A charged particle transport system and its installation method, both of which can readily and quickly adjust alignment, are provided. The charged particle transport systemincludes: a framefixed to a base; a first platejoined to an upper portion of the framewith a height-adjustable first screw; a second platemovably accommodated in a horizontal surface of the first plate; a second screwscrewed into a screw hole formed in a fixing memberaround the first platesuch that its tip abuts on an outer peripheral surface of the second plate; a third screwthat fixes the second plateto the first plate; and first engagement pinsinserted into respective engagement holesformed in the second plateand a supporting memberfor engaging both.

A position adjustment device for a flat panel detector comprising: a guide that is provided on a surface side of the flat panel detector and can be measured by an optical device; and a fixing member configured to fix the guide to one of a side of the flat panel detector of a position adjustment unit and a side of a support portion for supporting the flat panel detector, the position adjustment unit being provided between the flat panel detector and the support portion.
