Disclosed is an immunity inducer. The immunity inducer comprises virus like particles; the virus like particles comprise a virus-derived outer coat protein and an antigen-bound protein comprising an exogenous antigen; the outer coat protein constitutes an outer coat of the virus like particles, and the antigen-bound protein is comprised in the outer coat; and the virus like particles induce an immune effect of a living body on the antigen.

Provided herein, for example, are methods generally relating to the expansion and/or regeneration of central nervous system (CNS) cells, such as nerve cells, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes, using an activator of cereblon (CRBN), such as an inhibitor of a CRBN substrate or downstream protein. Also provided herein, for example, are methods related to the expansion of neural stem cells, neural progenitor cells, or neural precursor cells and/or differentiation of these cells into CNS cells using a BRD7 antagonist, Ikaros antagonist, or CRBN activator. [Object] To provide a polymer coated ferrite fine particles being possible to control a particle size uniformly while having high aqueous dispersibility and preferred biomolecule immobilization ability and an easy method for preparing the same. [Means Addressing Object] In an aqueous solvent, iron ion is protected by chelating polyacrylic acid and then alkaline is added. Thereafter, a reaction system is heated under pressurized condition to produce simultaneous precipitation of the ferrite fine particles and coating thereof. As the result, the polymer coated ferrite fine particles having uniform particle size may be prepared in one step with excellent reproducibility. The polymer coated ferrite fine particles of the present invention has high water dispersibility and has preferred biomolecule immobilization performance by carboxyl groups coming from the polyacrylic acid.

There is provided a novel method of forming uniform viral particles under physiological conditions. The method of forming uniform-sized viral particle aggregates composed of viral protein is characterized by incubating a viral protein such as SV40 virus VP1 at pH 5.0 to 7.0, room temperature, in the presence of 130 mM to 170 mM sodium chloride and 1.5 mM to 2.5 mM divalent cation, and in the presence of a particle formation acceleration factor such as SV40 VP2. According to the invention, various surface-coated inorganic particles dispersible in polar solvents can be produced from fatty acid-coated inorganic particles by adding a temporary coating substance such as thiomalic acid to a nonpolar solvent containing fatty acid-coated inorganic particles dispersed therein to replace the fatty acid coats by the temporary coating substance, dispersing the inorganic particles coated with the temporary coating substance in a polar solvent, and then adding a coating substance dispersible in a polar solvent, e.g., citric acid to the obtained dispersion to replace the temporary coating substance coats covering the inorganic particles by the coating substance dispersible in a polar solvent.
