A wire harness is arranged between a vehicle body and a sliding door in a vehicle, in which: a protector is mounted on a bent region of the wire harness having a shape in which a middle of the wire harness in a longitudinal direction is bent in a crank shape; the protector includes a groove having a shape corresponding to the bent shape of the wire harness and has a larger width than a radial size of the wire harness; a bottom surface of the groove has a hole into which a pin is detachably inserted, the pin constraining the wire harness in a state where the wire harness has looseness so as not to contact an inner angle portion at a bent site of the groove; and one side of the bent region of the wire harness is fixed to the protector using a fastening member.

A wire guide body includes: a vehicle body-side guide portion having a configuration in which a plurality of vehicle body-side link members are coupled so as to form a string and to be capable of being curved as seen in a plan view, the vehicle body-side guide portion being coupled to a vehicle body-side bracket; a door-side guide portion having a configuration in which a plurality of door-side link members are coupled so as to form a string and to be capable of being curved as seen in a plan view, the door-side guide portion being coupled to a door-side bracket; and a relay link member including a vehicle body-side coupling portion that is coupled to the vehicle body-side guide portion, and a door-side coupling portion that is disposed at a position lower than the vehicle body-side coupling portion and that is coupled to the door-side guide portion.

Wire guide device

A wire guide device includes a first divided part and a second divided part that can be combined in a width direction. In a combined state, the first divided part and the second divided part form an insertion holethrough which a wire passes in a direction intersecting the width direction. One end of the insertion hole is open toward a cable guide, and the other end of the insertion hole is open upward. The upper side of the insertion hole is covered by upper walls of the first divided part and the second divided part. The upper walls of the first divided part and the second divided part are formed in the width direction, are abutted against each other, and include upper guide portions that restrict displacement in a direction orthogonal to the width direction.

A harness guide includes: a plurality of first link members each including a first side plate configured to face one side face of a wire harness and a pair of upper and lower first coupling plates that extend from the first side plate and are configured to face an upper and lower faces of the wire harness, and a plurality of second link members each including a second side plate configured to face another side face of the wire harness and a pair of upper and lower second coupling plates that extend from the second side plate and are configured to face the upper and lower faces of the wire harness, and an elongated housing space for housing the wire harness is formed by alternately arranging the plurality of first link members and the plurality of second link members and coupling the first coupling plates and the second coupling plates.

Harness guide

A cable guide device and a wire harness that can allow the mounting position of the wire harness to be lowered. A bracket to be fixed to a fixed portion; a guide end disposed at an end portion of a cable guide that can be bent into a predetermined shape, and held by the bracket; a rotary portion provided on an upper surface side of the guide end in a state of being held by the bracket fixed to the fixed portion, and having an outer surface formed with a curved surface; and an upper flange protruding from the outer surface of the rotary portion substantially in a horizontal direction in the state of being held by the bracket, and configured to enter a groove formed in the bracket.

A protector includes a main body formed with an accommodation part by a bottom wall part and side wall parts, a lid body mounted on the main body to cover the accommodation part, and a flange part that extends along a longitudinal direction of the main body with a gap at an upper portion in parallel with an outer surface of at least one of the side wall parts of the main body. A plurality of engagement holes are provided at a lower portion of the flange part. A plurality of engagement claws that are provided on at least one edge part of the lid body are locked with engagement edge parts of the engagement holes when the plurality of engagement claws are inserted into the gap between the flange part and the side wall part which faces the flange part with the gap.

An electrical wire routing apparatus with high reliability of a motion returning to the original state after being trampled on. The electrical wire routing apparatus includes an electrical wire guide into which an electrical wire routed between a vehicle body and a movable body such as a slide door is insertable and that interlocks with a motion of the slide door, a stretchable elastic member that is installed between the electrical wire guide and the vehicle body, between the electrical wire guide and the slide door, or partway through the electrical wire guide, and a bracket for guiding a displacement motion of the electrical wire guide when the elastic member stretches or shrinks.
