A connection structure between a flexible substrate and a bus bar includes: a flexible substrate; a plurality of bus bars; and a connection piece, in which the flexible substrate is formed by being covered by a plurality of conductive paths containing a first metal, and a resin base material, the bus bars are formed so as to contain a second metal, the conductive paths include a second conductive path extending from a first conductive path, the resin base material includes a sub-film portion that is branched from a main film portion and extends over the bus bars, the second conductive path is disposed on the sub-film portion, the connection piece is formed so as to contain a third metal that has a higher joining strength of welding to the first metal and the second metal than a joining strength of welding between the first metal and the second metal.

Connection structure between flexible substrate and bus bar, wiring module and electricity storage module

A temperature measurement module is for measuring the temperature of a temperature measurement target and includes a flexible printed circuit board that includes an insulating sheet member and circuit patterns routed in the sheet member, a temperature sensor attached to the flexible printed circuit board, and a heat transfer member thermally fixed to the temperature sensor. The sheet member is provided with through holes located outward of a region overlapped with the temperature sensor, and the heat transfer member includes heat receiving portions that are arranged inside the through holes and receive heat from the temperature measurement target.

Temperature measurement module and power storage module

A wiring module is configured to attach to a power storage element group of an arranged plurality of power storage elements, each one of the power storage elements including an electrode terminal, including a bus bar that connects to the electrode terminal; a circuit board on which a conductive path is formed; and a relay member that connects the bus bar and the circuit board, wherein the relay member includes a bus bar connection portion that connects to the bus bar and a board connection portion that connects to the conductive path of the circuit board, the relay member includes a connection portion with a plate-like shape that joins the bus bar connection portion and the board connection portion and extends in a direction intersecting an arrangement direction of the plurality of power storage elements, and the connection portion includes a first deformation portion capable of deforming in the arrangement direction.

Wiring module and power storage module

A wiring module to be attached to a plurality of power storage elements each having an electrode terminal, the wiring module including: a bus bar to be connected to the electrode terminals; and a flexible substrate that is flexible, wherein the bus bar has an extension portion that extends toward the flexible substrate, the extension portion has a through hole, the flexible substrate side of the through hole is closed off by the flexible substrate, the flexible substrate has a first conductive path for detecting the temperature of an object, and the first conductive path is connected to a thermistor, and the thermistor is disposed in the through hole, the through hole is filled with a resin, and the thermistor is covered with the resin.

Wiring module

A heat transfer device includes a bag and a working fluid. The bag includes a first sheet and a second sheet with edges that are sealed together. The working fluid is enclosed in the bag. The working fluid changes a phase thereof between gas and liquid. The bag includes a vaporizing portion in which the liquid-phase working fluid is vaporized and a condensing portion in which the gas-phase working fluid is condensed. The bag includes a two-phase flow channel in which liquid-gas two-phase slug flow including the liquid-phase working fluid and the gas-phase working fluid occurs from the vaporizing portion to the condensing portion. The two-phase flow channel is provided in an internal space of the bag.

Heat transfer device and energy storage module

A relay cooling device includes a container, a liquid coolant that is stored in the container, and a relay that is immersed in the liquid coolant.

Relay cooling device

A bus bar module includes a bus bar that is formed of a plate-shaped piece of metal, a thermally conductive sheet that is in close contact with an outer periphery of the bus bar and that has an extension portion extending outward from the bus bar, and an insulating case that covers the bus bar and the thermally conductive sheet. An accommodation space S in which the extension portion is accommodated with a gap left between the extension portion and the bus bar is provided between the bus bar and the case. Through holes through which the accommodation space S is in communication with an external space are formed penetrating the case.

Bus bar module

An electrical junction box configured to be disposed between a power supply and a load includes a cooling case that has an opening, a circuit assembly that is disposed closing the opening of the cooling case, and a liquid coolant that is stored in the cooling case. The circuit assembly has a case-facing surface that faces the cooling case, and includes a plurality of busbars that are disposed on the case-facing surface and constitute a conductive path between the power supply and the load. The busbars are immersed in the liquid coolant R.

Electrical junction box

An electricity storage module includes a layered object obtained by layering power storage elements each having positive and negative foil-shaped lead terminals that project in an outward direction from an end portion, and connection members that connect the lead terminals of adjacent power storage elements to each other. An insulating holding member is arranged between the layered object and the connection members. Connection member holding portions that hold the connection members are provided on the insulating holding member, and slits are provided on the insulating holding member so as to extend along edge portions of the connection members. The lead terminals are connected to the connection members by being inserted through the slits and folded over onto the connection members.

Electricity storage module

An electricity storage module includes: an electricity storage element group formed by aligning multiple electricity storage elements; detection wires that have end portions on one side connected to the electricity storage elements and detect the states of the electricity storage elements; a detection wire connector that is connected to other end portions on a side opposite to that of the end portions on the one side of the detection wires that are connected to the electricity storage elements; a device connector that electrically connects the detection wires and an external device by fitting into the detection wire connector; and a cover that covers a surface on a side on which the detection wires of the electricity storage element group are disposed. The cover is provided with a fixing hole that fixes the detection wire connector and the device connector in a state of being fit together.

An electricity storage module includes: an electricity storage element group formed by stacking multiple electricity storage elements each having lead terminals of a cathode and an anode; and a connection member that is joined to the lead terminals. A cathode lead terminal and an anode lead terminal are composed of different metal materials, and the connection member is formed by joining a first metal portion that is connected to the cathode lead terminal and is composed of the same metal material as the cathode lead terminal, and a second metal portion that is connected to the anode lead terminal and is composed of the same metal material as the anode lead terminal. The first metal portion and the second metal portion each have a terminal joining portion joined with a lead terminal and a member joining portion at which the first metal portion and the second metal portion are joined.

A protector includes: a first unit into which an electrical wire is to be inserted; and a second unit into which a portion of the electrical wire is to be inserted, the portion being other than a portion that is not to be inserted into the first unit. The first unit includes a coupling-target portion, and the second unit includes a coupling portion that is coupled to the coupling-target portion so as to be rotatable relative to the coupling-target portion.

Protector and wire harness

It is aimed to provide an exterior wiring harness which can be routed in a flat space formed between a plurality of electrical members. An exterior wiring harness () includes a plurality of wires () and an exterior body () formed by surrounding outer peripheries of the plurality of wires () by a sheet () made of fibrous synthetic resin. The exterior body () includes a flat portion () having a flat cross-sectional shape and other parts () connected to the flat portion () and different from the flat portion. A length (L) of the flat portion () in a minor axis direction is set to be smaller than a width of a clearance formed between a plurality of electrical members. A maximum value (L) of the other parts () in the minor axis direction of the flat portion is set to be larger than the width of the clearance.

Exterior wiring harness

A sheathed wire harness includes connectors to be fitted to counterpart connectors, electric wires connected to the connectors, and a fibrous resin cloth that is connected to the electric wires and surrounds the electric wires. The resin cloth includes a cover portion that can be moved to a closed position in which portions of the electric wires near the connectors are covered, and moved to an open position in which the portions of the electric wires near the connectors are exposed.

Sheathed wire harness

A electricity storage module is provided with a stack formed by stacking a plurality of electricity storage elements having positive and negative lead terminals that protrude outward from end portions thereof and insulating holder members made of an insulating material for holding the electricity storage elements. A connecting portion formed by connecting different polarized lead terminals of adjacent electric cells is disposed in a position shifted from other connecting portions than that connecting portion as seen from the stacking direction of the stack, and the insulating holder members are provided with windows that correspond to the connecting portions.
