A seat heater is installed between a seat pad that is a member supporting a load from a seated person sitting on a seat and has a plurality of ventilation holes through which the air generated by a blower flows is formed on a surface on a side of the seated person and a covering that covers a surface of the seat pad and has breathability. The seat heater includes a thin plate-like base material having voids through which air passes, and a heating wire fixed to the base material. A plurality of slits separate from the voids are formed in the base material.

Seat heater and seat air-conditioning device

A seat air-conditioning device is applied to a seat and includes a cushion material, an outer cover, a ventilation hole and a surface groove. The cushion material supports a back or buttocks of an occupant seated on the seat. The outer cover covers the cushion material and has perforation holes. The ventilation hole is formed at a portion of the cushion material opposed to the back or the buttocks of the occupant seated on the seat. The ventilation hole is configured to suction or blow air. The surface groove is formed at a portion of the cushion material which is adjacent to the outer cover. The surface groove is communicated with the ventilation hole and extends from the ventilation hole in a direction away from a location of the cushion material, at which a center of the back or a center of the buttocks of the occupant is placed.

Seat air-conditioning device

A seat air-conditioner includes an inlet portion, a blower, and a door device. The inlet portion is disposed inside a seat and defines a first inlet and a second inlet. The blower is disposed inside the seat. The door device is configured to be moved to open the first inlet while closing the second inlet and to close the first inlet while opening the second inlet. The first inlet is arranged such that an air drawn into the seat through a passenger supporting portion of the seat is drawn into the blower through the first inlet. The second inlet is arranged such that an air drawn into the seat through a portion of the seat other than the passenger supporting portion is more likely to be drawn into the second inlet than into the first inlet.

Seat air-conditioner

A seat air-conditioning device provided in a compartment of a vehicle that supplies air generated by a blower includes a pad wrapped in the skin and a ventilation sheet which is formed in a thin plate shape and supplies air to the seated passenger. An internal space is formed in the pad. The pad includes a seating side communication part that communicates the internal space with the seating surface of the skin, and a blower side communication portion that communicates the internal space with the blower. The ventilation sheet is disposed in the internal space.

A ventilation sheet is installed between a seat pad and a skin that form a seat of a vehicle. The ventilation sheet includes a ventilation sheet main body formed in a thin plate-shape including an air flow passage through which an air flow flows, a plurality of openings in communication with the air flow passage of the ventilation sheet main body, the plurality of openings formed to open at a surface of the ventilation sheet main body facing the skin, and a connection passage in communication with the air flow passage of the ventilation sheet main body and in communication with a pad hole provided in the seat pad.

Ventilation sheet and seat air conditioner

A seat air conditioner is applied to a seat including a seat cushion portion, a seat back portion, and a reclining mechanism portion for varying a reclining angle of the seat back portion relative to the seat cushion portion. The seat air conditioner includes a blower, an air blowing portion from which the air blown by the blower is blown toward the seated occupant, and a wind direction adjustment unit that adjusts a wind direction of the blown air. The wind direction adjustment unit is configured to adjust the wind direction of the air blown out from at least the part of the air blowing portion such that the air from the air blowing portion is blown toward a specific part of the seated occupant regardless of the reclining angle when the seat back portion is inclined toward a rear side of the seat.

Seat air conditioner

An air conditioner has an air conditioning unit for conditioning air to be introduced into a passenger compartment. The air conditioning unit has an air passage, an air conditioning case defining at least a part of the air passage and a noise absorbing member having a multi-layer structure. The noise absorbing member defines at least a part of the air passage. The noise absorbing member has an unbreathable middle layer, a first noise absorbing layer on an inner side of the middle layer and a second noise absorbing layer on an outer side of the middle layer. The second noise absorbing layer has a hardness greater than that of the first noise absorbing layer to maintain the shape of the noise absorbing member. Also, an air conditioner duct is formed of the multi-layer structure.

Air conditioner and air conditioner duct

In an inside/outside air switching device, a rotary door includes a rotation shaft, a periphery wall rotating about the rotation shaft, and side plates connecting between the ends of the periphery wall and the rotation shaft. The rotary door is supported in a case for opening and closing an inside air introduction port and an outside air introduction port of the case. When the door partially opens the inside air introduction port and mainly opens the outside air introduction port in an air mixing mode, the periphery wall projects toward the outside air introduction port by a predetermined distance. The projected portion of the periphery wall is covered with a cover member disposed on a cowl.
