a particular Hconcentration and a particular HO concentration with the balance being Nand inevitable impurities, and soaking in a soaking zone for the reduction annealing is performed in an atmosphere having a particular Hconcentration and a particular HO concentration with the balance being Nand inevitable impurities.

Method for manufacturing high-strength galvanized steel sheet

A high-strength steel sheet has a specific composition and a microstructure. In the microstructure, the area fraction of elongated ferrite phase grains having an aspect ratio of 3 or more is 1% or less, the average crystal grain size of martensite included in a region extending 50 &#x3bc;m from a surface of the steel sheet is 20 &#x3bc;m or less, the content of oxide particles having a minor axis length of 0.8 &#x3bc;m or less in the region extending 50 &#x3bc;m from the surface of the steel sheet is 1.0&#xd7;10particles/mor more, and the content of coarse oxide particles having a minor axis length of more than 1 &#x3bc;m in the region extending 50 &#x3bc;m from the surface of the steel sheet is 1.0&#xd7;10particles/mor less. The content of hydrogen trapped in the steel sheet is 0.05 ppm by mass or more.

High-strength steel sheet and method for producing the same

There are provided a high-strength steel sheet excellent in strength, workability in terms of, for example, &#x3bb;, and energy absorption characteristics, and a production method therefor. The high-strength steel sheet has a specific component composition and a steel microstructure containing, on an area percent basis, 1% to 35% ferrite having an aspect ratio of 2.0 or more, 10% or less ferrite having an aspect ratio of less than 2.0, less than 5% non-recrystallized ferrite, 40% to 80% in total of bainite and martensite containing carbide, 5% to 35% in total of fresh martensite and retained austenite, and 3% to 35% retained austenite, the retained austenite having a C content of 0.40% to 0.70% by mass.

A steel sheet having excellent fatigue resistance as a material for automobile parts and a TS of 590 MPa or more, and a method for producing the same. The steel sheet having a specified chemical composition and a microstructure of 50% or more and 90% or less of martensite, 10% to 50% of ferrite and bainite in total, in terms of an area ratio, and an average concentration of solute Mn in ferrite in a region from a surface of a base steel to a depth of 0.5 &#x3bc;m is 60% or more relative to an average concentration of solute Mn in ferrite at a location of &#xbc; in the thickness of the steel sheet.

A high-strength galvanized steel sheet having improved post-work impact resistance, a method for producing the high-strength galvanized steel sheet, and a high-strength member produced using the steel sheet. The high-strength galvanized steel sheet includes a steel sheet having a microstructure including ferrite and carbide-free bainite, martensite and carbide-containing bainite, and retained austenite, the total area fraction of ferrite and carbide-free bainite being 0% to 55%, the total area fraction of martensite and carbide-containing bainite being 45% to 100%, and the area fraction of retained austenite being 0% to 5%. Additionally, a galvanizing layer is disposed on the steel sheet. The density of gaps that cut across the entire thickness of the galvanizing layer in a cross section of the galvanizing layer, which is taken in the thickness direction so as to be perpendicular to the rolling direction, is 10 gaps/mm or more.

High-strength galvanized steel sheet, high-strength member, and method for producing high-strength galvanized steel sheet

A high-strength steel sheet for warm working having excellent warm workability, and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet. The steel sheet has a chemical composition including, by mass %, C: 0.05% to 0.20%, Si: 3.0% or less, Mn: 3.5% to 8.0%, P: 0.100% or less, S: 0.02% or less, Al: 0.01% to 3.0%, N: 0.010% or less, one or more selected from Nb: 0.005% to 0.20%, Ti: 0.005% to 0.20%, Mo: 0.005% to 1.0%, and V: 0.005% to 1.0%. The steel sheet has a microstructure including, in terms of area ratio, 10% to 60% of retained austenite, 10% to 80% of ferrite, 10% to 50% of martensite, and 0% to 5% of bainite, in which a C content in the retained austenite is less than 0.40 mass % and the average crystal grain diameter of the retained austenite, the martensite, and the ferrite is 2.0 &#x3bc;m or less.

High-strength steel sheet for warm working and method for manufacturing the same

A high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet has a hot-dip galvanized layer on a surface of the steel sheet, a specific component composition, and a steel microstructure containing, on an area percentage basis, 0% to 15% of ferrite and upper bainite in total, 80% to 100% of lower bainite and martensite in total, and 0% to 10% of retained austenite, and containing precipitates having a particle size of 100 to 2,000 nm in an amount of 10to 10particles/min a region extending to a position 100 to 300 &#x3bc;m from the surface layer of the steel sheet, in which the ratio of the average amount of C at a position 5 &#x3bc;m from the surface layer of the steel sheet to the average amount of C at a position 70 &#x3bc;m from the surface layer of the steel sheet in the thickness direction is 0.20 to 0.80.

Provided are a high-strength galvanized steel sheet and a method for producing the high-strength galvanized steel sheet. The high-strength galvanized steel sheet includes a base steel sheet having a specific composition and a microstructure including ferrite and carbide-free bainite, martensite and carbide-containing bainite, and retained austenite, the total area fraction of ferrite and carbide-free bainite being 0% to 65%, the total area fraction of martensite and carbide-containing bainite being 35% to 100%, and the area fraction of retained austenite being 0% to 15%, the content of diffusible hydrogen in the base steel sheet being 0.00008% by mass or less (including 0%) and a galvanizing layer disposed on the base steel sheet. The density of gaps in the galvanizing layer, that the gaps cutting across the entire thickness of the galvanizing layer, is 10 gaps/mm or more.

High-strength galvanized steel sheet and method for producing the same
