A flexible wiring board includes an insulating board, a ground layer, and at least one first lightning arrester electrically connected to the ground layer. The first lightning arrester extends from the ground layer to a contour end of the insulating board positioned near a connection area. The first lightning arrester is configured so that one end is positioned at the contour end of the insulating board near the connection area.

Touch sensor

Each of first electrode sections forming a transmission electrode includes a first main line and a plurality of first auxiliary lines. Each of second electrode sections forming a reception electrode includes a second main line and a plurality of second auxiliary lines. With the transmission and reception electrodes and overlapping each other, the first main line and the second main line intersect with each other at one point, and a cell region is unclosed. The cell region is surrounded by two or more types of thin wires selected from a group consisting of the first main line, the first auxiliary lines, the second main line, and the second auxiliary lines.

In a touch sensor, a wiring board has signal line portions electrically connected to a first sensor terminal of a first sensor board at a first end; a ground portion electrically insulated from the signal line portions; and an insulating layer covering the ground portion. The insulating layer has a plurality of through holes for passing through the insulating layer in a thickness direction of the wiring board and exposing the ground portion therethrough. The plurality of through holes are arranged at intervals. A line segment connecting two through holes of the plurality of through holes intersects the plurality of signal line portions.

Touch sensor and display device using same

A touch panel includes a light-transmitting cover lens, a sensor portion, and a first adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer bonds the cover lens and the sensor portion to each other. The first adhesive layer has a storage elastic modulus at 90&#xb0; C. of 68 kPa or more and 200 kPa or less. When a surface of the cover lens, being in contact with the first adhesive layer, is a bonding surface, a water contact angle on the bonding surface of the cover lens is more than 0&#xb0; and 59&#xb0; or less.
