An ultrasonic cerebral infarction therapeutic apparatus that does not produce side effects of destruction of brain cells, occurrence of intracerebral hemorrhage, destruction of nerve cells, etc. by avoiding formation of a standing wave by interference between an irradiated beam of an ultrasonic wave irradiated to the inside of the cranium and its reflected beam. An ultrasonic probe cap is constructed by arranging a plurality of laminated small transducers each made up of a PVDF film, a PZT ceramic, or the like in a mosaic-like pattern or in other form on the inside of the cap and one or more transducers are selected and activated according to a thrombus position. As a high frequency for actuating a transducer, a continuous sinusoidal wave, a burst wave, or a pulse wave shall be used so that no standing wave may be produced inside the cranium.

Ultrasonic cerebral infarction therapeutic apparatus

An ultrasonic diagnostic device is disclosed in which ultrasonic pulses are transmitted for a subject body in changing the position and direction of a probe, and a plurality of two-dimensional tomographic image signals obtained by detecting the reflected pulses are synthesized to form a three-dimensional image. A signal for identifying the position in three-dimensional coordinates based on the position and direction of the probe at the time of detection is given to individual picture element signals composing in the detected two-dimensional tomographic image. A plurality of two-dimensional tomographic image signals having identified positions in three-dimensional coordinates are obtained by the similar processes to described in the above in changing the position and direction of the probe, and a plurality of the picture element signals having the same coordinates are addition-averaged and are stored in the memory area corresponding to the coordinates in the three-dimensional memory. With the arrangement as described in the above, the three dimensional image can be formed which is not influenced by hardness in the tissue etc.

Ultrasonic diagnostic device

A medical measuring apparatus having an ultrasonic wave probe adapted to make contact with a body surface and two cathode ray tubes. The probe functions to deliver outputs associated with a blood flow speed and a blood vessel diameter deviation output. An output representing an amount of blood flow is formed on the basis of both the outputs associated with the blood flow speed and the blood vessel diameter deviation output. The output representing the amount of blood flow is displayed on the first cathode ray tube, while the blood vessel diameter deviation output and the pulse output having the width corresponding to the blood vessel diameter are displayed on the second cathode ray tube.

Medical measuring apparatus

An ultrasonic wave probe comprises an ultrasonic wave transmitting vibrator and a pair of ultrasonic wave receiving vibrators in order to measure blood flow velocity. The receiving vibrators are adapted to receive reflected waves of an ultrasonic wave which is emitted from the transmitting vibrator and reflected from a measured point at different receiving angles and the difference between the receiving angles of the receiving vibrators is always kept to a given value. The ultrasonic wave probe further includes an ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving vibrator for measuring blood vessel diameter deviation at the same time as the measurement of the blood flow velocity.
