A stator structure of an embodiment includes a stator core that comprises: a ring-shaped main body; and a plurality of teeth extending in a radial direction of the main body and arranged along a circumferential direction of the main body. The main body comprises a plurality of elongated holes that are formed in an arc shape along the circumferential direction of the main body and that are arranged along the circumferential direction of the main body, and a plurality of holes that are arranged along the circumferential direction of the main body between the teeth and the elongated holes in the radial direction of the main body. At least one of the holes is disposed between beams and the teeth located close to the beams, the beams being provided between the adjacent elongated holes.

Stator structure and resolver

A rotor in one embodiment includes an annular rotor main unit and a fitting portion that extends inward or outward one of an inner circumference and an outer circumference of the rotor main unit to be connected with a rotary shaft. The fitting portion is formed at a position at which a centerline of the fitting portion is offset in parallel with respect to a normal line that is associated with a tangent line of the one of the inner circumference and the outer circumference.

Rotor and resolver

A stator structure according to an embodiment includes a stator core having a plurality of teeth; insulators configured to cover the teeth; a coil wound around each of the teeth with the insulators interposed therebetween; and first and second coil covers configured to cover the coil, each of the first and second coil covers being formed in an annular shape. The insulators have respective flange parts configured to cover respective distal end portions of the teeth. Each of the first and second coil covers has a first peripheral wall. The first peripheral wall of the first coil cover and the flange part located on one side of the insulator are arranged to face each other with a space therebetween. The first peripheral wall of the second coil cover and the flange part located on the other side of the insulator are arranged to face each other with a space therebetween.

A stator structure includes a stator core, insulators, a coil, and shield plates. The stator core includes a plurality of teeth extending from a body part of the stator core in a radial direction thereof. The body part is formed in an annular shape. The insulators cover the teeth from both sides in an axial direction of the stator core. The coil is wound around each of the teeth with the insulators interposed therebetween. The coil covers cover the coil from both sides in the axial direction. Each of the coil covers is formed in an annular shape. The shield plates are attached to the stator core from both sides in the axial direction of the stator core with the respective coil covers interposed therebetween.

A stator structure includes a stator section, coil cover, terminal block section, plurality of terminals and terminal-block cover section. Stator section includes stator core including first main body section and plurality of teeth sections extending on inner circumference side of first main body section and coils configured by winding wires wound around teeth sections via an insulator. Coil cover covers coils from axial direction of stator core. Terminal block section extends from insulator outward in radial direction of stator core. Plurality of terminals are provided in terminal block section, ends of winding wires configuring coils are bound to terminals. Terminal-block cover section is provided in coil cover, terminal-block cover section covers terminal block section. Terminal-block cover section includes a plurality of isolating members provided on interior, respective plurality of terminals are housed to be separated from one another in respective plurality of spaces formed by plurality of isolating members.

Stator structure and resolver including a stator with a plurality of teeth

A stator structure includes a stator core including a plurality of tooth sections, coils wound around the respective plurality of tooth sections via an insulator, and a first coil cover and a second coil cover that cover the coils from both sides in an axial direction of the stator core. The first coil cover and the second coil cover being coupled via the insulator.

A stator structure includes a stator unit, and first and second coil covers, the stator unit having: a stator core having a first main body portion with a plurality of through holes, and a plurality of teeth portions; and a coil, and the first and second coil covers covering the coil from a stator core axial direction; the first and second coil covers have first and second protecting portions and first and second engagement portions; each of the first and second protecting portions is arranged between the teeth portions; the first and second protecting portions arranged between the same teeth portions are in a non-restrained state, where their mutual movement in the axial direction is not restrained; their distal end portions overlap each other; and the first and second engagement portions are engaged with each other through the respective through holes.

A magnetic resolver includes a stator core made of magnetic material, coils, and a rotor. The stator core has a base plate and protrusions formed integrally with the base plate so as to protrude from a surface of the base plate in the thickness direction. The coils are provided around the respective protrusions. The rotor is disposed so as to face the surface of the base plate with the coils interposed therebetween. The overlapping area between the rotor and each of the protrusions changes with a change in a rotation angle of the rotor relative to the stator core. The stator core has through-holes that pass through the base plate and the respective protrusions in the thickness direction.
