The dye-sensitized solar cell element includes at least one dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC), a first current extracting portion and a second current extracting portion for extracting current from the at least one DSC. The DSC comprises a first electrode having a transparent substrate and a transparent conductive layer provided on the surface of the substrate, a second electrode facing the first electrode and having a metal substrate, an oxide semiconductor layer provided on the first electrode, and an annular sealing portion bonding the first electrode with the second electrode. The first current extracting portion is included in the conductive film of one DSC of the at least one DSC, the second current extracting portion is connected with the metal substrate of the second electrode of one DSC of the at least one DSC, and the first and second current extracting portions are disposed next to each other.

A dye-sensitized solar cell element has at least one dye-sensitized solar cell, the dye-sensitized solar cell is equipped with a conductive substrate having a transparent substrate and a transparent conductive layer provided on one surface of the transparent substrate, a counter substrate facing the conductive substrate, an oxide semiconductor layer provided on the conductive substrate or the counter substrate, and an annular sealing portion bonding the conductive substrate and the counter substrate. The transparent conductive layer has a main body portion disposed on an inner side of the sealing portion, a groove is formed in the transparent conductive layer, and at least a part of the groove has a first groove formed along an external shape of the sealing portion, and an insulating material also continuously covers an edge portion of the main body portion as well as enters into at least a part of the first groove.

Dye-sensitized solar cell element

Disclosed is a dye-sensitized solar cell which includes a conductive substrate, a counter substrate facing the conductive substrate, an electrolyte disposed between the conductive substrate and the counter substrate, and an annular sealing portion surrounding the electrolyte together with the conductive substrate and the counter substrate and connecting the conductive substrate and the counter substrate. The sealing portion has an inorganic sealing portion fixed to the conductive substrate and a resin sealing portion fixed to the counter substrate. The inorganic sealing portion has a main body portion provided on the conductive substrate and a protruding portion extending from the main body portion toward a side opposite to the conductive substrate, and the resin sealing portion has an adhesive portion adhering the main body portion to the counter substrate and adhered to a side surface along an extending direction of the protruding portion.

Dye-sensitized solar cell and method of manufacturing the same

The photoelectric conversion element of the present invention includes: a pair of electrodes facing one another; a oxide semiconductor layer provided on one of the pair of electrodes; an electrolyte disposed between the electrodes; and a sealing part that connects the electrodes, and surrounds and seals the oxide semiconductor layer and the electrolyte. At least a portion of the sealing part comprises an inorganic sealing part formed of an inorganic material and on a surface of at least one of the electrodes and a resin sealing part that is connected to the inorganic sealing part along the direction connecting the electrodes and comprises a material including a resin. A region on a surface of the inorganic sealing part on a side closer to the electrolyte than a region connected to the resin sealing part is covered with a protective resin layer that is resistant to the electrolyte.

The present invention is a production method of an electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell, comprising: a first step of providing current collector wiring on an electrically conductive substrate; and a second step of producing an electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell by sequentially forming a plurality of thermoplastic wiring protective layers on the current collector wiring so that softening points of the thermoplastic wiring protective layers become lower as the thermoplastic wiring protective layers move away from the current collector wiring, and by heat-treating the second and subsequent thermoplastic wiring protective layers from the current collector wiring at a heat treatment temperature lower than a softening point of the thermoplastic wiring protective layer formed immediately prior thereto.

The present invention is a sealing laminated sheet for an electronic device in which a first sheet and a second sheetare laminated, wherein the first sheet contains an acid-modified polyolefin-based thermoplastic resin, the second sheethas a melting point higher than that of the first sheet, and a peel strength at 25&#xb0; C. of the second sheetrelative to the first sheet is 0.5 to 10.0 N/15 mm. According to the present invention, the production yield of an electronic device can be improved.
