With a view to providing an accessory preparation toy which can prepare accessories of various sizes, colors, patterns and shapes easily and simply with joy, a storage container includes a main material storage portion, an auxiliary material storage portion and a mixing chamber. A main material and an auxiliary material which make up a mixed curable resin material are stored separately in the main material storage portion and the auxiliary material storage portion. Opening portions of the main material storage portion and the auxiliary material storage portion are formed so as to be opened by pressing the main material or the auxiliary material stored therein with fingers. Lam&#xe9; flakes which represent a decorative material are mixed into the main material.

Accessory preparation toy

A shift control system includes an engine speed detector, a multistage transmission, a gear position detector, a shifting operation detector, and an output controller. The engine speed detector is configured to detect an engine speed. The gear position detector is configured to detect a transmission gear. The shifting operation detector is configured to detect an operation of a shift operating element. The output controller is configured to restrict output of an engine in a case where an up-shifting operation is detected by the shifting operation detector. The output controller is configured to release output restriction of the engine before the gear position detector detects that switching to a next-stage transmission gear by the up-shifting operation of the shift operating element is completed.

Shift control system

A clutch release mechanism includes a fixed cam plate having a cylindrical boss portion, and a movable cam plate supported on the cylindrical boss portion through a cylindrical projecting portion thereof. A ball unit is retained on the cylindrical boss portion by a retainer, and a release member disengages a clutch by transmitting a thrust force, generated by relative turning between the fixed and movable cam plates which hold the ball unit therebetween, to a pressure-applying plate. A pressing member is pressed by the movable cam plate to transmit the thrust force to the release member. The cylindrical projecting portion of the movable cam plate projects toward the pressing member, and is fitted a the hollow portion thereof with a gap therebetween. The movable cam plate presses the pressing member so as to be relatively shiftable on a flat surface perpendicular to a pressing direction.

Electrode-rolled battery and method of manufacturing electrode-rolled battery

A spinel-type LiMn secondary cell has an electrode unit including a positive electrode sheet made mainly of aluminum and coated with a positive electrode active material including lithium and manganese as indispensable constituents. The electrode unit is mounted in a cell casing as a negative electrode by an insulating assembly. A positive electrode member is made of an aluminum alloy with manganese mixed therewith for increased mechanical strength. Since manganese mixed with the aluminum alloy of the positive electrode member is an indispensable constituent of the positive electrode active material, it does not cause an unwanted chemical reaction such as electrolytic corrosion.

Spinel-type LiMn secondary cell

A secondary battery has a disconnect assembly for cutting off a current path when a pressure in the battery is abnormal, disposed in an open end of an outer casing. The disconnect assembly includes a rupture disk sealing the open end of the outer casing, a cap electrically connected to a portion of a surface of the rupture disk and serving as an outer terminal of the battery, a weld plate joined to a portion of another surface of the rupture disk and serving as an inner terminal of the battery and having vent holes, and an insulating gasket sealing a gap between the rupture disk and the outer casing and holding the rupture disk and the weld plate in an electrically insulated fashion, except for a space around a junction between the rupture disk and the weld plate. A portion of the rupture disk and the weld plate are so joined that the diffusion of atoms at a junction interface is in an initial stage. An ultrasonic welding machine is used to carry out the above joining.

Secondary battery and method of manufacturing same

A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a cylindrically shaped battery element includes positive and negative electrodes and a separator sandwiched between the positive and negative electrodes. Each of the positive and negative electrodes has an active material free region, on which no active material is applied. The active material free region has a projecting edge region which projects or extends beyond a first side edge of the separator, wherein a first end of the cylindrically shaped battery element includes the projecting edge region of the active material free region of one of the positive and negative electrodes, and the first end of the cylindrically shaped battery element has a depressed portion. An electrode tab has a first portion engaged within and welded to the depressed portion and a second portion electrically in contact with an electrode terminal.

