A device for fluid processor comprises a plate-shaped base material, a micro conduit network formed in the base material and formed of a first micro conduit and second micro conduits intersecting with the first micro conduit, a valve provided in each of conduit portions and a valve control mechanism. The valves in the conduit portions are closed, whereby a fluid running route is set, thereby forming a fluid processor that an intended processing is conducted by circulating a fluid through the running route. A fluid suspending cavity is preferably formed at each of the intersections of the micro conduits. A fluid running route setting apparatus is equipped with a conduit portion opening and closing mechanism having a function that individual valve control mechanisms in the device are driven, and the conduit portion opening and closing mechanism is driven by indication of fluid running route setting to a computer. A fluid processor may be provided with a stimulus application mechanism for applying stimulus to a fluid in the micro conduit or fluid suspending cavity in the device. In the fluid processor that a fluid to be processed is liquid, the running route for fluid process is set corresponding to objective processing time, the fluid to be processed is passed through a temporary running route, thereby finding passing time, and a corrected running route for fluid process is set by this time.

An objective of the invention is to provide a rubber composition which has satisfactory processability and dimension stability, and the like, gives a vulcanized rubber exhibiting excellent wearing resistance and tensile strength, and the like, and thus is useful in a belt, a hose and a tire and the like, as well as a crosslinked rubber particle for obtaining such rubber composition. A rubber composition of the invention comprises [1] a crosslinked rubber particle comprising as repeating units (a) 30 to 94.89% by weight of a conjugated diene unit, (b) 5 to 69.89% by weight of an aromatic vinyl unit, (c) 0.01 to 10% by weight of a monomer unit having at least two polymerizable unsaturated group, (d) one polymerizable unsaturated group and an amino group, a hydroxyl group and an epoxy group and (e) 0.1 to 30% by weight of a monomer unit having one polymerizable unsaturated group and a carboxylic group and having a particle size of 10 to 500 nm and a toluene-insolubles of 80% by weight or more and [2] a non-crosslinked rubber component whose toluene-insolubles is less than 20% by weight.

A novel modified conjugated diene polymer is obtained by polymerizing a conjugated diene compound with a specified catalyst consisting of components (a)-(c) and then reacting with at least one specified compound selected from the group consisting of components (d)-(l), and has a content of cis-1,4-bond of not less than 85% and a ratio of weight average molecular weight to number average molecular weight of not more than 4. Modified conjugated diene polymer and method of producing the same and rubber composition

An objective of the present invention is to provide rubber composition and method for producing the same capable of giving a vulcanized rubber which has an excellent processability and a sufficient wearing resistance and which is useful for a tire. A rubber composition in the invention is obtained by the following step of preparing a first rubber formulation &lsqb;P1&rsqb; by kneading a formulation (A1) comprising a rubber component containing a conjugated diene-based rubber and a silica, preparing a second rubber formulation &lsqb;P2&rsqb; by kneading a formulation (B1) comprising a mixed material containing a silane coupling agent and the first rubber formulation &lsqb;P1&rsqb;, and kneading a formulation (C) comprising the second rubber formulation &lsqb;P2&rsqb;, a zinc oxide and a vulcanizing agent. Such conjugated diene-based rubber is preferably one having at least one selected from the group consisting of an alkoxysilyl, an amino, a hydroxyl and an epoxy groups.

Rubber composition

A rubber composition having satisfactory processability and dimension stability, exhibits excellent tensile strength and wearing resistance when vulcanized and comprises (1) a crosslinked rubber particle containing as repeating units (a) 39.89 to 79.89% by weight of a conjugated diene unit such as 1,3-butadiene or the like, (b) 20 to 60% by weight of an aromatic vinyl unit such as styrene, (c) 0.01 to 10% by weight of a monomer unit having at least two polymerizable unsaturated group such as divinylbenzene, and the like, and (d) 0.1 to 30% by weight of a monomer unit having one polymerizable unsaturated group and an amino group such as vinylbenzylmethylamine, and the like and (2) a conjugated diene/aromatic vinyl copolymeric rubber such as styrene-butadiene copolymeric rubber and the like.

