A gas turbine facility includes: a gas turbine; an ammonia supply device that supplies ammonia to a combustor of the gas turbine; a flow path forming frame forming an exhaust gas flow path through which exhaust gas from the gas turbine flows; a sprinkling device having a sprinkler that sprinkles water into the exhaust gas flow path; and a sprinkling controller that controls an operation of the sprinkling device. The sprinkling controller instructs the sprinkling device to start sprinkling the water on condition that an instruction to start supply of the ammonia to the combustor from the ammonia supply device or an instruction to stop the supply of the ammonia is received.

Gas turbine facility and method for suppressing discharge of ammonia from gas turbine facility

This exhaust gas processing equipment is provided with an exhaust line through which exhaust gas discharged from a boiler circulates, a carbon dioxide recovering device for recovering carbon dioxide included in the exhaust gas, and an exhaust gas heating device provided downstream of the carbon dioxide recovering device to heat the exhaust gas. The carbon dioxide recovering device includes a first medium line through which a first medium circulates, and a second medium line through which a second medium higher in temperature than the first medium circulates. The exhaust gas heating device includes a first heating unit for heating the exhaust gas by means of heat exchange with the first medium, and a second heating unit for heating the exhaust gas passing through the first heating unit even more by heat exchange with the second medium.

Exhaust gas processing equipment and gas turbine plant

This gas turbine plant is provided with a gas turbine and a fuel supply facility. The fuel supply facility is provided with: a liquid ammonia line; a warm water line through which warm water can flow; a vaporizer which can perform the heat exchange between the warm water coming from the warm water line and liquid ammonia coming from the liquid ammonia line to heat and vaporize the liquid ammonia; a heat exchanger which can perform the heat exchange between the warm water in the warm water line and a medium; a heat exchange amount controller which can control the amount of heat exchange between the warm water and the medium to control the temperature of the warm water flowing into the vaporizer; and a gaseous ammonia line which can introduce gaseous ammonia that is ammonia vaporized by the vaporizer into the gas turbine.

Gas turbine plant, and method for supplying fuel to same

A boiler plant includes a carbon dioxide capture system. The carbon dioxide capture system has an absorbing-liquid regeneration device and an absorber. The absorbing-liquid regeneration device includes a regenerator, a first circulation line in which the absorbing liquid is taken out from the regenerator and is returned to the regenerator, and a second circulation line in which the absorbing liquid is taken out from the regenerator and is returned to the regenerator, a heat exchanger, a heater, and a switcher. The heat exchanger heats the absorbing liquid by exchanging heat between the absorbing liquid flowing through the first circulation line and steam from the boiler. The heater heats the absorbing liquid flowing in the second circulation line. The switcher switches between a first heating state, in which the absorbing liquid flows in the first circulation line, and a second heating state, in which the absorbing liquid flows in the second circulation line.

Boiler plant and carbon dioxide removal method

A carbonaceous feedstock gasification power generation facility, and a method for regulating a gas for drying gas this carbonaceous feedstock, are disclosed with which it is possible to expand the range of the types of carbonaceous feedstocks that can be used. High-temperature exhaust gas, low-temperature exhaust gas and extreme high-temperature exhaust gas are bled from the furnace respectively at a high-temperature bleed position, a low-temperature bleed position and an extreme high-temperature bleed position. When these exhaust gases are mixed, the flow volume of the extreme high-temperature exhaust gas supplied to at least one of the exhaust gases, that is, the high-temperature exhaust gas or the low-temperature exhaust gas, is adjusted such that the temperature of at least one of these exhaust gases, that is, the high-temperature exhaust gas or the low-temperature exhaust gas, reaches a prescribed temperature.

Carbonaceous feedstock gasification power generation facility, and method for regulating drying gas carbonaceous feedstock

A gasification facility which uses flammable gas as a carrier medium for air-transporting powder fuel, used as a gasification raw material, to a gasification furnace and which can safely release the flammable gas, exhausted from a fuel feed hopper, to the atmosphere. In the gasification facility using flammable gas as a carrier medium for transporting pulverized coal as powder fuel from a pulverized coal feed hopper () to a gasification furnace (), the flammable gas discharged from the pulverized coal feed hopper () is subjected to incineration treatment and then released to the atmosphere, so that safe release to the atmosphere can be implemented.

