An electronic control device including a circuit board, a connector with connector pins having a board connecting portion at which the connector pins are electrically connected with the circuit board, a pair of housing members accommodating the circuit board and the connector therebetween, a waterproof seal portion through which connection between the connector and the pair of housing members and connection between the pair of housing members are provided in a fluid-tight manner, the waterproof seal portion including a connector-side waterproof seal portion disposed between the connector and one of the pair of housing members which is opposed to the board connecting portion of the connector pins, and a barrier portion disposed between the board connecting portion of the connector pins and the connector-side waterproof seal portion.

Electronic control device

A seal structure includes a connector-lower-surface-side flat seal portion constituted by a surface-joint portion between a lower surface of a connector and a lower housing member; and a groove seal portion constituted between a groove and a protrusion fitted into the groove. The groove is provided in one of inner surfaces of outer circumferential edge portions of an upper housing member and the lower housing member. The protrusion is provided in another of these inner surfaces. The seal structure further includes a linking seal portion connecting the connector-lower-surface-side flat seal portion with the groove seal portion. The linking seal portion includes a deep-bottom portion having a seal groove continuous with the groove seal portion, a shallow-bottom portion having a seal groove shallower than the seal groove of the deep-bottom portion and continuous with the connector-lower-surface-side flat seal portion, and a connecting portion linking the deep-bottom portion to the shallow-bottom portion.

Seal structure for electronic control apparatus

A seal structure for an electronic control device having a circuit board housed in a watertight space a housing that is formed by fitting a plurality of fitting members together, has first and second seal portions which are formed at a fitting surface portion between the fitting members that are fitted together. One side of a pair of the fitting members of each of the first and second seal portions is provided with a seal groove, the other side is provided with a protruding line. An auxiliary seal groove and an auxiliary protruding line are formed on opposing surfaces of the seal groove and the protruding line at a merged part where the first and second seal portions meet each other. The auxiliary seal groove and the auxiliary protruding line continuously extend from the seal groove up to an end surface of the protruding line.

Seal structure for electronic control device

An electrical control unit comprises a case having a groove on a first contact surface thereof, a cover having a protrusion on a second contact surface thereof, a printed wiring board received in a board receiving space defined between the case and the cover, and an adhesive received in the groove, wherein when the cover is put on the case having the protrusion inserted into the groove, the adhesive in a still soft condition is forced to move toward a space between the first and second contact surfaces for bonding the same, and wherein when the printed wiring board is properly put in the board receiving space, a peripheral outer surface of the board serves as an extra part of an inside wall of the groove.

An electronic control device has a circuit board to which, at one side thereof, a connector is fixed; a housing having a pair of connector sandwiching members that sandwich the connector, a part of the connector being exposed to an outside of the housing and a remaining part of the connector and the circuit board being housed in a watertight space of the housing, and one of the connector sandwiching members being set to be higher in rigidity than the other; a seal portion filled with a sealant; and a shift suppression unit having a protruding portion formed at one side of the higher-rigidity connector sandwiching member and the connector and a hollow portion formed at the other side The shift suppression unit suppresses a shift of the connector with respect to the housing by fitting of the protruding portion and the hollow portion together.

Seal structure for electronic control device having a seal portion formed between an outer peripheral surface of a connector and an inner peripheral surface of a housing, and provided with a seal groove and a protruding line. The seal portion has a deep bottom portion having a seal groove, a shallow bottom portion whose seal groove is shallower than that of the deep bottom portion, and a connecting portion connecting these deep and shallow bottom portions. Width of the seal groove of the shallow bottom portion is set to be larger than the deep bottom portion As a position of a seal groove of the connecting portion gets closer to the deep bottom portion from the shallow bottom portion, depth of the seal groove of the connecting portion is set to be gradually larger, and width of the seal groove of the connecting portion is set to be gradually smaller.

A canister, a cut valve which closes a fresh air intake of the canister, and a pressure sensor which detects a pressure in a fuel vapor path shut off by closing a purge control valve and the cut valve are disposed at the inside of a fuel tank, and a fuel supply control unit which controls the cut valve and the purge control valve, and which carries out a leak diagnosis on the basis of a detected result of the pressure sensor is disposed at the inside of the fuel tank.

Fuel supply apparatus and control method for internal combustion engine

A check valve disposed between an air pump and a section to be pressurized, is held in a closed state when the section is pressurized by said air pump, and is operated to open when the electric power is supplied to an electromagnetic solenoid. In an abnormally pressurized state, the power supply to the electromagnetic solenoid is shut off, to forcibly close the check valve.

A liquid remaining-amount detecting system includes a displacement transmitting part for transmitting displacement of a float to a rotation-angle sensor and including a bracket mounted to the bottom of a tank, an arm having a base end mounted to the bracket and a front end mounted to the float, and a link mechanism for coupling the rotation-angle sensor and the base end of the arm. The link mechanism serves to cancel displacement of the float resulting from vertical displacement of the bottom of the tank.