Rubber compositions

A rubber composition of the invention comprises &lsqb;1&rsqb; a cross inked rubber particle component whose toluene-insolubles is 50% by weight or more and whose number mean particle size is 3 to 1000 nm and &lsqb;2&rsqb; a non-crosslinked rubber component whose toluene-insolubles is less than 20% by weight. This crosslinked rubber particle component is a polymer comprising at least one selected from (1) a conjugated diene unit, (2) a conjugated diene unit and an &agr;,&bgr;-unsaturated nitrile unit and (3) a conjugated diene unit and an acrylate unit as well as a monomer unit having at least 2 polymerizable unsaturated groups. The non-crosslinked rubber component described above is a polymer co rising at least one selected from (a) a conjugated diene unit, (b) (a) plus an aromatic vinyl unit, (c) (a) plus an &agr;,&bgr;-unsaturated nitrile unit, (d) (a) plus an acrylate unit and (e) an ethylene unit and an &agr;-olefin unit having 3 to 12 carbon atoms.

The object of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition with excellent workability, which gives vulcanized products with high wet skid resistance, low rolling resistance and high abrasion resistance, and a tire with those excellent properties. The rubber composition comprising a diene-based rubber (a), silica (b) and a compatibilizer (c). Said compatibilizer (c) is at least one selected from among (I) Aminosilane compounds; (II) Epoxy group-containing compounds; and (III)(IV) Compounds which have an amino group or a polymerizable unsaturated bond, together with a hydroxyl group, an epoxy group, an ether bond, a carboxyl group, an ester bond or a polymerizable unsaturated bond in the molecule.

Rubber composition and tire

An oil extended rubber comprising 100 parts by weight of (A) an amino group-containing copolymer rubber of a conjugated diolefin and an aromatic vinyl compound which contains bonded amino groups in the amount of 0.0025-0.20 mmol/g polymer, and 10-100 parts by weight of (B) an extensible oil. Carbon black, silica, a mixture of carbon black and silica, or a carbon-silica dual-phase-filler can be homogeneously dispersed in the oil extended rubber. Vulcanized products obtained by vulcanizing the rubber exhibits well-balanced improved properties such as wet skid properties, low hysteresis loss properties, abrasion resistance, and breaking strength, and are useful as a tread material for low fuel consumption tires, large tires, and high performance tires.

Oil extended rubber and rubber composition

A conjugated diolefin copolymer rubber and a rubber composition which can produce vulcanized products exhibiting well-balanced improved properties such as wet skid properties, low hysteresis loss properties, abrasion resistance, and breaking strength irrespective of the types and combinations of fillers to be added, and is useful as a tread material for low fuel consumption tires, large tires, and high performance tires. A conjugated diolefin copolymer rubber is prepared by the copolymerization of a conjugated diolefin and a vinyl aromatic compound, and (1) has a content of the bonded vinyl aromatic compound of 5-50 wt %, (2) contains 0.01-5.0 mmol of an alkoxysilyl group having substantially non-hydrolyzable Si&mdash;O&mdash;R bond (wherein R indicates a hydrocarbon group having 4-20 carbon atoms) and 0.01-2.0 mmol of a tin-carbon bond for 100 g of the copolymer rubber, and (3) has a polymodal-type molecular weight distribution.

Conjugated diolefin-based copolymer rubber and composition thereof

A rubber composition exhibiting excellent low rolling resistance, high wet skid properties, and superior wear resistance, and suitably used as a vulcanized rubber for tire tread. The rubber composition comprises a styrene-butadiene copolymer previously extended using an extender oil, in an amount from 30 to 100 wt % of the total rubber components, and an extender oil in an amount from 6 to 50 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight of the total rubber components, of which 20 to 50 parts by weight of the extender oil for 100 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene copolymer is used to previously extend the styrene-butadiene copolymer. The styrene-butadiene copolymer has a styrene content from 5 to 45 wt %, 20 to 80% of a microstructure 1,2-bond of butadiene portion, a glass transition temperature from -55.degree. C. to -20.degree. C., and 40 wt % or more of a single styrene bond and 10 wt % or less of long styrene chain which contains 8 or more styrene molecules, among the total styrene bonds.
