Provided is a stator core of a rotating electrical machine in which a core back and teeth are formed by laminating a plurality of thin steel plates with an adhesive interposed therebetween. The stator core includes a first stator core that is formed by applying the adhesive to a first region covering the core back and the teeth between the plurality of thin steel plates, and a second stator core that is formed by applying the adhesive to a second region, which has an area smaller than an area of the first region, between the plurality of thin steel plates. The first stator core is disposed at least at one end of the stator core in a laminating direction of the thin steel plates.

A stator of a rotating electrical machine includes: a stator core being provided with teeth and slots on a cylindrical inner side surface of the stator core; a plurality of winding wires being each arranged inside each of the slots; and slot liners being each arranged respectively between an inner wall of each of the slots and each of the plurality of winding wires, each of the slot liners has a sheet-like first insulating substrate, a second insulating material layer being disposed on at least one surface of each of the slot liners, and an adhesive layer which expands between the first insulating substrate and the second insulating material layer by processing, the second insulating material layer is provided with a through-hole which communicates a side of the first insulating substrate with the inner wall of each of the slots, and each of the slot liners is disposed inside each of the slots in such a way that the second insulating material layer is provided on a side closer to the inner wall of each of the slots than the first insulating substrate.

An object of the present invention is to firmly fix a magnet at a predetermined position of a magnet insertion portion. A rotor for a rotary electric machine includes: a rotary shaft; at least one magnet; a rotor core having at least one magnet housing inside which the at least one magnet is attached; and at least one fixing member disposed inside the at least one magnet housing to fix the at least one magnet, wherein the at least one fixing member includes: a first fixing portion that is in contact with a side surface of the at least one magnet in a radial direction of the rotary shaft or in contact with a side surface of the at least one magnet in a circumferential direction of the rotary shaft; and a second fixing portion that is in contact with an end face of the at least one magnet in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are connected to each other at an angle smaller than 90 degrees, and the at least one fixing member is inserted, together with the at least one magnet, in the at least one magnet housing and presses the at least one magnet against an inner wall of the at least one magnet housing due to an increase in the angle between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion.

An object of the present invention is to efficiently cool a rotor coil even in a rotor provided with a wire connection plate. A stator of a rotating electric machine includes a stator core, a plurality of segment coils protruding from slots of the stator core and arranged in a radial direction, a connection conductor that connects the segment coils, and an insulating member that holds the connection conductor. The insulating member includes a through hole through which the segment coil penetrates and is accommodated. An opening through which a coolant can flow into the through hole is provided on an inner peripheral side of the insulating member.

The productivity of a rotary electric machine worsens because the axial length of a stator increases, increasing the overall size, and connecting parts are located on both end sides of a stator core. The rotary electric machine includes: a stator core; a stator winding including a plurality of segment coils; and a connection board that fixes a different-phase connection conductor adapted to connect different phases of the segment coils of the stator winding and a same-phase connection conductor adapted to connect the segment coils of the same phase of the stator winding. In a magnetic auxiliary salient pole formed between poles of the magnets provided in the rotor, a cogging torque is reduced and torque ripples generated when powered up are reduced by combining a magnetic cavity provided on a q axis passing through the center of the salient pole and a skewing in which a plurality of block cores are stacked and connected as a unit while deviating by a predetermined angle in a peripheral direction of the axis of the rotor.

A rotating electric machine includes: a stator core having a plurality of slots aligned along a circumferential direction; a stator having a stator coil with an enamel coating inserted into the slots of the stator core; and a rotor rotatably arranged over the stator core through a given gap. The stator coil includes: main coils of a plurality of phases in which a plurality of segment coils each having a rectangular cross-section wire formed into a substantially U-shaped wire in advance is connected to each other; a first sub-coil having a lead wire led from the slots and attached with an AC terminal, and connected to one end of the respective main coils; and a second sub-coil having a neutral wire led from the slots, and connected to the other end of the respective main coils. The lead wire and the neutral wire are each formed of a wire with a bend structure having a plurality of straights and bends.

An electric machine capable of easily and efficiently assembling a rotor core to a rotating shaft is provided. A rotor core is formed by laminating a first steel plate consisting of one or more electromagnetic steel plates having a first protrusion portion to be accommodated in a groove portion of a rotating shaft and a second steel plate consisting of one or more electromagnetic steel plates having a second protrusion portion to be accommodated in the groove portion of the rotating shaft. The first protrusion portion of the first steel plate has a first engaging portion deformed by a side surface of the groove portion of the rotating shaft. At least a part of the first engaging portion of the first steel plate is disposed in a space formed between a second protrusion portion of the second steel plate and the side surface of a groove portion of the rotating shaft.

The press-fit body includes a permanent magnet and a magnet fixing member provided on the sides of the permanent magnet. The press-fit body is fixed within the magnet insertion hole in such a way that, in the circumferential direction, one end of the press-fit body makes a line contact with the inner wall of the magnet insertion hole through a line contact portion of the magnet fixing member and the other end thereof makes a surface contact with the inner wall of the magnet insertion holes through a surface contact portion of the magnet fixing member.
