A keyswitch device which is provided with a support mechanism which supports a keytop in a movable manner, and a membrane sheet which has a plurality of upper electrodes and a plurality of lower electrodes which respectively correspond to the plurality of the upper electrodes and which form contact pairs with the corresponding upper electrodes. A plurality of contact pairs are arranged for a single keytop. The rubber cup pushes the plurality of contact pairs which are arranged for the single keytop.

A printer includes a print head configured to print on a recording sheet, a platen roller attached to a frame in a rotatable manner, a support having a head spring attached thereto that urges the print head toward the platen roller, and a hold unit attached to the frame in a rotatable manner and having an engaging part that engages with a projection situated at a side end of the support, wherein the head spring is configured to urge the print head toward the platen roller when the projection is engaged with the engaging part, and wherein the hold unit is configured to be rotated to cause the engaging part to disengage from the projection.

A printer includes a print head that prints on recording sheet, a platen roller that transports the recording sheet pinched between the print head and the platen roller, a movable blade that cuts the recording sheet, a roller driving module that drives the platen roller, and a cutter driving module that drives the movable blade. The roller driving module and the cutter driving module are both provided at one end along an axial direction of the platen roller.

A keyboard is provided with a base member, moving members provided on the base member and unit parts. Each of the unit parts includes a contact which is electrically connected when depressed and an elastic member. The moving members include a first moving member which engages with one unit part, and a second moving member which engages with plural unit parts. The second moving member has a structure where the second moving member pushes the elastic member of one unit part and avoids pushing the elastic member of the other unit part.

A battery housing cover mechanism () of the mobile device comprises a cover member (), a pivot shaft module () having a pivot shaft (), and a pivot shaft module support mechanism (I). The module () is movably supported by the module support mechanism (I). The pivot shaft () is located in the recessed section (). When the cover member () is opened excessively beyond the normal open position, the module () is moved to pull the pivot shaft () out of a recessed section (). Therefore, the pivot shaft () is prevented from receiving an excessive force.

A printer with a guillotine cutter having a movable cutter and a removable fixed cutter in which the relative position between the fixed cutter and the movable cutter does not vary. A cutter fitting member with a bottom plate and a pair of side plates is fixed to the outside of a casing. The side plates respectively have a first projection with positioning holes and a second projection. A movable cutter driving section of the guillotine cutter has small projections that engage the positioning holes, and is fixed to the first projection with screws. The removable fixed cutter is disposed on the second projection with a bottom surface of a projection of the fixed cutter in the width direction closely contacting a first side of the cutter fitting member, and a right end surface of the fixed cutter projection closely contacting a second side of the cutter fitting member.

A thermal printer unit includes a thermal head assembly and a platen roller. The thermal head assembly includes a frame having platen roller receiving parts receiving both ends of the platen roller, respectively; a thermal head mounted on the frame; and a spring member mounted on the frame and applying a head pressure to the thermal head. Each platen roller receiving part comprises: a vertical groove part having an opening at the top thereof; a horizontal groove part extending from the bottom of the vertical groove part in a direction such as to be away from the thermal head; and a projection part formed relatively by the vertical groove part and horizontal groove part, located above the horizontal groove part, and projecting from a recess part of the horizontal groove part toward the thermal head. Both ends of the platen roller are inserted into the horizontal groove parts, respectively, and, also, are pressed by the spring member via the thermal head into the recess parts thereof, respectively.
