A busbar module includes a basic busbar module assembled to an electrode terminal group arranged in a row of a battery module formed of a plurality of battery cells, and a holding member that holds the basic busbar module. The basic busbar module includes a plurality of busbars that is arranged along an arrangement direction of respective electrode terminals of the electrode terminal group and is electrically connected to the corresponding electrode terminals, and flat cable having a conductor portion that is electrically connected to the plurality of busbars, and an insulating holding portion that holds the plurality of busbars, and the holding member has a holding body that holds the basic busbar module.

Busbar module and battery pack

Each battery module of a battery pack includes a stack of serially connected battery cells, a gas discharge duct extending in a cell arrangement direction to guide gas discharged from a relief valve of each battery cell to an outside of the battery module, the gas discharge duct having a first connection opening at one end and a second connection opening at the other end, a first connection terminal piece having an inner end portion electrically connected to an electrode of one of the battery cells at one end of the serial connection and an outer end portion disposed inside the first connection opening, and a second connection terminal piece having an inner end portion electrically connected to an electrode of another one of the battery cells at another end of the serial connection and an outer end portion disposed inside the second connection opening.

Battery pack

Provided is a method for manufacturing a battery wiring module including: a coating step of coating a first long side portion of a flat plate conductor and a plurality of linear conductors following the first long side portion by a first insulating resin portion and of coating a second long side portion of the flat plate conductor and a plurality of linear conductors following the second long side portion by a second insulating resin portion; and a cutting step of cutting the insulating resin portion so that the plurality of busbars is divided into a plurality of busbar groups and the plurality of linear conductors coated by any one of the first insulating resin portion and the second insulating resin portion and the busbar groups are separated.

Method for manufacturing battery wiring module

Provided is a battery wiring module including: a plurality of linear conductors disposed in parallel with a predetermined gap therebetween; a plurality of busbars disposed in parallel along at least one of the linear conductors disposed at both ends having a predetermined gap therebetween so as to electrically connect electrode terminals provided in at least two battery cells connected to each other in the same direction among the plurality of battery cells overlapping each other in the same direction, the electrode terminals being arranged in the same direction; a first insulating resin portion which integrally coats the outer peripheral portions of the plurality of linear conductors and a side edge portion adjacent to the linear conductor in the plurality of busbars; and a connection conductor which electrically connects the linear conductor and the busbar to each other.

Battery wiring module

Provided is a busbar module including a plurality of split busbar modules that are configured such that a busbar group including a plurality of busbars and split flat cable including a plurality of linear conductors are integrated at one end side in a longitudinal direction of the split flat cables. The plurality of split busbar modules include split flat cables having a length different from each other and are configured such that the split flat cables are overlapped with each other and the busbar groups are respectively arranged in the same direction.

Provided is a method for manufacturing battery wiring module including: a coating step of coating one long side portion of an elongated flat plate conductor and outer peripheral portions of linear conductors disposed in parallel along the long side portion with a predetermined gap therebetween having a predetermined gap with respect to the long side portion by a first insulating resin portion; and a pressing step of separating the flat plate conductor at a predetermined gap in the longitudinal direction of the flat plate conductor and forming a plurality of busbar electrically connecting electrode terminals provided in at least two battery cells connected to each other in the same direction among the plurality of battery cells overlapping each other in the same direction, the electrode terminals being arranged in parallel in the same direction.

A battery wiring module includes: connection members electrically connecting adjacent positive and negative electrodes in an electrode row of a battery assembly; voltage detection lines connecting the connection members and a control unit; and a holding member holding the connection members and the voltage detection lines, and including an electric wire arrangement part in which the voltage detection lines are arranged and which includes electric wire outlets. The batteries are divided into groups so as to correspond to the electric wire outlets, respectively, such that the voltage detection lines belonging to one of the groups are pulled out from the electric wire arrangement part toward the control unit through the corresponding one of the electric wire outlets.

A electric wire connection structure includes a flat cable including a plurality of linear conductors and an insulator covering the linear conductors; a plurality of busbars for electrically connecting electrode terminals provided on two or more of battery cells stretched in a given direction among the plurality of battery cells stacked in the direction and included in a battery module, the electrode terminals being lined up in the direction; and connecting members provided for each combination of the linear conductors and the busbars to include a connecting member main body and a pressure welding blade portion connected to the connecting member main body, a pressure welding groove being formed on the pressure welding blade portion.

Electric wire connection structure

An object of the present invention is to provide an electrical connection box in which reduction in weight can be achieved by simplification of the construction, while preventing short-circuiting of a positive electrode side busbar and a negative electrode side busbar. An electrical connection box includes: a positive electrode side busbar connected to a positive electrode of a battery; a negative electrode side busbar connected to a negative electrode of the battery; and a case in which the positive electrode side busbar and the negative electrode side busbar are accommodated. The case includes: a bottom wall; a circumferential wall erected from the bottom wall; and a partition wall erected from the bottom wall. The partition wall is a waterproof partition that partitions a positive electrode side busbar accommodating area and a negative electrode side busbar accommodating area.