Electrode tab for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and method of forming the same

The present invention provides a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprising: a battery case; a battery element accommodated in the battery case, the battery element comprising laminations of a first polarity type electrode, a second polarity type electrode and a separator sandwiched between the first polarity type electrode and the second polarity type electrode, the first polarity type electrode comprising a first polarity type collector which is provided with at least a first polarity type electrode active material layer except for a first side region extending along one side of the first polarity type collector, and the second polarity type electrode comprising a second polarity type collector which is provided with at least a second polarity type electrode active material layer except for a second side region extending along one side of the second polarity type collector, the first side region of the first polarity type collector projecting from first side edge of the separator and the second side region of the second polarity type collector projecting from second side edge of the separator, so that the battery element has a bottom portion which comprises the first side region of the first polarity type collector and a top portion which comprises the second side region of the second polarity type collector; a bottom conductive elastic material on a bottom of the battery case, and the bottom conductive elastic material being in contact with a substantially entire part of the bottom portion of the battery element; and a top conductive elastic material on a top of the battery case, and the top conductive elastic material being in contact with a substantially entire part of the top portion of the battery element.

Nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery

A piezoelectric transformer element includes electrodes formed on a maximum-area of the front surface and rear surface of a long-plate shaped piezoelectric body. A case in which the piezoelectric transformer element is housed includes first lead terminals and second lead terminals. The first lead terminals press the electrodes on the front surface of the piezoelectric transformer element and are electrically connected to the electrodes. The second lead terminals press the electrodes on the rear surface of the piezoelectric transformer element and are electrically connected to the electrodes. The piezoelectric transformer element is held within the case by the first and second lead terminals and ring-shaped elastic bodies in which the piezoelectric transformer element is inserted. Thus, inhibition of vibration of the piezoelectric transformer element is suppressed and energy conversion efficiency of the piezoelectric transformer element is improved.

A piezoelectric transformer includes strip form electrodes on opposing upper and lower surfaces of a piezoelectric ceramic plate formed by screen printing using a conductive paste. By using strip form electrodes, discharge of a driving portion during polarization, degradation of reliability of mechanical strength due to excessive stress in a power generating portion during polarization, and instability of transformer output due to breakage of the electrode is prevented.

Piezoelectric transformer

In order to achieve the above and other objects, a piezoelectric transformer unit is provided. The unit contains a piezoelectric transformer element, a first upper electrode, a first lower electrode, an insulator casing, a first lead terminal, and an insulator elastic member. The piezoelectric transformer element has a upper element surface, a lower element surface, and a first side element surface. The first upper electrode is formed on the upper element surface of the piezoelectric transformer element, and the first lower electrode is formed on the lower element surface of the piezoelectric transformer element. The insulator casing houses the piezoelectric transformer element. The first lead terminal protrudes from an inner surface of the insulator casing, supports the piezoelectric transformer element within the insulator casing, and vertically presses the an oscillation nodal point of the piezoelectric transformer element. The insulator elastic member is arranged between an oscillation nodal point on one of the upper, lower, and first side element surfaces of the piezoelectric transformer element and the insulator casing.

Piezoelectric transformer unit

A piezoelectric transformer having a structure where an electrode on a side of a transformer element and a lead terminal made of a leaf spring on a side of a package are brought into pressural contact with each other by an elastic spring performance of the lead terminal. An angle of inclination is given to a terminal portion of the lead terminal in respect of a base portion, whereby the terminal portion of the lead terminal is opened in a direction of extending the base portion, when the base portion is bent, with a side wall of a case being a fulcrum for the bending, by receiving a static pressing force from a transformer element on the terminal portion. An angle of rotation caused at the terminal portion by bending the base portion is counteracted by this angle of inclination, by which the terminal portion and the electrode of the transformer element are always kept in parallel with each other.

A shared bus control system for multiprocessor system having shared buses for a plurality of processors comprises a bus mediation circuit which outputs the switch control signal to switch accessing to the shared buses by the plurality of processors with synchronizing the system clock and a bus selection circuit which selects the address and data from one processor according to the switch control signal and outputs them to the shared buses. It further comprises a state detection circuit which decodes the bus status signal from the particular processor among the processors and detects the bus state of the particular processor and a clock modulation circuit to modulate the operation clock for the particular processor when the state detection circuit detects the particular bus states.
