In a power conversion device for performing conversion from DC to AC, a positive-side capacitor and a negative-side capacitor with their connection point serving as a neutral point are provided between the positive and negative sides of the inputted DC power, and a switching pattern for specifying switching phases which are timings of ON/OFF driving switching elements of an inverter which outputs AC voltage having at least a positive-side potential, a negative-side potential, and a neutral point potential, is calculated so as to satisfy conditions for ensuring a modulation factor, eliminating harmonic components for respective orders of output voltage, ensuring a predetermined value for a phase difference between adjacent switching phases, and balancing voltage of the positive-side capacitor and voltage of the negative-side capacitor.

Power conversion apparatus that drives a motor by receiving a three-phase AC voltage from an AC power system

A power conversion device includes a transformer, a plurality of converter cells, and a control circuit that controls semiconductor switching elements in each of the converter cells to be turned on and off. The transformer includes: a primary winding group being connected in multiple phases to an AC power supply including multiple phases; and a plurality of secondary winding groups. Each secondary winding group includes, in each of the multiple phases, secondary windings each formed of a single-phase open winding. Each converter cell converts a single-phase AC voltage between AC nodes connected to the respective secondary windings into a DC voltage by control of the semiconductor switching elements to be turned on and off, and outputs the converted DC voltage between a pair of DC nodes. The DC nodes of the plurality of converter cells are connected in series between a first DC terminal and a second DC terminal.

Power conversion device

A failure diagnosis system according to an embodiment includes a first power line, a second power line, a first main contact, a second main contact, a first electrical component, a second electrical component, and a control device. The first electrical component includes a first terminal electrically connected to a second part of the first power line and a second terminal electrically connected to a third part of the second power line. A state of the first electrical component is to be switched in a case where a voltage is applied between the first terminal and the second terminal. The control device is configured to determine whether an abnormality of the first main contact exists or not based on output of a control instruction relating to the first main contact and the state of the first electrical component.

The gate signal corrected by the calculated on-delay time is outputted to the corresponding inverter gate.

An inverter test apparatus includes a DC power supply, a second inverter which is connected to a DC side of the first inverter, an inductor which is connected between an AC side of the first inverter and an AC side of the second inverter, a first controller which controls an AC voltage of the first inverter to be at a constant amplitude and a constant frequency, a current detector which detects a current that flows through the inductor, a phase command value computation module which computes a phase command value of the second inverter so as to control the current detected by the current detector, and a second controller which controls a phase of the second inverter, based on the phase command value computed.

Drive and control apparatus for multiple-winding motor

In a drive control apparatus for a multiple-winding motor including a power converter for driving a winding group per each winding group of a multiple-winding motor having a plurality sets of winding groups, a compensation amount calculator obtains, by using a signal of a first controller controlling a first power converter driving a first winding group among the winding groups, a compensation amount for compensating a signal of an other controller controlling an other power converter other than the first power converter, based on the compensation amount obtained by the compensation amount calculator. A signal of the other controller is compensated to control the other power converter, and the first power converter is controlled without compensating a signal of a first controller.

Drive control apparatus for multiple-winding motor

A switching pattern determination unit in a control unit includes a modulation rate ensuring unit, a harmonic reducing unit, and a function combining unit, and sets a function f prescribing the relationship between each switching phase and a modulation rate, a function Y prescribing the relationship between each switching phase and the sum of squares of values obtained by multiplying a harmonic component of each order by a weighting coefficient of each order, and an evaluation function X formed from the function Y, the function f, and a weighting variable. Then, by a switching phase calculation unit and a switching pattern storage unit, each switching pattern according to each modulation rate m and each number of pulses is obtained and stored which ensures the modulation rate and reduces an addition value of harmonic components of respective orders.

A rotary agitation type heat treatment apparatus includes: a cylindrical member for performing heat treatment on a material to be treated supplied inside the cylindrical member from one end thereof; a rotating unit for rotating the cylindrical member; a heating unit for heating the material supplied inside the cylindrical member; and agitation members arranged in the cylindrical member. Each agitation member has a shaft structure and two or more blades provided on the shaft structure. The cylindrical member and the agitation members are constituted of a ceramic material. The material inside the cylindrical member is heated and the cylindrical member is rotated, so that the material is heat treated while agitated by the agitation members in the cylindrical member, and discharged out from the other end thereof.

Rotary agitation type heat treatment apparatus

A precision fine powder dispersing supply apparatus includes a fine powder storage vessel, a minute amount supply feeder, a supply device for supplying fine powder in the storage vessel to the minute amount supply feeder, and a discharging device for discharging the fine powder from the minute amount supply feeder to the subsequent process. It is preferable to dispose a heat unit to the transportation path of the fine powder discharged from the minute amount supply feeder. Further, it is preferable to dispose fine particle sensors to the minute amount supply feeder to confirm the feed operation of the fine powder. With this arrangement, the precision fine powder dispersing supply apparatus can stably supply the fine powder in a dispersed state in an ultra minute amount with pinpoint accuracy.
