A power supply control apparatus controls a temperature of a device having a cooling mechanism and a heat generating component. The power supply control apparatus includes a nonvolatile storage unit that stores information indicating a specific characteristic including a thermal resistance and a thermal capacity of the device for each current of the heat generating component, a current measurement unit configured to measure a current flowing through the heat generating component, a temperature measuring unit configured to measure a current temperature of the heat generating component, and a control unit configured to perform cooling control on the device. The control unit estimates a temperature rise value after a certain delay time based on the current, the temperature, and the information on the specific characteristic, and performs the cooling control on the device based on an estimated temperature after the delay time.

A power supply control apparatus detects a failure of a semiconductor switch element in a switching circuit having semiconductor series circuits each having semiconductor switch elements connected in series with reverse polarities. The power supply control apparatus includes a reference resistance value storing unit storing information on a combined resistance value between an input and an output of the switching circuit, a conduction current detection unit configured to detect a current flowing through the switching circuit, a potential difference detection unit configured to detect an input-output potential difference between the input and the output of the switching circuit, a voltage drop calculation unit configured to calculate an assumed voltage drop, a voltage comparison unit configured to compare the input-output potential difference with the assumed voltage drop, and a failure identification unit configured to identify a failure of the semiconductor switch element.

Power supply control apparatus and semiconductor failure detection method

An antenna module is configured to be attached to a ceiling of a vehicle, the antenna module including an antenna and a magnetic body including a pair of walls spaced apart from each other. The antenna is accommodated between the pair of walls. The magnetic body may be disposed on the ceiling of the vehicle such that the magnetic body shields a magnetic field generated by the antenna and directed toward a window of the vehicle.

A fuse includes: a first connecting terminal to be connected to a power source; a second connecting terminal to be connected to a load; a third connecting terminal to be connected to a relay control circuit; a fuse element having one end to be connected to the first connecting terminal; and a semiconductor relay directly mounted on the second connecting terminal. The semiconductor relay is a relay circuit switching between conducting and non-conducting states of a connection between its own drain and source electrodes, according to control signals inputted to the own gate electrode. The drain, source and gate electrodes are electrically connected to the other end of the fuse element, the second connecting terminal and the third connecting terminal, respectively. The first to third connecting terminals, the fuse element and the semiconductor relay are formed in an integral structure with a mold resin sealing portion.

A signal correction method and receiver receives an asynchronous wireless signal including a code signal, and determines whether the code signal is discriminated as a regular code. When the determined code signal is not discriminated as the regular code, the signal correction method and receiver changes a sampling time for the asynchronous wireless signal within a predetermined range on sampling. When the code signal is still not discriminated as the regular code after changing the sampling time, the signal correction method and receiver changes a tuning frequency of a local oscillation signal.

A power supply unit adapted to supply power from a power supply section to a load via a plurality of power supply lines connected by an on/off switch and connectors. The power supply unit includes a load open detection section for detecting an open state between the on/off switch and the load, a monitor section for monitoring the number of times the open state has been entered per unit time based on the detection result of the load open detection section, and a control section for controlling the on/off switch off when the number of times the open state has been entered per unit time is greater than a predetermined number of times.
