A dark current cutoff device () includes: a battery () configure to perform electrical power supply to a load (); a cutoff switch (), which is provided between the battery () and the load (), cuts off the electrical power supply to the load () at a time of being opened, and supplies electrical power to the load () at a time of being closed; a failure recording unit () that determines and records a case where the load () does not operate as a failure of the load (); and an open/close determining unit () that determines that the cutoff switch () is opened; and a recording prohibiting unit () configure to prohibit, in a case where the cutoff switch () is determined to be opened by the open/close determining unit (), the failure recording unit () from determining and recording the failure.

A harness clip includes a base portion having a leg portion for engagement with a rocker panel, a side wall portion standing on and extending from one side edge of the base portion, and a harness holding portion which is connected to the side wall portion through a hinge portion, and a lock portion for engagement with the base portion at a distal end edge portion of the harness holding portion. The distal end edge portion of the harness holding portion is formed into a substantially L-shape when viewed from an end surface thereof to provide an angular portion, and this angular portion is locked to the base portion in contacting relation to an upper surface of the base portion. Therefore, even when a load is applied to the harness clip, the harness can be stably held without canceling the engagement of the lock portion with the base portion.

A flat cable including a plurality of conductor strips which are formed by punching a single metal foil and are embedded within an insulating sheet, in which at an end portion of the flat cable, bifurcated portions are folded back one on another such that end terminals of conductor strips of one bifurcated portion are inserted between end terminals of conductor strips of another bifurcated portion, so that an order in which end terminals of the conductor strips are aligned can be changed. Therefore, an electric connection between connectors requiring crossings of conductor strips can be established by a single flat cable.
