A rolling bearing with the sealing device which has a fitting groove and sealing device with a mounting portion. The fitting groove formed on the inner peripheral surface of an outer ring. An outside surface of the fitting groove tilts at 5 to 30 degrees with respect to an radial direction of the bearing. An inside surface of the fitting groove tilts at a tilt angle smaller than that of the outside surface. A total of these tilt angles is 35 degrees or more. The mounting portion has a base portion contacting the inside surface and a portion projecting toward the outside surface of the fitting groove from the base portion, and the mounting portion is thinnest at a front end portion of the projecting portion.

The present invention provides a dynamic pressure bearing apparatus comprising a cylindrical bearing member, and a rotary shaft disposed within a cylindrical bore of the cylindrical bearing member, and wherein the bearing member has a thrust bearing surface provided at a bottom of the cylindrical bore, a radial bearing surface provided on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical bearing member, and a lubricating oil reservoir provided at an opening portion of the cylindrical bore and having a diameter greater than that of the radial bearing surface, and the rotary shaft has a radial receiving surface opposed to the radial bearing surface with the interposition of a radial bearing gap, and a thrust receiving surface opposed to the thrust bearing surface, and further wherein the bearing member is closed at the bottom thereof, a dynamic pressure generating groove is formed in at least one of the radial bearing surface and the radial receiving surface, and the dynamic pressure generating groove generates a force for flowing lubricating oil between the bearing member and the rotary shaft toward the opening portion of the cylindrical bore.

Dynamic pressure bearing apparatus

A novel hydro-dynamic fluid bearing device is herein disclosed which comprises a cylindrical shaft, a substantially cylindrical bearing member for axially supporting the shaft rotatably in a cylindrical hole having a bottom surface, a supporting member fixed on one side of the shaft and the bearing member, and a rotation member fixed on the other side of the shaft and the bearing member and rotatably supported on the supporting member, grooves for generating hydro-dynamic fluid being formed on at least one of the outer peripheral surface of the shaft and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical hole of the bearing member, wherein the bearing member is made of a resin material, and the outer peripheral surface of the substantially cylindrical portion is fixed to an annular reinforcing member having a higher rigidity than the bearing member.

Hydro-dynamic fluid bearing device and manufacturing method of the same

A rolling bearing comprising an outer race having one track, an inner race having the other track, a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the both tracks, and a cage for retaining the plurality of rolling elements in such a way that the rolling elements can roll freely, wherein the cage is a lubricating oil-containing polymer member obtained by molding a synthetic resin containing 10 to 80% by weight of a lubricating oil. The cage retains a sufficient amount of a lubricating oil at a high rate of retention so that a lubricating action can be maintained in a stable manner for a prolonged period of time, and it is produced at low cost.

A sliding bearing having a sliding surface adapted to move with reference to a sliding guide surface with the sliding surface of the bearing faced to the sliding guide surface, the bearing comprising a sliding bearing member made of synthetic resin to substantially define the sliding surface of the bearing and a lubricating composition member made of thermoplastic or thermosetting resin that contains lubricating oil such as mineral oil therein and assembled with the sliding bearing member to partly define the sliding surface of the bearing.