Gasification facility

Provided is a coal gasifier enabling a reduction in size of a shift reactor by generating hydrogen-rich gasified coal gas. In a coal gasifier (G) generating gasified coal gas by a gasification reaction proceeding in a furnace fed with a gasifiable raw material, such as coal, and a gasifying agent, at least one of water and steam is fed to the furnace as a material accelerating a hydrogen-generating reaction that proceeds simultaneously with the gasification reaction.

Coal gasifier

Synthesis gas (syngas) gasified in a gasification furnace to which coal is introduced burns in a combustor. An exhaust-heat recovery boiler generates steam by using exhaust gas let out from a gas turbine equipped with the combustor. The steam generated in the exhaust-heat recovery boiler is introduced to a steam turbine. A generator is driven by the steam turbine and the gas turbine to generate electrical power. Part of the exhaust gas let out from the gas turbine is introduced to a carbon-dioxide recovery unit, where carbon dioxide is recovered therefrom. Coal is carried to the gasification furnace by the carbon dioxide.

Integrated coal gasification combined cycle plant

A bin system and a char recovery unit are provided with: a bin for storing char; three char discharge lines placed at the predetermined slope angle for causing the char to fall with the force of gravity so as to discharge the char into the bin; four switching lines placed at the predetermined slope angle for causing the char to fall with the force of gravity so as to feed the char stored in the bin; and assist gas feed units as assist devices for assisting the flow of the char that falls with the force of gravity through the char discharge lines. This allows for equipment downsizing.

Bin system and char recovery unit

In a burner for highly caking coal in which a solid fuel channel that is attached penetrating through a surrounding wall of a gasifier for gasifying a highly caking solid fuel that has been pulverized into particles and that supplies the solid fuel into the gasifier by gas flow transportation, and a gasifying agent channel that supplies a gasifying agent into the gasifier are provided, a blockage detection unit that detects a blockage situation of the solid fuel channel is provided, and a process for reducing the temperature of the solid fuel is performed when the blockage detection unit detects a predetermined blockage situation.

Burner for highly caking coal, and gasifier

An integrated coal gasification combined cycle facility is provided that can prevent a reduction in power generation efficiency even when low-grade coal having a relatively-high moisture content is used. Included are: a gasification section that gasifies supplied coal; a gas power generation section that generates power by using gas supplied from the gasification section; a steam power generation section that generates power by using the heat of exhaust gas discharged from the gas power generation section; and a coal drying unit that dries the coal by using exhaust heat discharged from the steam power generation section and that supplies the dried coal to the gasification section.

Integrated coal gasification combined cycle facility

In a burner for highly caking coal in which a solid fuel channel and a gasifying agent channel are provided in a double pipe structure, the temperature increase of the particles of a highly caking solid fuel and the resulting fusion and expansion of the particles are prevented or suppressed, thereby enabling a stable operation of the gasifier. In a burner for highly caking coal in which a solid fuel channel that is attached for gasifying a highly caking solid fuel that has been pulverized into particles and that supplies the solid fuel into the gasifier, and a gasifying agent channel that supplies a gasifying agent into the gasifier are provided in a double pipe structure, the burner has a triple pipe structure including a cooling water channel that circulates cooling water between the solid fuel channel and the gasifying agent channel, and the cooling water is recovered after use.

A hydrogen production apparatus which includes: a humidifier (), which is supplied with a process fluid containing carbon monoxide and mixes the process fluid with steam; a reactor (), which reacts the humidified process fluid output from the humidifier in the presence of a catalyst, thereby converting the carbon monoxide within the process fluid into carbon dioxide; a first pipe (A) through which high-temperature process fluid flows following reaction in the reactor; a second pipe (B) that supplies makeup water; at least one first heat exchanger () disposed at one of one or more locations where the first pipe and the second pipe cross each other; and a third pipe (C) that supplies steam generated by heat exchange in the first heat exchanger to other apparatus.

Hydrogen production apparatus and power generation plant

The amount of high-temperature steam supplied from external equipment is reduced. Provided is a hydrogen production system () including a reactor () that allows a humidified process fluid output from a humidifier () to react in the presence of a catalyst to transform carbon monoxide in the process fluid into carbon dioxide; a second channel (B) through which the high-temperature process fluid that has reacted in the reactor () flows; a circulation channel (C) through which excess water in the humidifier () is circulated; and a first heat exchanger (), disposed at an intersection of the circulation channel (C) and the second channel (B), for heat exchange between the high-temperature process fluid that has reacted in the reactor () and the fluid circulated through the circulation channel (C).
