An acoustic diaphragmaccording to the present invention includes a center dome member, and a sub dome member. The center dome member includes a center domeand an annular first plane partthat is disposed along the outer periphery of the center dome and formed integrally with the center dome. The sub dome member includes a sub domeand an annular second plane partthat is disposed along the inner periphery of the sub dome and formed integrally with the sub dome. The first plane part includes a rising partof the center dome, a first front surface, and a first back surface. The second plane part includes an inner peripheral edge, a second front surface, and a second back surface. The center dome is formed of a material different from that of the sub dome. The sub dome surrounds the periphery of the center dome. The inner peripheral edge coincides with the rising part. The first front surface is joined to the second back surface.

Earphone

A headphone is provided that includes a driver unit securely fixed to the baffle plate with a simple structure and has desirable frequency characteristics in a high frequency range and a low frequency range. A headphone includes a baffle plate, a driver unit fixed to the baffle plate, and a fixing member fixing the driver unit to the baffle plate. The fixing member includes a contact part having a shape of a plate in contact with the outer edge of the driver unit.

A headphone includes a baffle plate, a driver unit attached to the baffle plate, a housing forming a back cavity at a front side of the baffle plate and the driver unit, and an ear pad attached to a peripheral edge portion of the baffle plate at a front side and forming the front cavity at the front side of the baffle plate, and the baffle plate includes at least one through hole that allows the back cavity and the front cavity to acoustically communicate with each other. The sound wave emitted from the driver unit to the back cavity passes through the through hole and cancels a low-frequency range sound wave of a sound wave emitted from the driver unit to the front cavity, so that sound quality in a low-frequency range is improved.

The earphone includes a driver unit; a housing accommodating the driver unit, the housing having a front face serving as a sound emitting surface and a bowl shaped rear face; a hollow casing provided separately from the housing, the casing being configured to increase an internal volume adjacent to the rear side of a vibrating plate and to reduce the back pressure of the vibrating plate; and a connecting channel connecting the rear face of the housing and the casing such that the housing is in communication with the internal space of the casing, in which the housing includes a sound emitting tube protruding from the front face thereof so as to be fitted into an external auditory meatus.
