The coil is wound on the outer periphery of the tube portion with regular winding. A number of turns of each of a plurality of layers wound around an external side of a last layer in contact with the flange is at least one less than a number of turns of each of a plurality of layers wound around an adjacent internal side of the last layer.

Axial air-gap rotary electric machine having a different number of internal side layers and external side layers

The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a structure with which it is possible to improve the heat dissipation performance and efficiency of an axial gap dynamo-electric machine. Accordingly, the present invention is an axial gap dynamo-electric machine of such construction that a disc-shaped rotor in which permanent magnets are disposed is provided in the axial direction and a stator is disposed in the axial-direction center portion, wherein the outer circumferential side of a stator winding is in intimate contact with the inside diameter of a housing, embedding with a mold resin is used for the housing and a stator core and for a stator coil and the housing so that a connection is established with the housing, and the housing comprises a nonmagnetic, electrically nonconductive material.

Axial gap dynamo-electric machine

The moldability of the stator of an axial gap type rotating electric machine improved. The axial gap type rotating electric machine has: a stator comprising core members disposed about a rotating shaft in a ring shape with a predetermined space from adjacent core members, said core members each having a core around which a coil is wound, the number of the turns of the coil being less on the outer perimeter side than on the inner perimeter side, the core members being molded with mold material; and a rotor facing an end surface of the core in the shaft direction through a predetermined gap. In the stator, the first and second core members are alternately disposed, with the coil on the side where the number of the winding layers of the first core member is larger and the coil on the side where the number of the winding layers of the second core member is smaller opposed to each other.

Axial gap type rotating electric machine and stator

This invention reduces the shaft voltage of an axial-air-gap dynamo-electric machine while ensuring high output and high efficiency. Said axial-air-gap dynamo-electric machine comprises the following: a stator comprising a plurality of stator cores, each of which comprises a core and a coil, arranged in a circle around a shaft; a housing, the inside surface of which faces the stator radially; and at least one rotor, the surface of which faces the surface of the stator with a prescribed air gap interposed therebetween in the radial direction of the shaft. The rotor has, on the outside thereof, a conductive section comprising a conductive member. This axial-air-gap dynamo-electric machine has a first region where the inside surface of the housing faces the aforementioned conductive section radially and a second region, closer to the stator than the first region is, that extends to the coil side surfaces that face the rotor. The proportion of connecting wires in the second region is higher than in the first region.

Axial-gap dynamo-electric machine

The purpose of the present invention is to ensure reliability and installation space reduction of crossover wires of an axial gap type rotary electric machine. An axial gap type rotary electric machine having: a stator which is constructed by annularly arranging multiple core units about an axis of rotation, each of the core units having at least a core, windings disposed around the outer periphery of the core, and crossover wires leading out from the windings; at least one rotor which faces an axial end surface of the cores with a gap therebetween; and a rotary shaft which rotates along with the rotor. The axial end surface side and the outer diameter side of the stator, is provided with multiple wiring support sections, each having an arc-shaped base part extending in a rotational direction along the annular shape of the outer diameter side of the stator, wherein the base part has a length extending over the outer diameter-side end surfaces of two or more adjoining core units and a predetermined axial width, and is equipped with multiple axial grooves for guiding the crossover wires in the rotational direction which are disposed on the opposite surface of the base from the rotary shaft. The rotary electric machine has a molding resin for integrally molding the wiring support sections with the stator.

Axial gap type rotary electric machine

A highly reliable electromechanical integral motor is provided. In the electromechanical integral motor including an axial gap type motor and a power conversion control device, the power conversion control device is mounted on an end bracket portion of the motor. Additionally, a space is provided between the end bracket portion of the motor and the power conversion control device. Further, the end bracket portion of the motor and the power conversion control device are fixed by a plurality of fixing members, and at least one set of the plurality of fixing members is disposed to be spaced apart from each other.

Electromechanical integral motor

An axial-air-gap rotating electric machine with a stator bobbin is provided. The bobbin renders the respective turn counts of windings in the machine the same and minimizes the lengths of connecting wires between continuous windings regardless of the continuous turn count, the direction in which each winding is wound, and whether the number of stages is odd or even. The bobbin, which has a tubular shape that substantially matches the exterior shape of a core, is provided with flanges that extend outwards from near the respective openings in the bobbin. One of the flanges has two first notches, and the other flange has a second notch. The axial positions of the starting and finishing ends of coils on adjacent stator cores are the same, and the flanges containing the notches through which the ends of the coils are run are on the same side with respect to the openings.

