A rubber plug unit (A,B) is provided with a terminal (A,A), a wire () and a rubber plug (A,B) to be held in close contact with the outer periphery of the wire (). The wire () includes an electrically conductive portion () to be connected to the terminal (A,A). The rubber plug (A,B) includes a holding portion () to be sandwiched between the terminal (A,A) and the wire (). The electrically conductive portion () and the holding portion () are arranged to overlap in an axial direction (X) of the wire ().

Rubber plug unit and connector

A connector () is provided with a plurality of connector terminals (), core resin portions (A,B), through nuts () and an outer resin portion (). An opening () of a screw hole () located in an inner end surface () of the through nut () is closed by a nut facing surface (A) of the core resin portion (A). The outer resin portion () covers the core resin portions (A), (B) and the through nuts () with exposed surfaces () of the core resin portions (A,B) and outer end surfaces () of the through nuts () exposed. Injection marks () at the time of molding the outer resin portion () are formed on a surface of a part of the outer resin portion () covering an opposite side surface (B) of the core resin portion (B).

Connector and method for manufacturing same

A connector () includes a plurality of connector terminals (), core resin portions (A), (B), nuts () and an outer resin portion (). A plurality of the nuts () are arranged to face a nut facing surface (A) of the core resin portion (A). The outer resin portion () covers the core resin portions (A), (B) and the nuts () with exposed surfaces () of the core resin portions (A), (B) and outer end surfaces () of the nuts () exposed. Injection marks () during molding of the outer resin portion () are formed on a surface of a part of the outer resin portion () covering an opposite side surface (B) located on a side opposite to the nut facing surface (A).

Connector and manufacturing method therefor

A connector () includes first terminals (A), a first resin core (A), second connector terminals (B), second resin cores (B) and an outer resin part (). Base ends () of inner end parts (A) of the first terminals (A) face a second exposed surface (B) of the second resin core (B) with a clearance (S) formed between the base end parts () and the second exposed surface (B). Tips () of the inner end parts (A) of the first terminals (A) are formed with bent tips (A) projecting away from the second exposed surface (B). The second exposed surface (B) has a size to entirely surround the inner end parts (A) of the first terminals (A).

Connector and manufacturing method thereof

It is aimed to suppress the formation of sinks and voids in a sealing groove. A connector () includes terminals (), a primary molding portionholding the terminals () and a secondary molding portion () holding primary molding portion (). The secondary molding portion () is formed with a sealing groove (). A protrusion (P) is formed at a position of the primary molding portion () corresponding to the sealing groove ().

In a connector (), one end parts (A) of first terminals (A), one end parts (B) of a plurality of second terminals (B) and one end parts (C) of a plurality of third terminals (C) are arranged in parallel to each other along a first direction (D). One end part (C) of a third core resin portion (C) sandwiches one end part (A) of a first core resin portion (A) and one end part (B) of a second core resin portion (B) from both sides in a second direction (D). The one end part (A) of the first core resin portion (A) and the one end part (B) of the second core resin portion (B), and the one end part (C) of the third core resin portion (C) are shaped to be locked in a third direction (D).

Connector with multiple resin portions

A connector fitting body () is formed by tightening a bolt () arranged in a collar () of a first housing () into a nut () of a second housing (). The bolt () includes a head () to contact an end surface of the collar () and a shaft. A base portion () of the shaft is linked coaxially to a tip side of the head (), and a tip portion () of the shaft is linked coaxially to the base portion () of the shaft. An inner peripheral surface of the collar () has a base end inner peripheral surface () with the base portion () of the shaft arranged thereon and a tip inner peripheral surface () having a smaller inner diameter than the base end inner peripheral surface () and having the tip portion () of the shaft arranged thereon.

Device connector

A waterproof connector () includes a retainer () composed of divided bodies (), and a housing () including a retainer mounting portion () into which the retainer is to be mounted. The retainer mounting portion () includes a first mounting portion () into which a first of the divided bodies () is to be mounted and a second mounting portion () into which a second divided body () is to be mounted. The first and second divided bodies () have facing surfaces (A,A) facing each other. The first divided body () includes a projection (C) that projects toward the second divided body () from the facing surface (A) and a sensor detected portion () provided on a back surface (B) adjacent to the facing surface (A), and the second divided body () includes a recess (B) into which the projection (C) is to be fit.

Connector

Terminal fittings () are connected to a side surface side of a housing () of a terminal block (). A protection cover () covers the side surface side of the housing () and includes an upper surface cover () for covering an upper surface (T) of the housing (). The upper surface cover () includes an upper surface proximate portion (P) to be arranged proximate to the upper surface (T) of the housing (). A step is formed between an outer edge (E) of the upper surface cover () and the housing (), the upper surface proximate portion (P) is rearward than the outer edge (E) of the upper surface cover () and a clearance larger than the one between the upper surface proximate portion (P) and the upper surface (T) of the housing () is formed below the outer edge (E) of the upper surface cover ().

Terminal block with protective cover

A terminal block () connects terminals (T) at ends of wires extending from a motor and busbars (B) extending from an inverter and includes nuts () on which the terminals (T) and the busbars (B) are placed and which fasten the terminals (T) and the busbars (B) together with bolts (BT). A bracket () is arranged below the nuts (), and a resin portion () integrally fixes the nuts () and the bracket (). The bracket () includes a mounting portion () exposed from the resin portion () and is fixed to a metal motor case. An embedded portion () is embedded in the resin portion (). The resin portion () includes first locks () for locking screw grooves (A) of screw holes () on the mounting portion () from below, and a second lock () for locking an engaging portionon the embedded portion () from below.
