The objective of the present invention is to, in a resin film containing an anti-blocking agent (organic polymer particles), achieve both a reduction in friction of the film and suppression of dropping-off of particles from the film surface. The laminated resin film of the present invention has a base film layer and a surface layer, and the surface layer contains organic polymer particles serving as an anti-blocking agent. The number proportion of the organic polymer particles having a particle size that is at least twice the average thickness of the surface layer is 35% or more of the total number of the organic polymer particles, and the number proportion of the organic polymer particles having a particle size that is at least four times the average thickness of the surface layer is 10% or less of the total number of the organic polymer particles.

Laminated resin film

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic polymer fine particle which can be hardly fallen off from a film when used as an anti-blocking agent for a film. The organic polymer fine particle according to the present invention is characterized in comprising a (meth)acrylate polymer crosslinked by a bifunctional crosslinkable monomer and a hindered phenol antioxidant or a component derived therefrom, wherein a ratio of a structure unit composed of the bifunctional crosslinkable monomer in the (meth)acrylate polymer crosslinked by the bifunctional crosslinkable monomer is 5 mass % or more and 35 mass % or less, the sedimentation start time is 16 seconds or more, an amount of Al measured by a high-frequency inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometric analysis method is 1 ppm or less, and an amount of a sulfur atom measured by a high-frequency inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometric analysis method is 300 ppm or less in the organic polymer fine particle.

Organic polymer fine particles

An object of the present invention is to provide a particulate water-absorbent resin composition and its production process, wherein the particulate water-absorbent resin composition is an enhanced one in both of the 'liquid permeability' and 'liquid-sucking-up property' (which have hitherto been antithetical physical properties) of the water-absorbent resin. As a means of achieving this object, a first particulate water-absorbent resin composition according to the present invention is a particulate water-absorbent resin composition comprising a water-absorbent resin (A) of a crosslinked structure obtained by polymerizing an acid-group-containing unsaturated monomer, with the composition being characterized by: having a particle size such that particles in the range of 850 to 150 &#x3bc;m (but not including 850 &#x3bc;m) account for not less than 90 weight % of the entirety; and containing a tetra- or more functional polyol (B) at least on surfaces.

Particulate water-absorbent resin composition and its production process

A method for surface crosslinking water-absorbing resin of the present invention includes a step (1) of obtaining a wet mixture, a step (2) of obtaining a dried particulate composition, and a step (3) of carrying out a surface crosslinking reaction. With this, since a processing time of each step becomes short, it is possible to mass produce the water-absorbing resin having excellent physical properties. Moreover, a method for manufacturing the water-absorbing resin of the present invention includes a modifying step and a cooling step. The modifying step and/or the cooling step are/is carried out by using stirring means including a rotation axis having a plurality of stirring boards, and the stirring means includes the stirring board having a specific thickness and/or a scraping blade having a specific shape. With this, it is possible to suppress the generation of the fine powder in the modifying step and/or the cooling step.
