The laminated body includes plural bent portions, and plural block-shaped portions at positions between adjacent bent portions. At least one block-shaped portion among the plural block-shaped portions includes a heat transmission path bordered by the electrical steel sheets at least at a portion between the stacked electrical steel sheets. The heat transmission path is included only at the at least one block-shaped portion.

A method for manufacturing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet includes a step of performing hot rolling on a steel material having a predetermined chemical composition, a step of performing first cold rolling, a step of performing process annealing, a step of performing second cold rolling, and a step of performing any one or both of final annealing and stress relief annealing. A final pass of finish rolling is performed in a temperature range equal to or higher than an Ar1 temperature, the steel sheet is held for 2 hours or less in a temperature range lower than an Ac1 temperature in the final annealing, and the steel sheet is held for 1200 sec or more in a temperature range equal to or higher than 600° C. and lower than the Ac1 temperature in the stress relief annealing.

Method for manufacturing non-oriented electrical steel sheet

A wound core equipped with a laminated body including plural electrical steel sheets stacked in a ring shape in side view. The laminated body includes plural bent portions, and plural block-shaped portions at positions between adjacent bent portions. At least one bent portion among the plural bent portions is a high stacking factor bent portion, wherein a stacking factor of the electrical steel sheets at the high stacking bent portion is higher than an average stacking factor of the steel sheets at the plural block-shaped portions.

This electrical steel sheet contains, as a chemical composition, by mass %, C: 0.0035% or less, Si: 2.00% to 3.50%, Mn: 2.00% to 5.00%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.0070% or less, Al: 0.15% or less, N: 0.0030% or less, Ni: 0% to 1.00%, Cu: 0% to 0.10%, and a remainder: Fe and impurities, in which an X-ray random intensity ratio in a {100} <011> crystal orientation on a sheet surface is 15.0 to 50.0, and magnetic flux densities in 0°, 22.5°, and 45° directions from a rolling direction each satisfy [1.005×(B(0°)+B(45°))/2≥B(22.5°)].

Electrical steel sheet and method for manufacturing same

The present disclosure has as its object the provision of non-oriented electrical steel sheet excellent in magnetic properties which is free from any drop in magnetic flux density even after stress relief annealing and a method for manufacturing the same. Non-oriented electrical steel sheet having a chemical composition containing C: 0.0030 mass % or less, Si: 2.0 mass % or more and 4.0 mass % or less, Al: 0.010 mass % or more and 3.0 mass % or less, Mn: 0.10 mass % or more and 2.4% mass or less, P: 0.0050 mass % or more and 0.20 mass % or less, S: 0.0030 mass % or less, and one or more elements selected from the group comprising Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ce, La, Nd, Pr, Zn, and Cd: total 0.00050 mass % or more and having a balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, where, when designating a mass % of Si as [Si], a mass % of Al as [Al], and a mass % of Mn as [Mn], a parameter Q shown by the following formula (1) is 2.0 or more, a random intensity ratio of the {100} orientation is 2.4 or more, and an average grain size is 30 μm or less:Q=[Si]+2[Al]−[Mn]  (1).

What is provided is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet having a chemical composition in which, by mass %, C: 0.010% or less, Si: 1.50% to 4.00%, sol. Al: 0.0001% to 1.0%, S: 0.010% or less, N: 0.010% or less and one or a plurality of elements selected from the group consisting of Mn, Ni, Co, Pt, Pb, Cu and Au: 2.50% to 5.00% in total with a remainder including Fe and impurities, in which a recrystallization rate is 1% to 99% in a metallographic structure, a sheet thickness is 0.50 mm or less, and, in the case of measuring a magnetic flux density B50 after annealing the non-oriented electrical steel sheet at 800° C. for two hours, a magnetic flux density B50 in a 45° direction with respect to a rolling direction is 1.75 T or more.

What is provided is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet having a chemical composition in which, by mass %, C: 0.010% or less, Si: 1.50% to 4.00%, sol. Al: 0.0001% to 1.0%, S: 0.010% or less, N: 0.010% or less, one or a plurality of elements selected from the group consisting of Mn, Ni, Co, Pt, Pb, Cu and Au: 2.50% to 5.00% in total are contained and a remainder includes Fe and impurities, in which a sheet thickness is 0.50 mm or less, and, in an arbitrary cross section, when an area ratio of {100} crystal grains is indicated by Sac, an area ratio of {110} crystal grains is indicated by Sag, and an area ratio of the {100} crystal grains in a region of up to 20% from a side where a KAM value is high is indicated by Sbc, Sac>Sbc>Sag and 0.05>Sag are satisfied.

According to one embodiment, an information processing apparatus includes following units. The acquisition unit acquires first training data including a combination of a voice feature quantity and a correct phoneme label of the voice feature quantity.
