An anti-vibration unit, which enables a reduction in man-hours to be achieved during manufacturing and a reduction in the number of parts, is provided. A boss member of an anti-vibration device is pressed into a press-fitting section of a second bracket so as to be firmly fixed. The omission of the bolt enables a corresponding reduction in the number of parts. Moreover, by omitting the bolt in this way, there is no need to form a female threaded section on the boss member of the anti-vibration device, thus enabling a corresponding reduction in man-hours during manufacturing. In addition, when chemically treating the boss member of the anti-vibration device, it is unnecessary to implement a step for protecting the female threaded section with a masking bolt, thus eliminating the need to attach and detach the masking bolt, which in turn enables a corresponding reduction in man-hours during manufacturing.

Anti-vibration unit

To provide a vibration isolation unit capable of reducing the number of parts, man-hour and material cost, and suppressing the product cost. One side of a stopper rubber member continues to the outer edge of a diaphragm. Accordingly, because they can be vulcanizingly molded simultaneously, the number of parts can be reduced. Also, because the diaphragm is attached to an outer tube member, the stopper rubber member also can be fixed simultaneously, and therefore the man-hour can be reduced. Further, because one side of the stopper rubber member continues to the outer edge of the diaphragm, overlapping of them in an axial view can be avoided, and a rubber material can be used efficiently. Thus, the number of parts, man-hour and material cost can be reduced and the product cost of the overall vibration isolation unit can be suppressed.

Vibration isolation unit

Provided is a vibration isolation device such that weight reduction can be achieved and it is possible to simplify the structure of a resin molding die for molding the bracket member. Engagement in a direction where the external member () slips out of the bracket member () occurs in a structure achieved in such a way that a pair of first wall section parts () of the external member () are installed inside the bracket member (). As a result, it is possible to curb a situation where, as in the case of conventional vibration damping devices, undercut shapes are formed. Consequently, it is possible to simplify the structure of the resin molding die for molding the bracket member (). Furthermore, as regards the external member (), a portion between the leg sections (), which form a pair, is omitted, and therefore, weight can be reduced correspondingly.

Liquid-sealed antivibration device

To provide a vibration isolation apparatus which prevents a vibration isolation leg from being pushed by a resin material injected in a resin molding process and to prevent generation of resin burrs. Because a rubber notch is formed in a first molding product, when the first molding product is placed in a resin mold in an insert molding process, the pressure of the flowing resin material injected in the resin mold through the injection gate can be relieved and thus first wall covering rubber parts may be less pushed by the resin material. This reduces positional deviation of a vibration isolation leg and sealing errors caused by deformation of the first wall covering rubber parts, and thus generation of resin burrs can be suppressed.

Vibration isolation apparatus

In a vibration isolator wherein an inner and an outer cylindrical fittings are connected by a rubber elastomer between both fittings; in the rubber elastomer above and below the inner cylindrical fitting, hollow spaces are formed circumferentially in a larger width, in a cross-section square to the axial direction, than an outside diameter of the inner cylindrical fitting; and lateral portions as support arms of the rubber elastomer between the hollow spaces support the inner cylindrical fitting to the outer cylindrical fitting, in order to lower the dynamic spring rate in the lateral direction square to the axial direction and facilitate the tuning of rigidity, without changing the vibration-isolating characteristics in the vertical direction and without deteriorating the durability, small vacancies are provided in the lateral portions at a distant position inboard from the outer cylindrical fitting.

Vibration isolating device

An engine mount has a stopper rubber portion constituted of an outer peripheral flange protruding radially outwardly from the engine side metal fitting and a coating rubber covering an outer periphery of said outer peripheral flange. A radius of curvature of contact parts positioned at one direction of two radial directions orthogonal to each other in a radial plane substantially equals to a radius of curvature of an inner periphery of the body side metal fitting and a thickness of the coating rubber positioned in said one direction is constant in a circumferential direction thereof, whereby the contact parts positioned in said one direction are widely brought into contact with the inner periphery of the body side metal fitting and distorted uniformly. The distortion of the stopper rubber portion is also made uniform when applying a load thereto.

Engine mount

An engine mount having a vibration isolating base body formed of a rubber elastic body interposed between a body side metal fitting and an engine side metal fitting. A stopper mechanism which absorbs an excessive displacement of an engine mount is provided. The stopper mechanism is constituted of a cylindrical metal fitting provided at the body side metal fitting and a stopper rubber portion provided at the engine side metal fitting opposed to the cylindrical metal fitting. The stopper rubber portion is constituted of an outer peripheral flange protruding radially outwardly from the engine side metal fitting, a coating rubber layer covering the outer peripheral flange and a reinforcing metal fitting of a L-shape cross section embedded in the coating rubber layer.