Axial-air-gap dynamo-electric machine with a tubular-shaped stator bobbin

To reduce an axial voltage while securing a high output, high efficiency, and assemblability of an axial gap rotary electric machine. An axial gap rotary electric machine includes: a stator, formed by arranging a plurality of core members circularly about a shaft in a direction in which magnetic lines are parallel with the shaft, the core member having at least an iron core and a coil wound around an outer circumference of the iron core; at least one rotor facing the stator with a predetermined air gap interposed therebetween in a shaft axial direction; and a housing having an inner circumferential surface opposing the stator and the rotor in a radial direction. The axial gap rotary electric machine further includes a wiring board that has: a bus portion continuous in the circumferential direction; a coil connection portion protruding from the bus portion and connected to the coil; and an external connection portion protruding from the bus portion. The wiring board is arranged at an outer circumferential side of the plurality of circularly-arranged iron cores.

Axial gap rotary electric machine

To significantly improve a heat dissipation property of an axial gap rotary electric machine within a size necessary for configuring a motor. In an axial gap rotary electric machine comprising a stator and a rotor in an axial direction, the stator has a plurality of stator cores arranged in a circumferential direction and coils wound around the stator cores, and a heat pipe obtained by filling an inside of a metal hollow pipe with a refrigerant is arranged in a gap between adjacent coils formed in an outer diameter portion of the stator in a radial direction and a housing with a necessary insulation distance between the coils and the heat pipe. The heat pipe extends in a direction of a rotation axis and an opposite output side, and is in contact with a heat dissipating fin outside an end bracket on the opposite output side.

An axial air gap type electric motor includes: a stator with stator cores in a ring shape around a rotating shaft and including a laminated iron core that is a prismatic body of metal plate-like members laminated in a radial direction of the rotating shaft, a tubular bobbin with an inner diameter into which the laminated iron core is inserted, and a coil wound on the extension of the outer diameter of the laminated iron core; and a rotor plane-facing the rotating shaft direction end section of the stator with a predetermined air gap interposed therebetween. The laminated iron core includes: a core member with continuously laminated metal plate-like members, the widths of which increase in a rotational direction of the rotating shaft from the center toward a radial direction; and a core member with continuously laminated metal plate-like members, the widths of which are substantially equal.

Axial air gap type electric motor

To ensure ready assembly of a stator and reliably reduce the shaft voltage in an axial air gap rotating electric machine, an axial air gap rotating electric machine has a circular ring-shaped stator formed by a plurality of stator cores arranged about a rotational axis direction in a ring shape. Each stator core comprises a tubular bobbin and a coil, with the tubular bobbin having an iron core inserted into a bobbin inner tubular portion substantially matching the peripheral shape of the iron core. The axial air gap rotating electric machine has a first conductive member having a horizontal portion and a vertical portion contacting the end surface of the bobbin opening portion. The horizontal portion contacts parts of the iron core outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the bobbin inner tubular portion, and the vertical portion is conductively connected to the inner circumferential housing surface.

Axial air gap rotating electric machine

The present invention provides an axial air-gap rotary electric machine with which it is possible to achieve downsizing and increased output as well as an improvement in the support strength of a molded resin and housing and a reduction in the manufacturing cost of the housing. Provided is an axial air-gap rotary electric machine having: a stator in which a plurality of core members, which have at least an iron core and a coil, are arranged in a circular shape centered around a rotating shaft and curved around the inner peripheral surface of a housing; and a rotor that faces an end surface of the iron core with a prescribed air gap therebetween in the radial direction of the rotating shaft. Therein, the housing has, in the surface facing the stator, a hole that communicates with the outside, and the stator has a resin molded portion formed by filling a resin into at least the surface of the core members facing the inner peripheral surface of the housing, and into the hole, and molding integrally.

Axial air-gap rotary electric machine

The present invention ensures reliability while reducing the size of an axial air gap rotating electric machine. An axial air gap rotating electric machine has: a stator comprising a plurality of core members arranged in a ring shape, said core members each having an iron core, a coil wound in an iron core outer periphery direction, and a bobbin disposed between the iron core and the coil; and a rotor plane-facing an end surface of the iron core via an air gap in a rotating shaft radial direction. The bobbin has: a tubular portion facing the outer peripheral side surface of the iron core and shorter than the length of the iron core; flange portions extending in the vicinity of both ends of the tubular portion from the outer periphery of the tubular portion toward the vertical direction outside by a predetermined length; and a projection portion being on the outside surface of at least one of the flange portions and near the inner edge of the tubular portion, having an inner peripheral surface facing the end outer peripheral side surface of the inserted iron core, and further projecting in an extending direction of the tubular portion.
