A wire harness that includes a first wire and a second wire each including a core wire and a covering material that covers the core wire; and a tube, wherein: the tube covers a connection between the core wire of the first wire and the core wire of the second wire, each of the covering materials contains a cross-linked polyethylene, the tube contains a cross-linked polyethylene, the tube and each of the covering materials are directly joined, and a tensile shear strength between the tube and each of the covering materials is 350 kPa or more.

A liquid composition which has an excellent coating property at room temperature and is retained on a surface to be coated after application on the surface, and a terminal-fitted electric wire having an increased corrosion resistance using the same. The liquid composition contains a high-consistency material, a low-viscosity liquid having a kinetic viscosity of 100 mm/s or lower measured at 40&#xb0; C. in accordance with JIS K2283, and an adduct containing an acidic phosphate ester containing one or more kinds of compounds represented by General Formulae (1) and (2), and a metal,P(&#x2550;O)(&#x2014;OR)(&#x2014;OH)&#x2003;&#x2003;(1),P(&#x2550;O)(&#x2014;OR)(&#x2014;OH)&#x2003;&#x2003;(2),where Rrepresents a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms.

Liquid composition and terminal-fitted electric wire

Provided is an anticorrosive containing a curable resin composition and that has a high anticorrosive capability and a good adhesion to an oily surface, and a terminal-attached covered electric wire and a wiring harness using the anticorrosive. The terminal-attached covered electric wire has a contact portion where a wire conductor of a covered electric wire and a connection terminal contact each other. The contact portion is covered with the anticorrosive. The wiring harness contains the terminal-attached covered electric wire. The curable resin composition contains 100 parts by mass of a polymer of a (meth)acrylate monomer, the polymer having two or more (meth)acrylate groups, 40 to 90 parts by mass of isobornyl (meth)acrylate, and 1 to 15 part by mass of an alkyl (meth)acrylate represented by formula 1, where R1 is either H or CH3, and R2 is an alkyl group having a carbon number of 8 to 13, 

Anticorrosive, terminal-attached covered electric wire, and wiring harness

An electric wire protection member includes a metal pipe to which processing oil adheres, and a resin coating that covers an outer surface of the metal pipe and has a water contact angle of 55 to 78&#xb0;. The resin coating may be formed by curing a resin paint that is applied to the outer surface of the metal pipe and has a surface tension of 25 to 32 mN/m. A wire harness can be formed by inserting an electric wire into the metal pipe of the electric wire protection member.

Electric wire protection member, method for manufacturing same, and wire harness

An electric wire protection member capable of suppressing the occurrence of breakage and swelling of a resin coating and separation of the resin coating from a metal pipe for a long period of time, and a wire harness including the electric wire protection member. The electric wire protection member includes a metal pipe into which an electric wire is to be inserted, and a resin coating that covers an outer surface of the metal pipe. The resin coating has at least one of a glass transition point of 40&#xb0; C. or higher and a water vapor permeability coefficient of 260 g&#xb7;mm/m&#xb7;24 hr or less, and has a thickness of 30 &#x3bc;m or more.

Electric wire protection member and wire harness

Provided is an anticorrosive polyamide resin composition having excellent anticorrosive capability by possessing excellent adhesive strength to a polyolefin resin and a metal and excellent elongation. The anticorrosive polyamide resin composition contains a resin component that contains 70 to 90 mass % of a polyamide resin, and 30 to 10 mass % of an acid-modified polyolefin resin. A maleic acid anhydride-modified polyolefin resin is preferably used as the acid-modified polyolefin resin. Polypropylene is preferably used as the polyolefin resin.

Anticorrosive polyamide resin composition, and electric wire with terminal

A wire harness includes a terminated covered electric wire. The terminated covered electric wire includes a terminal fitting, an electric wire conductor, and an electrical connection portion in which the terminal fitting and the electric wire conductor are electrically connected to each other. The terminal fitting has a surface to which processing oil adheres, and the electrical connection portion is covered with an anticorrosive agent containing an adhesive resin and an oil-adsorbing organic macromolecule to configure a terminated covered electric wire.
