According to one embodiment, a radiation detector includes a photoelectric conversion substrate having a detection area and a non-detection area, a scintillator layer, a frame-shaped sealant, a cover, and a moisture absorbing layer. A light transmittance of the moisture absorbing layer is changed by changing an amount of moisture in the moisture absorbing layer. The moisture absorbing layer covers the entire scintillator layer in planar view.

Radiation detector

A radiation detection module according to an embodiment includes an array substrate including multiple photoelectric converters, a scintillator that covers a region in which the multiple photoelectric converters are located and that has larger dimensions than the region in which the multiple photoelectric converters are located when viewed in plan, and a light-absorbing part that is located on the scintillator and is capable of absorbing visible light. The light-absorbing part is located outward of the region in which the multiple photoelectric converters are located when viewed in plan.

Radiation detection module, radiation detector, and method for manufacturing radiation detection module

A radiation detection module according to an embodiment includes: an array substrate including multiple photoelectric converters; a scintillator provided on the multiple photoelectric converters; a sealing part that has a frame shape, is provided around the scintillator, is bonded to the array substrate and the scintillator, and includes a thermoplastic resin as a major component; and a moisture-resistant part covering the scintillator from above, in which a peripheral edge vicinity is bonded to an outer surface of the sealing part. The shape of the outer surface of the sealing part is a curved surface protruding outward.

Phase coils include a first phase coil and a second phase coil, the phase coils are configured by connecting together end portions of the coil terminals of the first phase coil and the second phase coil that extend outward from identical radial positions in the slots axially outside the stator core so as to be radially outside a coil end group, and the coil terminals of the first phase coils of the phase coils of three phases include joint coil portions that extend outward from the slots within a pitch of one magnetic pole, are then bent so as to extend in an identical circumferential direction, and are placed in close proximity to the end portions of the coil terminals of the second phase coils that are intended for connection therewith.

According to the present invention, provided is an IPM rotor of the present invention, which includes a plurality of core sheets, having hole portions configured to accommodate magnets and being laminated on one another, and the magnets are inserted in the hole portions. The IPM rotor includes a first core sheet having a spring plate portion provided to the hole portion, and a second core sheet having a recessed portion provided the hole portion. A protruding portion is provided to the hole portion of at least one of the plurality of the laminated core sheets. A permanent-magnet motor includes a through-hole expansion portion provided in a through-hole for inserting a permanent magnet into the rotor core of a permanent-magnet motor, and a bridge portion that surrounds adjacent through-hole expansion portions and forms part of the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core; the bridge portion has a small-thickness portion that is formed to be smaller than that of a portion, other than the bridge portion, of the rotor core.

Apparatus and method of manufacturing radiation detection panel

According to the embodiment, a radiation detector includes a photoelectric conversion substrate converting light to an electrical signal and a scintillator layer being in contact with the photoelectric conversion substrate and converting externally incident radiation to light. The scintillator layer is made of a phosphor containing Tl as an activator in CsI, which is a halide. A concentration of the activator in the phosphor is 1.6 mass %&#xb1;0.4 mass %, and a concentration distribution of the activator in an in-plane direction and a film thickness direction is within &#xb1;15%.

According to an embodiment, a radiation detector comprises a photoelectric conversion substrate and a scintillator layer. The photoelectric conversion substrate converts light into an electrical signal. The scintillator layer contacts the photoelectric conversion substrate and converts radiation incident from the outside into light. The scintillator layer is a fluorescer of CsI containing Tl as an activator. The CsI is a halide. The concentration of the activator inside the fluorescer is 1.6 mass %&#xb1;0.4 mass %. The concentration of the activator inside the fluorescer in an in-plane direction of the scintillator layer has the relationship of central portion&#x3e;peripheral portion. The central portion is a central region of a formation region of the scintillator layer. The peripheral portion is an outer circumferential region of the formation region of the scintillator layer.

Radiation detector and scintillator panel, and methods for manufacturing same

A first protective layer is formed on the surface of a photoelectric conversion substrate on which photoelectric transducers have been provided, and then, a scintillator layer is formed thereon, whereby degradation of the photoelectric transducers due to the contact with the scintillator layer is prevented. A second protective layer covering the surface of the scintillator is formed. A peripheral part of the first protective layer is allowed to be in close contact with a peripheral part of the second protective layer to seal the scintillator layer between the first protective layer and the second protective layer, whereby degradation of the scintillator layer due to the moisture in the atmospheric air is prevented.

A radiation detector comprises pixel electrodes which collect charges, a photoelectric converting layer which is provided on the pixel electrodes and which converts incident radiation into the charges, and which contains at least one or more kinds of heavy metal halide (AB:A=heavy metal, B=halogen, n=either one of 1, 2, and 3) and at least one or more kinds of halogen (B) respectively, and an electrode layer which is provided on the photoelectric converting layer opposite to the pixel electrodes.
