A pressing member is used for pressing semiconductor modules and cooling pipes which are alternately disposed, and includes a plate and an elastic member. The plate includes a contact plate section that faces an end surface of the fixed unit in the fixed direction and contacts with the end surface of the fixed unit, and plate ribs standing in the fixed direction from an end portion of the contact plate section in a width direction of the contact plate section. The elastic member is disposed in a side of the plate opposite to a side of the plate where the fixed unit is disposed, the elastic member pressing the plate towards a fixed unit side in the fixed direction. The contact plate section has an inner plate surface including a concave surface formed at a portion apart from the plate ribs in a contact region.

Pressing member

An electrical device is provided. The electrical device includes a case, a first electrical part, a second electrical part, and a connecting portion. The case includes a first case and a second case coupled to the first case. The first electrical part is fixed to the first case. The second electrical part is fixed to the second case. The connecting portion is configured to connect a first conductor extending from the first electrical part and a second conductor extending from the second electrical part each other. Either one of the first case and the second case includes a through hole. The connecting portion is disposed so as to be entirely visible from the through hole as viewed from an outside of the case.

Electrical device and manufacturing method of the same

A power conversion system at least includes a filter capacitor, a DC-DC converter, a smoothing capacitor, a housing and a refrigerant flow channel. The refrigerant flow channel is disposed between the housing and a flow channel cover. The refrigerant flow channel includes a converter facing portion at least partially facing the DC-DC converter. The filter capacitor at least partially overlaps with the DC-DC converter when viewed in a first direction from an opposite side of the refrigerant flow channel to the converter facing portion. The smoothing capacitor does not overlap with the DC-DC converter when viewed in the first direction and partially overlaps with the DC-DC converter when viewed in a second direction. At least two fastening sections fasten the flow channel cover to the housing and do not overlap with the smoothing capacitor when viewed in the first direction.

Power conversion system and assembling method

An electric device includes a substrate on which electronic components are mounted, and a metal plate to which the substrate is fixed. The metal plate includes first bosses provided at positions corresponding to four corners of the substrate, a second boss provided inside a rectangle that connects the four first bosses, and a slit that is provided adjacent to the second boss, and extends in non-parallel with any side of the rectangle. The substrate is fixed to each of the four first bosses with a first male screw, such that a rubber washer is sandwiched between the substrate and the first male screw. The substrate is fixed to the second boss with a second male screw, such that no rubber washer is sandwiched between the substrate and the second male screw.

Electric device

A power conversion device includes a case including an upper case and a lower case; an inverter that is accommodated in a first partial case and is fixed to the first partial case, the first partial case being one of the upper case and the lower case; and a capacitor that is connected to the inverter by a positive electrode bus bar and a negative electrode bus bar, the capacitor being disposed in an internal space of a second partial case that is another of the upper case and the lower case. The first partial case includes a fastening portion that extends from an internal space of the first partial case to the internal space of the second partial case. In the internal space of the second partial case, the capacitor is fastened to the fastening portion.
