A device includes a first sealing member, a second sealing member, a first circuit member and a second circuit member. The first sealing member basically includes a first film formed with an opening and includes a frame film. At least one of the first circuit member and the second circuit member includes an exposed portion and a seal portion which surrounds the exposed portion. The frame film has a film-seal portion and a circuit-seal portion. The film-seal portion is bonded to the first film to surround the opening. The circuit-seal portion is bonded to the seal portion to surround the exposes portion. The device is formed with a closed space which is enclosed by the first sealing member and the second sealing member. The exposed portion is exposed to the outer space located outside the device.

Device having circuit members between overlapping sealing members

A lead bonding structure includes: a plurality of leads extending outward from a package; and a plurality of electrode pads formed on a circuit board. The plurality of leads are soldered to the electrode pads, respectively. Each of the leads includes a lower wide portion having a width dimension greater than a width dimension of each of the electrode pads. The lower wide portion of each of the leads is soldered to the corresponding electrode pad.

Lead bonding structure

A fixing method for fixing a terminal to a conductive pattern with a brazing filler metal disposed therebetween includes: a first step of disposing the brazing filler metal on the conductive pattern; a second step of bringing the terminal into contact with the brazing filler metal; and a third step of forming a penetrating hole in the terminal by irradiating a laser beam onto the terminal. In the third step, the laser beam is irradiated onto the terminal in such a manner that the penetrating hole is filled with the brazing filler metal melted by the irradiation of the laser beam.

Fixing structure and fixing method

A waterproof connector includes a housing made of an insulating resin, and a conductive member formed integrally with the housing, the conductive member having a connector connecting section exposed from the housing, a board connecting section exposed from the housing, and a fixed section connecting embedded in the housing, a waterproof shaped section for blocking entry of water along an interface between the fixed section and the housing being formed at a surface of the fixed section, the waterproof shaped section having a protrusion that protrudes outwardly from the surface of the fixed section and a groove that is adjacent to the protrusion and is dented inwardly from the surface of the fixed section, with a top of the protrusion and a bottom of the groove adjacent to the protrusion being connected by a barrier surface inclined or perpendicular to the surface of the fixed section.

Waterproof connector

A waterproof connector includes a housing made of an insulating resin and having a counter connector accommodating section and one or more contacts formed integrally with the housing, the housing having at least one contact adhesion generating recess that is formed in a bottom section of the counter connector accommodating section to communicate with an inside of the counter connector accommodating section and that allows an adhesion force directed to a contact-side fixed section of each of the one or more contacts to be generated at a portion of the housing in contact with the contact-side fixed section by means of water pressure occurring when the inside of the counter connector accommodating section is immersed in water.

A waterproof connector includes a housing made of a material in which reinforcing filler pieces are dispersed in an insulating resin, and a conductive member formed integrally with the housing, the conductive member having a connector connecting section exposed from the housing and connected to a counter connector, a board connecting section exposed from the housing and connected to a board, and a fixed section connecting the connector connecting section and the board connecting section and embedded in the housing, a waterproof shaped section for blocking entry of water along an interface between the fixed section and the housing being formed at a surface of the fixed section, the waterproof shaped section including at least one groove having an opening width smaller than a size of each of the reinforcing filler pieces.

A magnetic connector has a connector body including a magnet, a plurality of connection terminals that are arranged and fixed on the connector body so as to correspond to a plurality of contact patterns of a connection object, and a plurality of attracted members that are formed of magnetic substance, are arranged and fixed on a support member having a sheet-like shape and flexibility so as to correspond to the plurality of contact patterns of the connection object and are, via the connection object on which the plurality of contact patterns are arranged to face the plurality of connection terminals, attracted toward the connector body due to magnetic force whereby the plurality of contact patterns are pressed against the plurality of connection terminals and thereby connected to the plurality of connection terminals.

Magnetic connector

A crimp terminal has a crimp barrel which is crimped onto a core wire of a cable. The crimp barrel has an inner surface in which a plurality of cavities which are independent from one another is formed. Each of the cavities has a predetermined shape in a plane orthogonal to a depth direction thereof before the crimp barrel is crimped onto a core wire. The predetermined shape has at least two straight portions and a concave curved portion connecting the straight portions. The concave curved portion is indented inward of the predetermined shape. A plurality of the concave curved portions which are close to each other and included respectively in the predetermined shapes distinct from each other is arranged on an identical imaginary circle or rounded rectangular.

Crimp terminal and connector

A waterproof connector is configured in such a manner that the waterproof properties between a housing and electrically conductive members, such as a shell and contacts, are improved. This waterproof connector includes a housing having an insulating resin and at least one electrically conductive member formed integrally with the housing. The electrically conductive member has a connection section which is exposed from the housing and connected to a mating connector, a mounting section which is exposed from the housing and mounted to a circuit board, and a holding section which connects the connection section and the mounting section, and which is embedded in the housing. A waterproof shaped section for blocking the entry of water along the interfaces between the holding section and the housing is formed on the surface of the holding section.

Waterproof connector with integrated shell and contact into housing

A waterproof connector, provided with: a housing (); at least one contact () fixed to the housing (), each contact () having a contacting part () which is formed at one end and which comes into contact with the contact of the counterpart connector, a substrate attachment part () formed at the other end and attached to the substrate, a housing fixing part () formed between the contacting part () and the substrate attachment part (), and an elastic member attachment part () formed between the housing fixing part () and the substrate attachment part (); and a waterproofing elastic member () attached to the elastic member attachment part () of the contact (). The housing () has at least one through-hole () into which the contact () is inserted, and a concave elastic member containing part () communicating with the through-hole (). The housing fixing part () of the contact () is pressed into and fixed in the corresponding through-hole () of the housing (), and the elastic member () is contained in the elastic member containing part () of the housing ().
