In a first region, a multilayer body is bent along a first bending line such that a first main surface is located farther on an outer peripheral side than a second main surface. In a second region, the multilayer body is bent along a second bending line such that the first main surface is located farther on an inner peripheral side than the second main surface. In the first region, a first metal foil layer is located farther on an outer peripheral side than a center of the multilayer body. In the second region, a second metal foil layer is located farther on the outer peripheral side than the center of the multilayer body. In the second region, a distance between the second metal foil layer and the second main surface is shorter than a distance between the second metal foil layer and the first main surface.

Multilayer substrate and electronic device

An antenna device includes a coil antenna including a coil conductor wound around a coil opening, and a planar conductor including a surface facing a portion of the coil opening and a portion of an area including the coil conductor. A minimum separation distance between the coil opening and the planar conductor in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the planar conductor is larger than a minimum separation distance between the coil conductor and the planar conductor in the same direction. The planar conductor includes a first region that overlaps the coil opening and a third region that overlaps an outer edge of the coil conductor in plan view of the coil opening, and the first region includes a recessed portion that is recessed in a direction away from the coil conductor.

Antenna device and electronic apparatus

A power transmission system is disclosed in which power is transmitted from a power transmission apparatus to a power receiving apparatus by electric field coupling between active and passive electrodes. The power transmission apparatus includes a step-up/down circuit for stepping up or down a direct voltage and an inverter circuit for converting the direct voltage into an alternating voltage that is output to the active and passive electrodes. The power transmission apparatus controls the step-up/down circuit to sweep a transformation ratio M=Vo/Vin and detects the ratio M when an input power Pin of the step-up/down circuit is a minimum. The power transmission apparatus drives the step-up/down circuit to obtain the ratio M and perform the power transmission. As a result, there is provided a power transmission system capable of efficiently performing power transmission regardless of the change in a load in the power receiving apparatus.

Power transmission system

A circuit module equipped with a primary coil of a step-down transformer formed by primary coils of a plurality of transformer elements connected in series with each other and a secondary coil formed by secondary coils of the transformer elements connected in series with each other, includes a printed substrate on which the transformer elements are mounted in a lengthwise direction, a connection terminal coupled to a first end of the primary coil of the step-down transformer and connection terminals coupled to the secondary coil of the step-down transformer, the connection terminals are positioned such that the transformer elements are interposed therebetween. As a result, provided are a transformer module that reduces the effect of a high-voltage portion on a low-voltage portion by securing a distance between the high-voltage portion and the low-voltage portion, and a power reception device and a power transmission device equipped with the transformer module.

An electric power receiving apparatus of an electric power transmitting system includes an overvoltage suppressing unit connected in parallel to a resonant circuit. The overvoltage suppressing unit is formed by an impedance element. Impedance of the impedance element is set to such a value that a rise in a voltage across at least one pair of electric power receiving electrodes is suppressed as compared to a case in which the impedance element is not connected, in the process in which coupling capacitance Cm between electric power transmitting electrodes and the electric power receiving electrodes changes from a value held while the electric power transmitting electrodes and the electric power receiving electrodes are in a predetermined positional relationship during normal electric power transmission to substantially zero.

Electric field coupling type wireless electric power transmitting system and electric power receiving apparatus included in the same

A measurement apparatus includes a pseudo-coupling circuit, a power reception circuit, and a characteristics measuring unit. The pseudo-coupling circuit includes a first power-transmission-side terminal, a second power-transmission-side terminal, a first power-reception-side terminal, and a second power-reception-side terminal. A capacitor is connected between the first power-transmission-side terminal and the first power-reception-side terminal. A capacitor is connected between the first power-transmission-side terminal and the second power-transmission-side terminal. A capacitor is connected between the first power-reception-side terminal and the second power-reception-side terminal. A power transmission module to be measured is connected to the first and second power-transmission-side terminals. The power reception circuit and the characteristics measuring unit are connected to the first and second power-reception-side terminals.

Measurement circuit and measurement apparatus for wireless power transmission system

An active electrode and a passive electrode provided in a power transmitting apparatusare connected to an inductor provided on the secondary side of a transformer generating an AC voltage and are respectively coupled to an active electrode and a passive electrode of a power receiving apparatus through electric fields. A ground electrode of the power transmitting apparatus faces the active electrode and the passive electrode and a ground electrode of the power receiving apparatus faces the active electrode and the passive electrode. A plurality of openings are formed in such a manner as to form a lattice in each of the ground electrodes.

Power transmitting apparatus, power receiving apparatus, and non-contact power transmission system

When power transmitting electrodes of a power transmitting apparatus are respectively facing power receiving electrodes of a power receiving apparatus, a composite resonant circuit including a series resonant circuit and a parallel resonant circuit is formed through a compound capacitance formed between the power transmitting electrodes and the power receiving electrodes. In a predetermined mutually facing state in which the compound capacitance becomes maximum, the impedances of the configuration components of the composite resonant circuit are set such that a resonant frequency at which the impedance of the composite resonant circuit from a signal generator side when inputs of a load circuit is short-circuited becomes locally minimum, becomes higher than a resonant frequency at which the impedance of the composite resonant circuit as seen from the signal generator side when the inputs of the load circuit are open becomes locally maximum.

In a power transmitter device, a power transmitter side active electrode and a power transmitter side passive electrode are formed. In a power receiver device, a power receiver side active electrode and a power receiver side passive electrode are formed. The power transmitter side active electrode is rectangle that is shorter in a first direction and longer in a second direction. The power receiver side active electrode is rectangle that is longer in the first direction and shorter in the second direction. The power transmitter side active electrode and the power receiver side active electrode are formed so as that lengths of overlapping area in the first and second directions do not change in a placement receivable area on the power transmitter device, within which the power receiver device is allowed to be displaced.

Wireless power transmission system

A power transmitting apparatus includes an active electrode, a passive electrode, a voltage generating circuit that applies a voltage between the active electrode and the passive electrode, and a reference potential electrode connected to a reference potential. A power receiving apparatus includes an active electrode, a passive electrode, a secondary battery connected between the active electrode and the passive electrode, and a reference potential electrode connected to a reference potential. Power is transmitted from the power transmitting apparatus to the power receiving apparatus as a result of the respective electrodes facing each other and being capacitively coupled to each other when the power receiving apparatus is mounted to the power transmitting apparatus.

To greatly improve the productivity, the general versatility, the downsizing, the performance and the like, as compared to those of the conventional transformer, provided is a transformer including: a core; a primary winding; a secondary winding; a bobbin provided with a low voltage side coil winding portion and a high voltage side coil winding portion, wherein the secondary winding is wound onto each of the coil winding portions; and a casing disposed so as to cover an outer periphery of the bobbin, wherein the primary winding is wound onto a portion of an outer periphery of the casing corresponding to a position of the low voltage side coil winding portion.
