The present invention addresses the problem of providing a technique for more conveniently delivering a polynucleotide in a less cytotoxic form into a cell. This problem is solved by a polynucleotide modified by a molecule that contains a structure that contains a disulfide bond and/or a thiol group.

A conveying belt has a protrusion on its conveying surface. A reversing roller is provided opposite to the conveying surface. Screw-like members with spiral projections on their outer surfaces are respectively provided at two sides of the conveying surface. Coins placed on the conveying surface in their standing state are moved backward due to engagement with the screw-like members to topple down naturally toward the conveying surface during conveyance and then, moved forward due to engagement with the protrusion.

The present invention provides a cyclic RNA preferable for carrying out rotary protein translation in which translation domains other than that of the target protein are sufficiently short and translation efficiency is high, and a method for producing protein that uses this cyclic RNA as template. More specifically, the present invention provides a cyclic RNA that encodes a protein, has a full-length number of bases that is equal to or greater than 102 and is a multiple of 3, has at least one start codon, does not have a stop codon in the same reading frame as the start codon, and does not contain an internal ribosome entry site (IRES). In addition, the present invention provides a method for producing protein in a eukaryotic cell expression system that consists of using the aforementioned cyclic RNA as template and expressing a protein encoded by that cyclic RNA.

A coin-separating and feeding device receives coins of different dimensions, sorts them in a sorting recess positioned on a rotating disk. A moving member is positioned within a sorting recess groove and reciprocates linearly between a sorting position for receiving a coin and a pushing-out position to feed for subsequent processing. The compact coin hopper for holding and dispensing coins in bulk includes a rotable disk for releasing individual coins to a sliding base beneath the rotable disk for ejection from the coin hopper. The upper surface of the rotable disk includes an upper step part and a lower step part connected by a riser part. The upper step part has a crescent arc shape with a radii smaller than the radius of the rotating disk in a planar view. One end of the crescent arc shape terminates adjacent an edge of the through hole while the other end of the crescent arc shape diverges away from the through hole and terminates adjacent a peripheral side edge of the lower step part. The configuration of the upper and lower step parts and the riser part assist in dispensing a coin.
