After sensor nodes are deployed, when an edge node accommodating individual sensor nodes has entered a high-load state, the load is distributed to a low-load edge node receiving the same semantic information. A sensor network system comprises a sensor node for generating semantic information by applying sensed numerical data to a defined information format, a broker node for transferring the semantic information generated by the sensor node, and the server node for registering a filter condition for semantic information to be acquired, and, when the broker node accommodating the sensor node has entered a high-load state, searches for another broker node which is in a low-load state and is capable of transferring the semantic information which has been transferred by the high-load broker node, and switches the accommodating relationship of the sensor node from the high-load broker node to the low-load broker node.

Provided is an event delivery system where a bottleneck on the system can be eliminated by reducing load on a rendezvous node. The event delivery system includes publisher nodes, subscriber nodes, the rendezvous node, and broker nodes. The rendezvous node includes a traffic monitoring means that monitors the traffic volume of event information issued by the publisher node, and a specific event determination means that determines specific event information subject to load distribution from among the event information when the traffic volume exceeds a predetermined value. An authentication system according to the present invention includes an AAA server configured to be connected to the mobile network; a terminal device configured to be connected to the mobile network and be authenticated by the AAA server; and a PC configured to be connected to the terminal device through a short distance radio communication network. An AAL2 packet exchange device is placed in front of an ATM switch for executing CPS packet re-multiplexing into ATM cells. A base station in a mobile communication system, which enables maintenance of a normal transmission interval of data output, and effective usage of bands, is disclosed. Quality checking part provided in a base station BS rejects those data which the base station has failed to receive in a good receiving state. Instead, quality checking part inserts an invalid data shorter than a valid data. In this way, a vacancy is created in the relevant band or slot correspondingly to a difference between the length of a valid data length and the length of an invalid or dummy data length. This vacant band can be utilized by another user, resulting in that the utilization efficiency of link between the base station and an MSC (Mobile Switching Center) is improved.
