A refrigeration cycle device includes: a refrigeration cycle circuit including: a compressor and an indoor heat exchanger; an indoor air-sending device including a fan and a motor to supply air to the indoor heat exchanger; and a controller to control the frequency of the compressor and the rotation speed of the motor. The controller controls the rotation speed of the motor by controlling a frequency of an alternating current output from an inverter to the motor. The inverter is disposed at a position exposed to air heat-exchanged in the indoor heat exchanger. The controller controls the frequency of the compressor to a frequency at which a temperature of the inverter becomes lower than a first prescribed temperature in a state where the rotation speed of the motor is lower than a prescribed rotation speed.

Refrigeration cycle device

An air-conditioning apparatus includes a refrigerant circuit, an indoor unit, an indoor air-sending device, a refrigerant detection device which detects refrigerant in an air-conditioning target space, and a controller which sets each of a normal control mode and a rarefying control mode. In the normal control mode, an operation is performed in an operation mode set according to an air-conditioning load, and in the rarefying control mode, the indoor air-sending device is controlled at a rarefying rotation speed which is a higher rotation speed than that in the normal control mode. The controller includes a refrigerant determination unit which determines, based on the result of detection by the refrigerant detection device, whether leakage of refrigerant occurs or not, a control mode determining unit which determines, in the case where the leakage determination unit determines that leakage of refrigerant occurs, the rarefying control mode as a control mode to be set, and an operation control unit which controls the indoor air-sending device in accordance with the control mode set by the control mode setting unit.

Air-conditioning apparatus

A rubber covered roll of a structure that a rubber layer is formed on the surface of a roll-like base is provided. The rubber layer is a layer formed of a vulcanizate of a rubber composition comprising 25-95 wt. % of copolymer rubber (A) obtained by copolymerizing 28-70 mol % of an alkylene oxide, 28-70 mol % of an epihalohydrin and 2-15 mol % of an ethylenically unsaturated epoxide, and 5-75 wt. % of unsaturated rubber (B). The rubber covered roll does not contaminate any photosensitive member, stably has a low electric resistance, and is low in dependence of electric resistance on environment and in hardness. An image-forming apparatus equipped with the rubber covered roll as a development roll or charging roll, and a rubber composition for the rubber covered roll are also provided.
